The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
In the present invention, unless otherwise expressly stated or limited, "above" or "below" a first feature means that the first and second features are in direct contact, or that the first and second features are not in direct contact but are in contact with each other via another feature therebetween. Also, the first feature being "on," "above" and "over" the second feature includes the first feature being directly on and obliquely above the second feature, or merely indicating that the first feature is at a higher level than the second feature. A first feature being "under," "below," and "beneath" a second feature includes the first feature being directly under and obliquely below the second feature, or simply meaning that the first feature is at a lesser elevation than the second feature.
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by the specific implementation mode in combination with the attached drawings.
The embodiment provides a display which can be switched between a standing type placement state and a wall-mounted type placement state so as to meet different requirements of consumers on the display state.
alternatively, the display may include a display main body and a display base, and the display state is switched by locking different position states of the display base with respect to the display main body. Therefore, most displays are provided with detachable display bases at present, when the placement state of the display is actually switched, a consumer needs to mount or dismount the display bases, common users are difficult to lock or loosen, the panel of the display is scratched or even broken by carelessness, the operation is inconvenient and risks of damaging the display are avoided, and the free switching of the placement state of the display is not realized, so that the use experience of the consumer is influenced.
In order to solve the above problems, the present embodiment provides a display base which is convenient, labor-saving and fast to operate when switching the state of the display, and can be used for a plurality of display products such as computers, televisions, projection devices, and the like, and can realize free switching between two placement states of wall-hanging and standing of the display. As shown in fig. 1, the display base 100 includes a mounting assembly 1, a movable assembly 2 and a base 3, the mounting assembly 1 is connected to the display main body 200, and the base 3 is movably connected to the mounting assembly 1 through the movable assembly 2; the base 3 has a first state of being extended with respect to the display main body 200 and a second state of being retracted to the bottom of the display main body 200; the movable assembly 2 is configured to bring the base 3 to switch between a first state and a second state, and to lock the base 3 and the mounting assembly 1 relatively.
Preferably, the display may include two display mounts 100, and the two display mounts 100 are symmetrically disposed at the back of the display main body 200, so that the support of the display mounts 100 is more stable.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, the display base 100 is returned to the bottom of the display main body 200, i.e. the base 3 is in the second state, and the display wall can be hung on the wall. As shown in fig. 6-9, the display base 100 extends out of the display main body 200, i.e. the middle base 3 is in the first state, and the display can stand on the placement platform.
in this embodiment, when the consumer needs to carry out two kinds of states of placing of wall-hanging and stand-type to the display and switch, do not have the step of installation or dismantlement base among the prior art, need not to use fasteners such as screw to lock the base promptly, and only realize the switching of display state through the motion of movable assembly 2 relative installation component 1, it is more convenient not only to operate, laborsaving, the switching state is more nimble, it is faster, and can also avoid the risk that will scratch the display panel by accident when installing or dismantling base 3, even the display panel breaks, can say, the consumer has really realized the free switching of two kinds of states of placing of wall-hanging and stand-type, consumer experience also obtains further promotion.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the display main body 200 is provided with a rear case for hiding the mounting assembly 1 on the display base 100, and such a hidden arrangement can satisfy the three-proofing requirement of the electronic device and can ensure the integrity and the aesthetic property of the display to a greater extent.
the above-mentioned "movement" of the movable assembly 2 may be in the form of "rotation", that is, the base 3 is moved relative to the display main body 200 by the rotation of the movable assembly 2 relative to the mounting assembly 1, so as to realize the free switching between the standing and wall-hanging placement states of the display. Specifically, as shown in fig. 10, the movable assembly 2 is rotatably disposed on the mounting assembly 1, and when the movable assembly 2 rotates relative to the mounting assembly 1 along a first direction, the movable assembly 2 can drive the base 3 to extend out of the display main body 200, and can lock the base 3 in a first state; when the movable assembly 2 rotates relative to the mounting assembly 1 in the reverse direction of the first direction, the movable assembly 2 can unlock the first state first, and then drive the base 3 to retract the bottom of the display main body 200 and lock the base 3 in the second state.
In this embodiment, even when the monitor is in a wall-mounted state, the monitor base 100 is still connected to the monitor main body 200, so that the monitor base has better integrity; and when the process of switching to the state of standing from the hanging state, also no longer have whole switching process and will fall the TV earlier and use fasteners such as screw to screw up loaded down with trivial details step, and only need rotate movable assembly 2, easy operation, 3 stand angles of base can be nimble adjustable moreover, really realize the free switching of two kinds of states of placing of display. Of course, other structures capable of extending and retracting the base 3 relative to the display main body 200 and locking the current state may also be adopted, for example, an elastic latch may be adopted, specifically, the elastic latch may include an elastic latch tongue connected with the base 3, and the elastic latch tongue is provided with a locking portion and an elastic portion, the elastic portion drives the locking portion to unlock so as to make the base 3 pop out of the display main body 200, and the extended state of the base 3 can be locked again by the locking portion; when it is necessary to retract the base 3 to the bottom of the display main body 200, the reverse procedure is basically taken, and likewise, the locking portion can lock the base 3 again. During the operation, can be through the mode unblock of pressing the elastic bolt to through locking portion locking, can carry out corresponding setting according to actual need, no longer give unnecessary details here.
