The water outlet module 22 comprises a water drainage channel 221 and a bubble water channel 222, wherein the water drainage channel 221 and the bubble water channel 222 are arranged between the module water outlet 223 and the cavity water outlet 212 of the water outlet module 22 in parallel. The bubble water channel 222 is provided with a micro-nano bubble water generating device 3 for forming micro-nano bubble water. The outlet conduit assembly 4 is connected to the module outlet 223 and includes a bath water conduit 41 and a bubble water conduit 42 arranged in parallel.
According to the water heater 100, the controlled air dissolving device 2 is connected to the hot water outlet pipeline 12 on the heat exchange device 1, the controlled air dissolving device 2 comprises the micro-nano bubble water generating device 3, and the water outlet pipeline assembly 4 of the water heater 100 is divided into two ways to discharge water, so that the bathing water function of a user can be met, and micro-nano bubble water with high micro-nano bubble density can be generated for cleaning and washing. Compared with the common water heater adopting the pressurized gas dissolving method, the water heater 100 disclosed by the invention does not need a water pump, reduces vibration and noise, and has good user experience. In addition, the water heater 100 has small volume, simple structure and control and high cost performance, and is suitable for consumer groups with various consumption levels.
Further, the air inlet passage 211 can be a normal pressure air inlet passage, and can be directly connected with external air without pressurization of an air pump, so that the structure of the water heater 100 is more compact, and vibration and noise are further reduced. In addition, in order to increase the gas dissolving rate in the gas-liquid mixing chamber 21, a jet device or a flow dividing device may be disposed at the connection end of the hot water outlet flow passage 12 and the gas-liquid mixing chamber 21, and both the jet device and the flow dividing device are in the prior art, and are not described herein again.
In addition, because the water heater 100 of the present invention does not need a water pump, the water heater can directly supply normal pressure water to the gas-liquid mixing chamber 21, that is, the hot water outlet channel 12 connected between the gas-liquid mixing chamber 21 and the heat exchanger 1 can be a normal pressure channel. In addition, referring to fig. 5, the micro-nano bubble water generating device 3 may further include a driving member pressing portion 37 disposed below the micro-nano bubbler 31, and the driving member pressing portion 37 may be mounted at the bottom of the micro-nano bubbler 31 or in an inner wall of the housing portion 32. The restricted flow driving member 33 may be an elastic member having one end pressed against the sealing cylinder 35 and the other end pressed against the driving member pressing member 37. When the water pressure of the inlet 321 of the housing is higher, the flow-limiting driving member 33 is pressed, the sealing cylinder 35 moves towards the bottom, and when the bottom surface of the cylinder expanding part 351 can form a sealing contact with the top surface of the cavity expanding part 361, the gap water flow passage 34 is closed. When the water pressure of the water inlet 321 of the housing is low, the bottom surface of the cylinder expanding portion 351 is separated from the top surface of the cavity expanding portion 361, and the gap water flow passage 34 is conducted. A gap water flowing channel 34 is formed between the micro-nano bubbler 31 and the inner wall of the cavity of the micro-nano bubbler accommodating cavity 323, and the micro-nano bubbler 31 can be conducted or closed through axial movement of the gap water flowing channel 34. The top of the nano-bubbler 31 is provided with a bubbler expanding part 312, the peripheral wall of the shell 32 protrudes towards the nano-bubbler 31 to form an annular limiting bearing part, the limiting bearing part comprises a top annular bearing surface 324 facing the top of the shell 32, and the bottom surface of the step of the bubbler expanding part 312 and the top annular bearing surface 324 of the limiting bearing part can form surface-changing sealing contact.

When the water inlet pressure of the shell water inlet 321 is higher, the flow-limiting driving piece 33 is extruded, the nano-bubbler 31 moves towards the bottom, and when the step bottom surface of the bubbler expanding part 312 and the top annular bearing surface 324 of the limiting bearing part form sealing contact, the gap water flow channel 34 is closed. When the water inlet pressure of the housing water inlet 321 is low, the step bottom surface of the bubbler expanding portion 312 is separated from the top annular bearing surface 324 of the limiting bearing portion, and the gap water flow passage 34 is conducted.
In some embodiments, the water heater 100 may also include an operating range selector, a water flow sensor 5, and a controller (not shown). The working gear selector is provided with a shower water gear and a bubble water gear, and the controller is communicated with the working gear selector and used for determining the working gear of the working gear selector. When water needs to be discharged from the bath water pipeline 41, the bath water gear can be selected through the working gear selector; when water needs to be discharged from the bubble water pipeline 42, the bubble water gear can be selected through the working gear selector, and therefore the controller can perform corresponding control according to different working gears. The water flow sensor 5 is used for detecting the water flow of the cold water inlet channel 11, and when the water outlet component of the shower water pipeline 41 or the water outlet tap switch of the bubble water pipeline 42 is turned on, and the hot water outlet channel 12 is conducted, the water flow sensor 5 can detect the liquid flow signal of the cold water inlet channel 11. Wherein, the water inlet control valve 121 of the hot water outlet flow passage 12 may be set to a normally open state. The controller communicates with the water flow sensor 5 and receives a water flow signal of the water flow sensor 5, thereby performing control according to the water flow signal of the water flow sensor 5.
