Detailed Description
the present application is described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments and with reference to the attached drawings.
It should be noted that the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", and the like used in the embodiments of the present application are described in terms of the angles shown in the drawings, and should not be construed as limiting the embodiments of the present application. In addition, in this context, it will also be understood that when an element is referred to as being "on" or "under" another element, it can be directly on "or" under "the other element or be indirectly on" or "under" the other element via an intermediate element.
Further, reference herein to "a plurality" means at least two in number.
As shown in fig. 1, the present application provides a battery baking apparatus 1, wherein the baking apparatus 1 heats a battery in a heat transfer and heat radiation manner to reduce the water content of a pole piece in the battery.
Specifically, the roasting apparatus 1 includes a roasting base 10, a plurality of heating plates 20, and a plurality of partitions 30. Wherein, the baking base 10 is used as a supporting carrier and is provided with an accommodating space for accommodating a battery; the heating plate 20 is used as a heating source for baking the battery and can release heat; the partition 30 and the heating plate 20 are arranged to intersect with each other to divide the receiving space into a plurality of independent sub-spaces.
in an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the baking base 10 may include a bottom plate 100 and a pair of side plates 102 disposed on the bottom plate 100, wherein the pair of side plates 102 are disposed on two opposite sides of the bottom plate 100, and the three together enclose the accommodating space. However, it should be understood that the particular embodiment of the baking base 10 is not so limited, as other alternatives are possible.
each hot plate 20 and each separator 30 all set up in toasting base 10, and the interval is arranged, and hot plate 20's the orientation of arranging and separator 30's the orientation of arranging crossing sets up, and like this, this accommodation space has just been separated into the subspace of a plurality of latticeds by vertically and horizontally staggered's hot plate 20 and separator 30, and at the in-process of toasting, at least one battery can be placed to every subspace.
The heating plate 20 and the separator 30 may cross each other in a vertical or oblique manner, but it is not limited thereto and those skilled in the art can arrange them according to the shape of the battery.
in this application, in order to improve the compatibility of the battery baking apparatus 1 and satisfy the baking requirements of batteries with different external dimensions, at least one heating plate 20 and at least one partition 30 may be arranged to move relative to the baking base 10, that is, the volume of the sub-space may be increased or decreased by the movably arranged heating plate 20 and partition 30, so that the battery baking apparatus 1 may be used to bake batteries with different dimensions to improve the compatibility when the batteries are replaced.
In an alternative embodiment, each heating plate 20 and each partition 30 can be movably disposed on the baking base 10, so that each sub-space can be increased or decreased according to the external size of the battery, thereby further improving the compatibility of the battery baking apparatus 1.
it should be noted that the number of the heating plates 20 and the partitions 30 is not limited to a plurality, and may be respectively set to one, and when the heating plates 20 are set to one, "at least one heating plate 20" and "at least one partition 30" mean the heating plate 20 and the partition 30.
Referring to fig. 1, the partitions 30 are disposed on the bottom plate 100 and are arranged on the bottom plate 100 along a transverse direction (X direction in fig. 1), the heating plates 20 are disposed above the partitions 30, and two ends of each heating plate 20 are respectively connected to a pair of side plates 102 and are arranged along a longitudinal direction (Y direction in fig. 1), so that the arrangement direction of each heating plate 20 is perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the partitions 30.
further, in order to improve the baking efficiency, the bottom plate 100 may be set as a heat source for baking the battery, so that the bottom plate 100 and the heating plate 20 may release heat together to bake from the side surface and the bottom surface of the battery, respectively, so that more heat may be transferred to the battery, thereby improving the baking rate and shortening the baking time.
the base plate 100 and the heating plate 20 as the heat generating source may be formed in an aluminum housing structure, and heat pipes may be installed therein to be energized for generating heat, but are not limited thereto.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the movably disposed heating plate 20 can be slidably connected to the baking base 10 by a sliding fit, for example, the heating plate 20 is slidably connected to the side plate 102. Specifically, the upper end surface of the side plate 102 is provided with a groove portion 1020, and the heating plate 20 is slidably fitted to the groove portion 1020, which is simpler in structure and facilitates the position adjustment of the heating plate 20 compared to other solutions.
