Drawings
In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention, the drawings used in the description of the embodiments will be briefly described below. It is clear that the described figures are only some embodiments of the invention, not all embodiments, and that a person skilled in the art can also derive other designs and figures from them without inventive effort.
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a method for controlling a motorized window treatment that stops when being pulled.
Detailed Description
The conception, the specific structure, and the technical effects produced by the present invention will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the embodiments and the accompanying drawings to fully understand the objects, the features, and the effects of the present invention. It is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments, and those skilled in the art can obtain other embodiments without inventive effort based on the embodiments of the present invention, and all embodiments are within the protection scope of the present invention. In addition, all the connection relations mentioned herein do not mean that the elements are directly connected, but mean that a more preferable circuit structure can be formed by adding or reducing the connection elements according to the specific implementation. All technical characteristics in the invention can be interactively combined on the premise of not conflicting with each other.
With reference to fig. 1, the present invention provides a method for controlling a motorized window curtain that stops when being pulled, which includes the following steps:
acquiring control information, and controlling the curtain to correspondingly operate, wherein the control information comprises an opening instruction and a closing instruction;
when the curtain starts to operate, initializing the current maximum load current of the motor, acquiring the instantaneous load current of the motor at intervals of a threshold value, and setting the instantaneous load current of alpha times as the current maximum load current of the motor;
and judging whether the instantaneous load current of the motor at the next moment is larger than the current maximum load current of the motor, and if so, controlling the motor to stop running.
In specific operation, firstly, a current maximum load current is given to the motor, the maximum load current can be dynamic or static (specifically, how to initialize the maximum load current can be automatically set by a worker), then, the instantaneous load current of the motor is detected at intervals of a threshold time, the threshold time is automatically set by the worker, the threshold time is set to be 1S in the embodiment, then, the instantaneous load current which is multiplied by alpha is set to be the current maximum load current of the motor, namely, the current maximum load current of the motor is dynamically updated, an updating coefficient is alpha, the alpha can be a dynamic coefficient or a static coefficient (namely, a fixed value), then, whether the instantaneous load current of the motor at the next moment is larger than the current maximum load current of the motor or not is judged, and if so, the motor is controlled to stop running. The instantaneous load current of the motor can be changed by artificially pulling the curtain, the motor can be automatically stopped by using a small pulling force when children or old people and other groups with weaker action ability use the control coefficient alpha, and the problem that the curtain is easily damaged by pulling, the belt of the curtain is easily broken and the failure rate of the motor is high can be avoided to a certain extent.
As a further improvement of the above, α is a second fixed value. In the present embodiment, α is set to a static fixed value, specifically 1.1. According to the pulling force which can be generated by the actual group with weaker mobility, such as the child or the old, and the interference force which can be possibly brought by the environment, the alpha is set to be 1.1, so that the interference of the environment can be prevented, the pulling force which can be generated by the group with weaker mobility, such as the child or the old, can be accurately and assuredly detected, and the method is very effective. Of course, the worker can also perform specific setting according to actual conditions.
As a further improvement of the above technical solution, the operation of initializing the current maximum load current of the motor is specifically to set the current maximum load current of the motor to a first fixed value. In the present embodiment, the current maximum current of the motor is set to the first fixed value, i.e. the static value, when the current maximum load current of the motor is initialized, specifically, the first fixed value is set to 1A in the present embodiment, and the staff may adjust the current maximum load current according to the specific situation.
As a further improvement of the above, further comprising,
when control information is received to correspondingly operate the window curtain, the number of pulses of the motor from starting to stopping operation in the operation is obtained;
judging whether the number of pulses of the motor is lower than the theoretical number of pulses or not, if so, judging that the operation is in disorder;
and the theoretical pulse number is obtained by conversion according to the actual travel distance of the on command or the off command.
The above-mentioned actual forming distance means that if the last on command or off command controls the motor stroke to 20cm and the on command or off command controls the motor stroke to 70cm, the actual stroke distance is 50 cm.
In this embodiment, specifically, if the actual stroke distance of the motor is controlled to 50cm by sending the on command, it can be known how many pulses the corresponding motor needs to run when the actual stroke distance of the motor is 50cm according to the encoder, if the number of pulses the motor runs from the start to the stop of running during the execution of this operation is less than the theoretical number of pulses (i.e., the number of pulses the motor needs to run when the actual stroke distance of the motor is 50 cm), the stroke of this time is defined as the stroke disorder.
As a further improvement of the above, further comprising,
when the travel is disordered, acquiring the stress condition of the curtain, judging whether the instantaneous resultant force borne by the curtain is greater than a first threshold value, and if so, controlling the motor to clear 0 the travel of the curtain;
the stroke clear 0 means that the curtain is in a no-stroke state and the stroke needs to be reset.
It should be explained that, in the present embodiment, the electric curtains all calculate the distance of curtain movement through the encoder, so as to determine the stroke of the curtain, and the stroke of the curtain all takes the curtain being in the closed state as a reference, which is the distance of curtain movement from the closed state to the open state, that is, if the stroke of the motor is clear 0, the next time the stroke of the motor is controlled to be 0, the motor will control the curtain to close.
In the present embodiment, if the above-mentioned travel disorder occurs, such as the user pulls the curtain to stop the curtain, or the motor itself occurs, the travel of the motor can be cleared to 0 by slightly pulling the curtain if the travel disorder occurs in the motor.
As a further improvement of the above, further comprising,
when the motor is in an operating state or a stopping state, acquiring the power supply condition of the motor;
if the power failure condition occurs, the current travel information of the motor is reserved, and when the power is switched on next time, the motor is controlled to move the curtain to the position corresponding to the current travel information.
In the present embodiment, a power-off memory stroke function is added, and emergency such as sudden power-off can be prevented to a certain extent.
Also provides a control system of the electric curtain which can stop along with pulling, comprising,
the load current acquisition module is used for acquiring the instantaneous load current of the motor;
a processing module, the processing module comprising:
the control subunit is used for receiving the control information and controlling the curtain to correspondingly operate;
an initialization subunit, configured to initialize a current maximum load current of the motor when the window shade starts to operate;
the current maximum load current setting subunit is used for setting the current maximum load current according to the acquired instantaneous load current;
and the current comparison subunit is used for comparing the instantaneous load current of the motor at the later moment with the current maximum load current of the motor, and controlling the motor to stop running when the instantaneous load current of the motor at the later moment is greater than the current maximum load current of the motor.
As a further improvement of the above, further comprising,
the pulse acquisition module is used for acquiring the number of pulses of the motor from starting to stopping running in the process of executing a control command once.
As a further improvement of the above, further comprising,
and the stress acquisition module is used for acquiring the stress condition of the curtain, judging whether the instantaneous resultant force borne by the curtain is greater than a first threshold value or not, and if so, controlling the motor to clear 0 the stroke of the curtain.