Referring to fig. 3, when water is required to be discharged from the bath water pipe 41, the operation position selector selects the bath water position and opens the water discharge member switch of the bath water pipe 41, and at this time, the controller determines that the operation position of the operation position selector is the bath water position, closes the air inlet control valve 2111 of the air inlet passage 211, stops air inlet to the gas-liquid mixing chamber 21, opens the water inlet control valve 121 of the hot water outlet passage 12 and the water discharge control valve 2211 of the water discharge passage 221, and feeds water into the gas-liquid mixing chamber 21 and discharges water from the gas-liquid mixing chamber 21 to the bath water pipe 41. Wherein, the gas-liquid mixing chamber 21 can discharge water to the bath water pipeline 41 through the water discharge channel 221 and the bubble water channel 222 of the water discharge module 22 at the same time. When the switch of the water outlet part of the bath water pipeline 41 is closed, the water flow sensor 5 can not detect the water flow signal of the cold water inlet channel 11, the water inlet control valve 121 of the hot water outlet channel 12 is closed, and the control of the controller is finished.
When water is required to be discharged from the bubble water pipe 42, the bubble water gear is selected by the operation gear selector, and the water outlet tap switch of the bubble water pipe 42 is turned on. The controller performs the closing of the water inlet control valve 121 of the hot water outlet flow passage 12 and the opening of the drain control valve 2211 and the air inlet control valve 2111 each time the water flow signal detected by the water flow sensor 5 for the first time (the first time) after the user opens the outlet tap switch, and at this time, controls the air dissolving device 2 to enter the air intake process. And the controller does not perform the control of closing the water inlet control valve 121 of the hot water outlet flow passage 12 and opening the drain control valve 2211 and the water inlet control valve 2111 each time the user turns on the water outlet tap switch and then the water flow sensor 5 does not initially detect the water flow signal.
Referring to fig. 4, when the user selects the bubble water position and opens the outlet tap switch of the bubble water pipe assembly 4, and the controller determines that the operation position of the operation position selector is the bubble water position and that the water flow sensor 111 initially detects a water flow signal, the air intake process of the controller is controlled to close the intake control valve 121 of the hot water outlet flow passage 12, stop the intake of hot water into the air-liquid mixing chamber 21, open the intake control valve 2111 in the intake air passage 211 and the drain control valve 2211 in the drain flow passage 221, and intake air into the air-liquid mixing chamber 21. And water is discharged from the gas-liquid mixing chamber 21 to the bubble water pipe 42. If water is present in the gas-liquid mixing chamber 21, the water in the gas-liquid mixing chamber 21 can flow out to the outlet tap of the bubble water pipeline 42 through the drainage channel 221 and the bubble water channel 222 of the outlet module 22 during the air intake process. When the controller determines that the opening time of the air intake control valve 2111 reaches the preset air intake time and the air-liquid mixing chamber 21 is filled with part or all of the air, the air intake process is ended and the water intake and air dissolving process is started, at this time, the water intake and air dissolving process of the controller is controlled to close the air intake control valve 2111 and the water discharge control valve 221, stop air intake to the air-liquid mixing chamber 21 and stop water discharge from the air-liquid mixing chamber 21 to the water discharge flow passage 221, and the water intake control valve 121 is opened to supply water to the air-liquid mixing chamber 21. At this time, the pressure in the gas-liquid mixing chamber 21 is the same as the water inlet pressure, in the high-pressure gas-liquid mixing chamber 21, the water entering the gas-liquid mixing chamber 21 contacts with the gas in the gas-liquid mixing chamber 21 and starts to dissolve the gas to form gas-dissolved water, and the gas-dissolved water in the gas-liquid mixing chamber 21 flows to the bubble water flow passage 222 and flows out of the micro-nano bubble water to the water outlet tap of the bubble water pipeline 42 by releasing the pressure through the micro-nano bubble liquid generating device 3.
When the opening time of the intake water control valve 121 reaches the preset intake time, the intake air dissolving process is finished and the intake process is started again, at this time, the controller controls to close the intake control valve 121 when the intake air dissolving process is finished, stop the intake of water into the gas-liquid mixing chamber 21, open the intake control valve 2111 and the drain control valve 2211, start the intake of air into the gas-liquid mixing chamber 21 and discharge of water from the gas-liquid mixing chamber 21 to the drain flow passage 221. That is, after the water outlet tap switch is turned on each time and before the water outlet tap switch is turned off, the controller continuously and alternately circulates the air inlet process and the air inlet and dissolving process until the water outlet tap switch is turned off, the bubble water pipeline 42 is closed, and if the water inlet control valve 121 is turned on, and at this time, the water flow sensor 5 cannot detect the water flow signal, the controller control flow is ended.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the water inlet and gas dissolving process is not limited to time control, but may be liquid level control, for example, in which case the water heater further comprises a liquid level sensor (not shown) disposed in the gas-liquid mixing chamber 21, the liquid level sensor being in communication with the controller. When the liquid level sensor detects that the water in the gas-liquid mixing cavity 21 reaches a preset liquid level, the water inlet and gas dissolving process is finished and the gas inlet process is started again. The control of the controller at this time is the same as the control of the controller when the opening time of the water inlet control valve 121 reaches the preset water inlet time, and will not be described herein again.
In conclusion, the water heater 100 of the invention is characterized in that the control air dissolving device 2 is connected to the hot water outlet pipe 12 of the heat exchange device 1, the control air dissolving device 2 comprises the micro-nano bubble water generating device 3, and the water outlet pipe assembly 4 of the water heater 100 discharges water in two ways, so that the bathing water function of a user can be met, and micro-nano bubble water with high micro-nano bubble density can be generated for cleaning.
