Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of heaters, in particular to a heater for a refrigerator.
Background
When the evaporator of the refrigerator or the cold storage warehouse works in a refrigerating mode, a layer of frost is condensed on the surface of the evaporator, evaporation and heat absorption are affected when the frost is thick, defrosting is needed, and most of evaporators of the refrigerator or the cold storage warehouse with large refrigerating capacity are defrosted by electric heaters. The stainless steel pipe of the existing electric heater has good heat-conducting property, and can rapidly transmit heat generated by the heating wire to the outside, however, the heat generated by the heating wire has certain temperature difference within the length range, so that the temperature on the stainless steel pipe also has temperature difference, when frost on the evaporator meets different heating temperatures, the evaporator is affected by the temperature difference, and the evaporator is damaged due to internal temperature stress.
Disclosure of Invention
the invention provides a heater for a refrigerator based on technical problems in the background technology.
The invention provides a heater for a refrigerator, which comprises an inner pipe, an outer pipe, a first sealing plug, a second sealing plug and an electric heating wire, wherein the outer pipe is sleeved outside the inner pipe; the first sealing plug and the second sealing plug are respectively arranged at two ends of the outer pipe and are hermetically connected with the outer pipe, two ends of the inner pipe are respectively abutted against the first sealing plug and the second sealing plug, the first sealing plug is provided with a first air duct for communicating the first cavity with the second cavity, and the second sealing plug is provided with a second air duct for communicating the first cavity with the second cavity; one end of the electric heating wire penetrates through the first sealing plug, extends into the outer pipe, is spirally wound on the inner pipe, and then penetrates through the second sealing plug and extends out of the inner pipe.
Preferably, one end of the first cavity close to the first sealing plug is provided with a first fan which blows airflow into the first air duct.
Preferably, one end of the first cavity close to the second sealing plug is provided with a second fan which blows airflow into the hollow cavity.
Preferably, the heating wire is spirally wound at equal intervals outside the inner tube.