As for a further specific structure adopting the "rotation" form, as shown in fig. 10, in the present embodiment, the mounting assembly 1 includes a limiting portion 11, the movable assembly 2 includes a rotation limiting assembly 21, the limiting portion 11 is connected to the display main body 200, the rotation limiting assembly 21 is connected to the base 3, and the rotation limiting assembly 21 is rotatably inserted into the limiting portion 11 to drive the base 3 to extend out of or retract into the bottom of the display main body 200 by moving along the axial direction of the limiting portion 11; the rotation limiting member 21 can also be locked or unlocked with the limiting portion 11 by rotation when the base 3 is in the first state and the second state.
The base 3 is usually of a block-shaped structure, so that the supporting surface is larger and the supporting function is more stable, and due to the block-shaped structure, in the operation of rotating the movable assembly 2, the direct application of the rotating action to the base 3 can complete the switching action more easily and more rapidly than the application to the movable assembly 2, and the angle at which the base 3 is to be placed can be selected more flexibly. It is recommended that the display state switching be accomplished by directly rotating the base 3. Specifically, when switching from the second state to the first state, the rotating base 3 may be rotated in the first direction, and the base 3 extends out of the display main body 200 along the rotation limiting component 21 in the axial movement direction of the limiting portion 11, as shown in fig. 13, and the base 3 is at the transition position in the standing state; then, the rotating base 3 is rotated continuously, so that the rotating limiting component 21 and the limiting part 11 can be locked relatively, and the base 3 is in a second state; if the first state needs to be switched to the second state, the operation is basically the reverse operation of the above process, that is, the base 3 is rotated in the reverse direction of the first direction to unlock the locked state of the rotation limiting component 21 and the limiting part 11, then the base 3 is moved upwards, and the rotation limiting component 21 is synchronously driven to move upwards, so that the base 3 is retracted to the bottom of the display main body 200, and then the base 3 is rotated continuously to lock the state of the base 3 and the limiting part 11, at this time, the base 3 is in the first state.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 10, in the present embodiment, the position-limiting part 11 includes a position-limiting cavity 112, a first guide part 111 disposed above the position-limiting cavity 112 at an interval, and a second guide part 113 disposed below the position-limiting cavity 112 at an interval; the rotation limiting assembly 21 comprises a penetrating part 211 and a locking part 212, the penetrating part 211 is connected with the base 3, the penetrating part 211 movably penetrates through the first guide part 111, the limiting cavity 112 and the second guide part 113, the locking part 212 is connected to the penetrating part 211 and penetrates through the limiting part 11, the locking part 212 is located between the first guide part 111 and the second guide part 113, and the locking part 212 is configured to be capable of moving along the axial direction of the limiting cavity 112 synchronously with the penetrating part 211 and can be locked at the top end or the bottom end of the limiting cavity 112 through rotation. Through setting up spacing chamber 112 and first guide part 111, second guide part 113, make the removal of wearing to establish portion 211 and locking part 212 along the axis direction in spacing chamber 112 more steady, also can guarantee sufficient displacement simultaneously, can enough guarantee the protrusion distance of base 3 relative display main part 200, utilize spacing chamber 112 respectively with the interval region realization locking of first guide part 111 and second guide part 113, also make the structure of display base 100 compacter.
Further preferably, the penetrating portion 211 may be configured to be a telescopic structure, so as to satisfy the requirement that the base 3 can extend out for a larger distance relative to the display main body 200, and realize a larger height in a standing state of the display. The common telescopic structure can adopt a nesting mode, has a simple structure, can simultaneously meet the requirements of being long enough when extending out and compact as much as possible when contracting, can also adopt other structures, and is not described again.
generally, the mounting assembly 1 can be detachably connected to the display main body 200 by fastening members such as screws, and the fixing manner is simple and reliable. Of course, a mounting base may be disposed at the connection end of the limiting portion 11 and the display main body 200, as shown in fig. 10, the mounting base can increase the contact area between the limiting portion 11 and the display main body 200, so as to improve the connection strength; other reinforcing methods can be adopted, for example, a boss can be arranged on the display main body 200 to ensure that the installation foundation has enough thickness and connection strength and the detachable requirement of the limiting part 11.