After the heating plate 20 is adjusted to a proper position, the heating plate 20 is further fixed at the position to prevent the cell from colliding with the heating plate 20 in the Y direction. For this purpose, the battery roasting apparatus 1 further comprises a hot plate locking mechanism 40 connected to the movably disposed hot plate 20, wherein the hot plate locking mechanism 40 can lock the hot plate 20 at any position of the groove 1020, which can be defined as a first locking position of the roasting base 10.
as can be easily understood, the heating plate 20 is a heat generating source and has a high temperature, and thus, it is inconvenient to directly fix the heating plate 20 having a high temperature.
To overcome this drawback, in a specific embodiment, the heating panel locking mechanism 40 may be provided in two parts, i.e., a connecting portion 400 and a locking portion 402, which are connected, wherein the connecting portion 400 is connected with the heating panel 20, and the locking portion 402 is used to lock the heating panel 20 at any position of the groove portion 1020. After the arrangement, the heating plate locking mechanism 40 may be engaged with the groove portion 1020 to achieve the relative movement between the heating plate 20 and the side plate 102, or may fix the heating plate 20 and the groove portion 1020 to achieve the relative fixation between the heating plate 20 and the side plate 102.
in this embodiment, the connecting portion 400 is configured as a slider that fits the groove portion 1020, and the locking portion 402 is configured as a bolt, but not limited thereto.
For the scheme that the heating plates 20 are movably arranged, each heating plate 20 can be connected with the heating plate locking mechanism 40, and further, the two ends of each heating plate 20 can be connected with the heating plate locking mechanisms 40, that is, the upper end surface of the other side plate 102 is also arranged to be in the same structure as the groove part 1020, so that the smoothness of the sliding fit between the heating plates 20 and the side plates 102 can be ensured, and the reliability of fixing the heating plates 20 and the side plates 102 can be ensured.
However, it should be noted that the manner in which the heating plate 20 is movably arranged relative to the baking base 10 is not limited to the sliding connection manner, but other alternative manners such as rolling connection and the like may be adopted, and the heating plate locking mechanism 40 may be modified accordingly according to the actually selected scheme.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, in order to ensure that the heating plate 20 can be reliably fixed at the first locking position, the baking device 1 further includes a limiting block 50, the limiting block 50 is disposed on the partition 30, and the limiting block 50 can be slidably connected to the partition 30. When the heating plate 20 moves, the stopper 50 can move correspondingly on the partition 30, and after the heating plate 20 is fixed to the side plate 102, the stopper 50 can be correspondingly fixed on the partition 30, so that the limit matching between the heating plate 20 and the stopper 50 in the moving direction of the heating plate 20 (see the Y direction in fig. 2) is realized, and the reliability of the fixing of the heating plate 20 is further improved.
as shown in fig. 4, the stopper 50 includes a stopper 500 and a recessed portion 502, the heating plate 20 is embedded in the recessed portion 502, and at this time, the stopper 500 is located at one side of the heating plate 20, when the heating plate 20 moves relative to the baking base 10, the stopper 50 moves along with the heating plate 20, and when the heating plate 20 moves to a proper position, it is locked by the locking portion 402. Meanwhile, the limiting portion 500 is provided with a hole 5000 through which a fastening member passes, and the limiting portion 500 may be fixed to the spacer 30 by the fastening member. At this time, the heating plate 20 is restricted by the stopper 50.
the position restricting portions 500 may be respectively provided at both sides of the recess portion 502, so that the position of the heating plate 20 can be more reliably restricted, and one of the position restricting portions 500 can be selectively fixed according to the moving direction of the heating plate 20. Of course, in practical applications, a more reliable way is to fix both the stopper portions 500 at the same time.
The number of the stoppers 50 may be set to be plural according to the length of the heating plate 20, so that at each predetermined distance, there is a stopper 50 which is in a spacing engagement with the heating plate 20, thereby reducing the local deformation of the heating plate 20 to ensure effective heat transfer or heat radiation with the battery.
it is easy to understand that the spacers 30 are disposed to realize the spacing in the length direction (X direction in fig. 2) of the battery, and to lock the spacers 50, so that each heating plate 20 can be adjusted to a corresponding position according to the thickness of the battery, and then locked and fixed to the spacers 30 by the spacers 50, thereby limiting each heating plate 20 at a proper position.
when the stopper 50 is locked to the partition 30, the sub-space for accommodating the battery has a predetermined size, and each of the sub-spaces can be regarded as being surrounded by the stopper 50 and the heating plate 20. In order to avoid the battery from rigidly touching the limiting block 50 during the picking and placing process, the limiting block 50 may be made of a flexible material, such as rubber, and the limiting block 50 is closer to the battery than the separator 30.
in an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a fixing portion may be further provided on the side plate 102, through which the movably disposed heating plate 20 may be further fixed at a predetermined position, and the fixing portion may perform an auxiliary fixing function, and together with the heating plate locking mechanism 40, may perform a fixing function on the heating plate 20.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the fixing portion may be implemented as a locking groove 1022, the locking groove 1022 extends in the arrangement direction of the heating plates 20, and a fastener locks each heating plate to the side plate 102 via the locking groove 1022.
in this embodiment, the locking grooves 1022 are provided in multiple sets, and the locking grooves 1022 in each set are arranged in parallel, wherein adjacent portions of the heating plate 20 can share the same locking groove 1022, so as to avoid the weakening of the strength of the side plate 102 caused by the overlong opening of the locking groove 1022.
in addition, each set of locking grooves 1022 may include at least two sub-locking grooves 1022a, so that, for one heating plate 20, it may be locked and fixed with two sub-locking grooves 1022a at the same time, further enhancing the stability of the heating plate 20 after being fixed.
As is known in the foregoing, the partition 30 is also movably disposed on the baking base 10, and the connection manner of the partition 30 and the baking base 10 can also adopt a sliding connection, for example, a sliding rail 1000 can be disposed on the bottom plate 100 at a position corresponding to two ends of the partition 30, and the partition 30 is slidably engaged with the sliding rail 1000, but not limited thereto.
Referring again to fig. 1, the battery baking apparatus 1 further includes a partition locking mechanism 60, and the partition locking mechanism 60 can fix the partition 30 on the baking base 10 to ensure that the partition does not interfere with the battery in the X direction. This position can be defined as the second latching position of the baking base 10.
The roasting base 10 may have a plurality of second locking positions, that is, the partition 30 may be locked at any one of the second locking positions of the roasting base 10 by the partition locking mechanism 60, so that the size of the subspace may be adjusted.
in one embodiment, the partition 30 may be provided with a locking hole 300, and the partition locking mechanism 60 is correspondingly configured as a bolt, and the bolt passes through the locking hole 300 to be connected with the slide rail 1000, so that the partition 30 can be locked and fixed on the baking base 10.
Of course, the spacer lock mechanism 60 is not limited to the above-described solution, and those skilled in the art can select it according to the circumstances.
as is known, the separating element 30 can be moved from one of the second locking positions to the other second locking position, and in order to facilitate the movement of the separating element 30, the separating element 30 can be moved from one second locking position to the other second locking position in a sliding fit manner by using the sliding fit manner of the separating element 30 and the sliding rail 1000, so that the position adjustment of the separating element 30 is more convenient and faster.
After the separator 30 is locked, a gap may be left between the battery and the separator 30 (or the battery and the stopper 50) to facilitate the robot to grasp the battery.
It should be noted that the heating plate 20 located at the middle position may be fixedly disposed relative to the baking base, and the rest of the heating plates 20 may be movable relative to the fixedly disposed heating plate 20 to increase or decrease the volume of the subspace.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application shall be included in the protection scope of the present application.
