Claims (16)

1. A method for unfreezing food in a refrigerator is characterized by comprising the following steps:
detecting whether the unfreezing time for unfreezing the food to be unfrozen in the unfreezing chamber is less than the preset unfreezing time; the thawing chamber is arranged in the refrigerator and is a temperature-changing chamber;
if the unfreezing time is less than the preset unfreezing time, carrying out water unfreezing on the food to be unfrozen in the unfreezing chamber;
when the food to be unfrozen is unfrozen in water to reach a preset water unfreezing condition, carrying out wind unfreezing on the food to be unfrozen in the unfreezing chamber;
and when the food to be unfrozen is subjected to wind unfreezing to reach a preset wind unfreezing condition, returning to the step of detecting whether the unfreezing time for unfreezing the food to be unfrozen in the unfreezing compartment is less than the preset unfreezing time.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said step of water-thawing the food to be thawed in the thawing compartment comprises the steps of:
outputting a water thawing control instruction to a water thawing device; and the water thawing control instruction is used for controlling the water thawing device to flush the food to be thawed in the thawing compartment by using flowing water.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of outputting the water thawing control command to a water thawing device is performed, further comprising the steps of:
outputting a rotation control command to the rotating device; the rotation control instruction is used for controlling the rotating device to rotate the food to be thawed in the thawing chamber, so that the water thawing device adopts flowing water to wash the food to be thawed in a rotating state.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of water thawing the food product to be thawed within the thawing compartment is preceded by the steps of:
and sending a sterilization control instruction to a sterilization device, wherein the sterilization control instruction is used for controlling the sterilization device to sterilize the unfreezing environment of the food to be unfrozen.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of water thawing the food product to be thawed within the thawing compartment is preceded by the steps of:
and sending a temperature control instruction to a temperature regulating device, wherein the temperature control instruction is used for controlling the temperature regulating device to regulate the temperature in the thawing compartment, and setting the temperature in the thawing compartment as the fresh-keeping temperature of the food to be thawed.
6. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein before the step of detecting whether the thawing duration for thawing the food to be thawed in the thawing compartment is less than the preset thawing duration, the method further comprises the steps of:
and acquiring preset unfreezing time.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the step of obtaining the preset thawing duration comprises the steps of:
and acquiring preset defrosting time according to the acquired parameter information of the food to be defrosted in the defrosting chamber, wherein the parameter information comprises at least one of food type information and size information.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of water thawing the food product to be thawed within the thawing compartment, further comprising the steps of:
and when the food to be unfrozen is unfrozen by water and does not reach the preset water unfreezing condition, returning to the step of detecting whether the unfreezing time for unfreezing the food to be unfrozen in the unfreezing compartment is less than the preset unfreezing time.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of wind thawing the food product to be thawed within the thawing compartment, further comprising the steps of:
and when the food to be unfrozen is unfrozen by wind and does not reach the preset wind unfreezing condition, returning to the step of detecting whether the unfreezing time for unfreezing the food to be unfrozen in the unfreezing compartment is less than the preset unfreezing time.
10. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that after the step of detecting whether the thawing duration for thawing the food to be thawed in the thawing compartment is less than the preset thawing duration, the method further comprises the steps of:
and if the unfreezing time is greater than or equal to the preset unfreezing time, ending the unfreezing operation.
11. A device for thawing food in a refrigerator, comprising:
the unfreezing duration detection module is used for detecting whether the unfreezing duration for unfreezing the food to be unfrozen in the unfreezing chamber is less than the preset unfreezing duration or not; the thawing chamber is arranged in the refrigerator and is a temperature-changing chamber;
the water thawing judgment module is used for performing water thawing on the food to be thawed in the thawing compartment if the thawing duration is less than the preset thawing duration;
the wind unfreezing judgment module is used for performing wind unfreezing on the food to be unfrozen in the unfreezing chamber when the water unfreezing of the food to be unfrozen reaches a preset water unfreezing condition;
and the circulation judgment module is used for returning to detect whether the thawing time for thawing the food to be thawed in the thawing compartment is less than the preset thawing time or not when the food to be thawed is subjected to wind thawing and reaches the preset wind thawing condition.
12. An equipment for unfreezing food in a refrigerator is characterized by comprising a water unfreezing device, an air unfreezing device and a control device, wherein the water unfreezing device and the air unfreezing device are arranged in a unfreezing chamber and are connected with the control device, the water unfreezing device is used for unfreezing the food to be unfrozen in the unfreezing chamber in water, the air unfreezing device is used for unfreezing the food to be unfrozen in the unfreezing chamber in air, and the control device is used for carrying out unfreezing of the food in the refrigerator according to the method in any one of claims 1 to 10.
13. The apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the water thawing means comprises a water pipe and a valve, the valve is disposed in the water pipe, and the valve is connected to the control means.
14. The apparatus according to claim 13, further comprising rotating means to which said food to be thawed is disposed, said rotating means being connected to said control means.
15. The apparatus according to claim 12, further comprising a sterilization device disposed in the thawing compartment, said sterilization device being connected to said control device.
16. A refrigerator system comprising a refrigerator and the in-refrigerator food defrosting apparatus of any one of claims 12 to 15 connected to the refrigerator.