Further preferably, the connection point of the penetrating portion 211 and the base 3 may be disposed at the center of the base 3, as shown in fig. 10 to 12, the gravity of the display main body 200 is dispersed by the base 3 after being completely applied to the penetrating portion 211 through the center connection, so that the stress on the supporting surface is balanced, and the supporting stability is improved.
further preferably, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, one end of the penetrating portion 211 connected to the base 3 is connected to a bending portion, and the bending portion is disposed such that a central axis of one end of the penetrating portion 211 connected to the base 3 and a central axis of the other end of the penetrating portion 211 form an eccentric design. Therefore, although the limiting portion 11 has a certain thickness, the bending portion can not only satisfy the requirement that the penetrating portion 211 moves straight along the axis direction in the second guide portion 113, but also reduce the thickness of the whole machine as much as possible on the premise of ensuring the stable support of the base 3.
in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the movable assembly 2 may further include an elastic element 22, which can assist the rotation limiting assembly 21 to move in the limiting portion 11 by using its elastic force, so as to enhance the convenience of operation. Specifically, the elastic element 22 is sleeved on the penetrating portion 211, two ends of the elastic element 22 are respectively connected to the first guiding portion 111 and the locking portion 212 and are interposed therebetween, and the elastic element 22 is used for driving the locking portion 212 to move along the axial direction of the limiting cavity 112. In this embodiment, in the second state, the elastic element 22 is in the compressed state, and the compression elastic force thereof is expanded outward, that is, the elastic element 22 can press the locking portion 212 against the top end of the limiting cavity 112, and when the base 3 is switched from the second state to the first state, the penetrating portion 211 and the locking portion 212 move downward along the axial direction under the action of the compression elastic force, so that the base 3 is automatically ejected; when the base 3 is switched from the first state to the second state, the base 3 drives the base 3 to move upward by the balance restoring trend of the elastic element 22, and the base 3 can play a role of buffering, so as to avoid the collision between the base 3 and the display main body 200 when the base 3 moves upward too fast. Specifically, the elastic element 22 may be a spring, which is a conventional part, and has the advantages of easily available materials, low cost, simple structure, and easy installation, and of course, other elastic materials may be used, and will not be described herein again.
Preferably, the cross section of the cavity in the limiting cavity 112 is a non-circular hole 1121, the locking portion 212 is adapted to the non-circular hole 1121, and the penetrating portion 211 can lock the state of the base 3 by the staggered arrangement of the locking portion 212 at the top end or the bottom end of the limiting cavity 112 and the non-circular hole 1121. The locking structure is simple, easy to realize and convenient to operate.
Further preferably, the non-circular hole 1121 includes a circular hole and a plurality of limiting holes uniformly communicated in the circumferential direction of the circular hole, and correspondingly, the locking portion 212 is provided with a plurality of limiting units uniformly distributed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the central shaft of the penetrating portion 211, so that the locking portion 212 can move more smoothly and uniformly in the vertical direction in the non-circular hole 1121 due to the periodic symmetrical structure. Specifically, as shown in fig. 12, in the present embodiment, there are three limiting units, and the central angle between two adjacent limiting units is 120 °, so that the rotatable angle range can be ensured to be within 120 °, that is, the locking portion 212 just coincides with the non-circular hole 1121 every time when rotating 120 °.
preferably, the base 3 retracting the bottom of the display main body 200 is positioned on the same plane as the front end of the display main body 200 to ensure an aesthetic appearance. Meanwhile, in consideration of the locking in the second state, as shown in fig. 12, the limiting unit and the limiting hole in the second state are arranged in a staggered manner, and the staggered angle is α; in this embodiment, the locking portion 212 is three limiting units, where α is β + N × 120 °, where β has a value range of: 5-115 degrees, and N is 0, 1 or 2. The arrangement of the angle α is staggered, so that when the locking portion 212 is located at the top end or the bottom end of the limiting cavity 112, because the locking portion 212 is not completely overlapped with the non-circular hole 1121 of the limiting cavity 112, the locking portion 212 does not slide into the limiting cavity 112, the base 3 can lock the state of the base 3 more firmly under the action of the elastic element 22, the whole display main body 200 and the display base 100 are in a relatively static state, and even if the locking portion is disturbed by the outside, the locking portion does not loosen or shake.
further preferably, β may be set to a small angle, and by staggering the small angle, locking and unlocking can be achieved by precision adjustment at the locking portion 212 without requiring the user to fine tune, etc. to slowly find the angle. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, when β is 15 °, and N is 0, 1, or 2, each of the limiting units on the locking portion 212 is sequentially staggered from the limiting hole of the non-circular hole 1121 by an angle α of 15 °, 135 °, or 255 ° in the circumferential direction. During operation, the value of the small angle makes the user naturally rotate to a certain small angle, for example, 15 degrees, the base 3 can extend out or retract the display main body 200 under the driving of the elastic element 22, so that the operation is more convenient, and the requirement of flexibly switching the display state by the user is further met.
Specifically, during the state switching process of the base 3, there is a transition position, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, taking the left base 3 as an example, at this time, the locking portion 212 of the base 3 is just matched with the non-circular hole 1121 of the limiting cavity 112, and at this time, if the state is switched from the first state to the second state, then, the base 3 can be moved upward to move the locking portion 212 to the top end of the limiting cavity 112, and then, the locking portion 212 is rotated and staggered by a small angle to be locked to the second state; if the second state is switched to the first state, then the base 3 or the movable element 2 can be rotated further and staggered by a small angle to lock to the first state. Another feature of the display base 100 of this embodiment is that the included angle between the display base and the display main body 200 can be flexibly adjusted. As shown in fig. 6-9, in order to rotate the base 3 to a position having an angle of 60 ° with the display main body 200, generally, for the sake of overall coordination and beauty, the user can continue to rotate the base 3 to adjust to a user-satisfied angle, such as to rotate to an angle of 90 °, that is, the base 3 and the display main body 200 are perpendicular to each other.
In the process of actually using the display base 100, when the base 3 is retracted to the bottom of the display main body 200, the base 3 is parallel to the display main body 200, and the appearance is beautiful; when the base 3 is extended out of the display main body 200 and locked in the second state, the base 3 is perpendicular to the display main body 200 to achieve a good supporting effect, and further, the base 3 is required to be capable of rotating from a state parallel to the display main body 200 to a state perpendicular to the display main body 200. Therefore, it is required that the locking portion 212 can rotate at least 90 °. In this embodiment, there are three limiting units, the central angle between two adjacent limiting units is 120 °, the initial angle β excluding the staggered arrangement of the limiting units and the limiting holes is 15 °, the remaining rotatable angle is 360 °/3-15 ° -105 °, and at the position of 105 °, the limiting units and the limiting holes are just overlapped again to unlock, including the state where the base 3 is perpendicular to the display main body 200. If the number of the limiting units is two, when the locking part 212 is required to be locked or unlocked, the rotation angle of the locking part 212 is required to be too large, and the use is inconvenient; if the number of the limiting units is four or more, the rotation angle is insufficient.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the base 3 may be configured as a hollow casing structure for placing accessories of a display such as the sound box 300. Therefore, the problem that the base 3 is naturally waste when the display is hung on the wall for a long time in the prior art can be solved, and the base 3 is fully utilized; furthermore, since the accessory such as the speaker 300 is inserted into the chassis 3 after being removed from the display main body 200, space is saved. In addition, when the sound box 300 is placed in the base 3, the sound source and the sound channel are superposed to generate different effects by adjusting the rotation angle of the base 3, so that a user obtains different sensory feelings, and further more audio-visual experiences are provided. For this reason, the base 3 may be designed to have a hollow structure to enhance the penetration of sound. Specifically, in this embodiment, triangular hollows are arranged on the base 3 at intervals, and for enhancing the aesthetic feeling of the appearance and ensuring the strength of the base, the triangular hollows are arranged into equilateral triangles, and the adjacent equilateral triangles are inverted to each other, and a transitional connecting strip is left between the equilateral triangles.
In addition, between the two display bases 100, as shown in fig. 3, 15 and 16, an auxiliary functional area may be further disposed to make the bottom of the display main body 200 more consistent and beautiful. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the auxiliary functional area is configured to have a trapezoid structure, and accordingly, the inner side of the base 3 is also adaptively configured to have a trapezoid structure. Specifically, a series of auxiliary functional portions, such as the sub-screen display portion 400 and the bass speaker portion 600, may be disposed inside the ladder-shaped structure, and the bass speaker portion 600 and the speaker 300 built in the base 3 may cooperate to form a full-band combination of high and low frequencies to enhance sound effects; the sub-screen display unit 400 can be used as a control center of a full-house smart home, a voice-assisted display, or the like.
Further preferably, in order to prevent the base 3 from rotating excessively, a limiting member may be disposed on the display main body 200, in this embodiment, two sets of limiting members are disposed at the end of the trapezoid structure. In addition, in the present embodiment, the two sets of limiting elements are added with functionality, as shown in fig. 15 and 16, the limiting elements are set as an auxiliary key portion 500, specifically, in the present embodiment, the auxiliary key portion 500 includes auxiliary keys such as volume, channel, menu, and the like. The additional auxiliary keys enable the display to be controlled through the auxiliary keys under the condition that the remote controller is out of power or the display cannot be remotely controlled.
The foregoing embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles and features of this invention, which is not limited to the above-described embodiments, but rather is susceptible to various changes and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, which changes and modifications are within the scope of the invention as claimed. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
