In a conference site, staff members obtain table sign content from conference participants, which may include a list of conference participants and corresponding information. After the mobile terminal acquires the table sign playing contents, the contents can be displayed and previewed on a display screen, so that whether the contents to be displayed are correct or not can be well confirmed.
Then, staff can scan the two-dimensional code beside the table sign device, and the ID information of the table sign device is identified. Meanwhile, the corresponding relation of the positions of the table label devices can be obtained.
In the mobile terminal, a worker can bind the ID information of each table sign device with the table sign playing content, and after the unified binding is finished, the batch sending of the table sign playing content is triggered.
At this time, the mobile terminal will establish communication connection with each of the desk tag devices by using the bluetooth mode. And after the communication connection is completed every time, sending corresponding table sign playing content to the connected table sign device. And disconnect this communication connection after the table sign playing content is sent. Since the corresponding relation of the positions of the table sign devices is obtained, the corresponding table sign playing content is sent to the corresponding seat, and the position of a guest sitting in error can be prevented.
The table sign device displays the table sign playing content after receiving the table sign playing content, and a worker can also intuitively judge whether the displayed content is correct or not, accords with the specification or not, and can finely adjust the display result according to the requirement.
2. Restaurant scene
When the restaurant is in business, the table sign device can be arranged on the table top and can be used for displaying business information such as ordering two-dimensional codes, table numbers, special price dishes and the like, and the information can be adjusted at any time according to the time period.
Because the content displayed by each desktop in the restaurant is generally different in size, the editing and modifying operations based on the desktop template are simpler, and therefore, a worker can call the desktop template stored in the computer by using the mobile terminal. After the tab templates are called, a worker can directly input tab content to generate tab playing content. And transmitting the table sign playing contents to be displayed to the mobile terminal while connecting the mobile terminal with each table sign device in a communication way.
Specifically, a worker may scan Beacon of the tag device in a scene to identify ID information of each tag device.
In the mobile terminal, the staff binds the ID information of each table sign device with the table sign playing content, and notices the corresponding relation between the table number and the ID information. After the unified binding is completed, the sending of the table label playing content is triggered.
At this time, the mobile terminal establishes communication connection of each of the desk tag devices by using the bluetooth method one by one. And after each communication connection is established, transmitting corresponding display content to the connected desk label device. And disconnects this communication connection after the display content is transmitted.
The table sign device receives the display content and displays the display content, so that a worker can intuitively judge whether the display content is correct or not and whether the display content meets the specification or not, and can finely adjust the display result according to the requirement.
3. Shop scene
In a store, the existing paper price label can be replaced by a table label device. Information such as commodity names, prices, places of production and the like is displayed on the table sign device.
Because the large chain stores are often provided with perfect cloud systems and are subjected to digital management, staff can download the table label templates from the Internet by using the mobile terminals and download the table label contents on the Internet, so that table label playing contents are generated. And transmitting the table sign playing contents to the mobile terminal while connecting the mobile terminal with each table sign device in a communication way.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, by means of the communication connection established between the terminal equipment and the table sign device, the table sign playing content can be sent to each table sign device for display. Compared with the remote communication connection in the prior art, the method of utilizing the incoming distance communication connection can be in a visible and obtained mode, and the display effect is seen while the table label playing content is set, so that the setting operation is more visual. Compared with the wired communication connection in the prior art, the wire is not required to be carried during connection, and the wire is not required to be broken or damaged, so that the device has better reliability and convenience.
In addition, when the scene space is large, and the signal of the mobile terminal cannot cover all the table sign devices, as a further preferred embodiment of the present application, the establishing a communication connection with each table sign device may further include:
and establishing communication connection with each table sign device through the relay equipment.
The relay equipment can be various equipment such as a router, a base station, a switch, a signal amplifier and the like, and the mobile terminal is in communication connection with the relay equipment, so that the signal coverage range of the mobile terminal is amplified by the relay equipment, and the mobile terminal can be better adapted to application scenes in a large space.
In summary, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application can quickly generate the table sign playing content based on the table sign template and the table sign content. Compared with the prior art, the method has better convenience when editing from the beginning is needed each time the table label is generated to play the content. In addition, the embodiment of the application transmits the table sign playing content by means of the mobile terminal, and the display effect is seen while the table sign playing content is set in a what-you-see-get mode, so that the setting operation is more visual.

responding to a link address configuration event triggered by a user aiming at the two-dimensional code on the table label template, acquiring a target link address generated in the link address configuration event, and associating the two-dimensional code with the target link address, so that the configuration user can change the target link address associated with the two-dimensional code without changing the two-dimensional code;
generating a table sign playing content based on the associated table sign template and the table sign content;
establishing connection with a table sign device;
and sending the table sign playing content to a table sign device so as to display the table sign playing content on the table sign device.
2. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein acquiring the tab template includes:
calling the existing table signature template from the local machine; or,
obtaining a table label template from a server; or,
downloading the table label template from the Internet.
3. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring the tab content includes:
acquiring table sign content input by a user; or,
acquiring table sign content imported from external equipment; or,

displaying a table label template;

7. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein generating the tab playing content based on the associated tab template and tab content comprises:
