Abstract
本发明公开了一种隧道辅热型纳米真空保温集成排水板,包括排水板本体,所述排水板本体的内侧边形成有流水通道,所述排水板本体的表面覆有PE水汽阻隔膜,排水板本体的内侧边设有若干自粘带,排水板本体的外侧边固定连接有电铺热层,所述电铺热层由导热橡胶和嵌装在导热橡胶内部的电伴热带组成,所述电铺热层的外侧边粘接有纳米真空保温板。本发明的优点在于该排水板具有铺热功能,同时自带纳米真空保温板,其具有优异的保温性能,加热的同时可避免热量散失,由此对隧道内壁起到较好的保温效果,避免隧道内壁结冰;另外,该排水板安装方便,质量轻,有助于提高施工效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及隧道排水技术领域,具体涉及一种隧道辅热型纳米真空保温集成排水板。
背景技术
隧道内需要铺设防排水系统,其包括在隧道拱墙的初期支护和二次衬砌之间铺挂排水板和环向盲管,以及在隧道仰拱内铺设的纵向排水管和位于两侧的侧沟等。然而,在我国北方以及高海拔严寒地区修建的隧道,当冬季来临时,由于气温低,水流易冻结堵塞排水管道,会引起隧道拱部挂冰、边墙结冰、洞内网线设备挂冰、围岩冻胀、衬砌胀裂、隧底冰椎、水沟冰塞、线路冻起等,不仅造成隧道衬砌结构遭到破坏,而且会出现侵界,危及行车安全。
所以,对于高寒地区的防排水系统,必须具备较好的保温性能。现有的保温措施大都是在排水系统中增设保温板,例如在排水板和环向盲管之间,或者在仰拱和填充层之间铺设保温板,起到较理想的保温效果。但是,该方式增加了施工工序,延长了施工周期,且施工难度也增大了。为此,我们可以对排水系统中原有结构进行改进,例如排水板,现有排水板保温性能较差,且不具备铺热功能。本发明致力于对排水板进行改进,以增加其自身保温性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种隧道辅热型纳米真空保温集成排水板,,其解决了传统排水板不具备铺热功能,且保温性能较差的缺陷。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种隧道辅热型纳米真空保温集成排水板,包括排水板本体,所述排水板本体的内侧边形成有流水通道,所述排水板本体的表面覆有PE水汽阻隔膜,排水板本体的内侧边设有若干自粘带,排水板本体的外侧边固定连接有电铺热层,所述电铺热层由导热橡胶和嵌装在导热橡胶内部的电伴热带组成,所述电铺热层的外侧边粘接有纳米真空保温板。
进一步改进在于,所述导热橡胶为氧化铝导热橡胶或者氮化硼导热橡胶。
进一步改进在于,所述排水板本体上形成有均匀间隔的半圆形结构,所述导热橡胶将半圆形结构完全填充,所述自粘带一一对应设在半圆形结构的顶端,所述电伴热带一一对应设在半圆形结构圆心位置的导热橡胶内。
进一步改进在于,所述排水板本体的两侧设有延伸边。
进一步改进在于,所述纳米真空保温板包括
真空保温板,所述真空保温板由气体阻隔膜以及真空密封在气体阻隔膜内部的玻纤芯材组成;
纳米二氧化硅气凝胶毡,所述纳米二氧化硅气凝胶毡包裹在真空保温板的外表面;
石棉外框,所述石棉外框包裹在纳米二氧化硅气凝胶毡的外表面,且在石棉外框的内部嵌设有不锈钢网加强层。
进一步改进在于,所述纳米真空保温板的内侧边设有凸条,所述凸条的横截面呈倒梯形,且凸条嵌入导热橡胶内。
进一步改进在于,所述纳米真空保温板的外侧边涂有环氧树脂耐腐蚀层。
本发明的有益效果在于:该排水板具有铺热功能,同时自带纳米真空保温板,其具有优异的保温性能,加热的同时可避免热量散失,由此对隧道内壁起到较好的保温效果,避免隧道内壁结冰;另外,该排水板安装方便,质量轻,有助于提高施工效率。

结合图1和图2所示,一种隧道辅热型纳米真空保温集成排水板,包括排水板本体1,排水板本体1的内侧边形成有流水通道2,用于排水;排水板本体1的表面覆有PE水汽阻隔膜,可有效阻隔加热产生的水蒸气透过排水板本体1,排水板本体1的内侧边设有若干自粘带3,铺挂时隧道内壁也设置自粘带,安装排水板时只需粘接,十分方便;排水板本体1的外侧边固定连接有电铺热层,电铺热层由导热橡胶4和嵌装在导热橡胶4内部的电伴热带5组成,电伴热带5连接有外界的电源,通电后产生热量,热量由导热橡胶4向排水板本体1以及更内侧传递;电铺热层的外侧边粘接有纳米真空保温板6,用于降低热量散失量以及减小外部冷量传到隧道内壁。
其中,导热橡胶4为氧化铝导热橡胶或者氮化硼导热橡胶,这两种材料均具有较好的导热性能,能将电伴热带5产生的热量进行传递,且这两种橡胶耐腐蚀、耐老化性能也较佳,使用寿命长。
排水板本体1上形成有均匀间隔的半圆形结构,导热橡胶4将半圆形结构完全填充,保证充分接触,自粘带3一一对应设在半圆形结构的顶端,电伴热带5一一对应设在半圆形结构圆心位置的导热橡胶4内,排水板本体1的两侧设有延伸边7,用于铺挂时相邻排水板的搭接。
特别的,纳米真空保温板6包括真空保温板61,真空保温板61由气体阻隔膜以及真空密封在气体阻隔膜内部的玻纤芯材组成;纳米二氧化硅气凝胶毡62,纳米二氧化硅气凝胶毡62包裹在真空保温板61的外表面,纳米二氧化硅气凝胶毡62密度极低,具有轻质的优点,且同样具有保温效果;石棉外框63,石棉外框63包裹在纳米二氧化硅气凝胶毡62的外表面,且在石棉外框63的内部嵌设有不锈钢网加强层64,石棉本身具有保温作用,而不锈钢网加强层64用于增加纳米真空保温板6的整体抗压和抗撕拉性能。
另外,纳米真空保温板6的内侧边设有凸条8,凸条8的横截面呈倒梯形,且凸条8嵌入导热橡胶4内,可增加纳米真空保温板6与导热橡胶4之间的连接强度,防止脱落。纳米真空保温板6的外侧边涂有环氧树脂耐腐蚀层,提高耐腐蚀性能。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隧道辅热型纳米真空保温集成排水板,其特征在于:所述导热橡胶(4)为氧化铝导热橡胶或者氮化硼导热橡胶。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种隧道辅热型纳米真空保温集成排水板,其特征在于:所述排水板本体(1)的两侧设有延伸边(7)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种隧道辅热型纳米真空保温集成排水板,其特征在于:所述纳米真空保温板(6)包括
真空保温板(61),所述真空保温板(61)由气体阻隔膜以及真空密封在气体阻隔膜内部的玻纤芯材组成;
纳米二氧化硅气凝胶毡(62),所述纳米二氧化硅气凝胶毡(62)包裹在真空保温板(61)的外表面;
石棉外框(63),所述石棉外框(63)包裹在纳米二氧化硅气凝胶毡(62)的外表面,且在石棉外框(63)的内部嵌设有不锈钢网加强层(64)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种隧道辅热型纳米真空保温集成排水板,其特征在于:所述纳米真空保温板(6)的内侧边设有凸条(8),所述凸条(8)的横截面呈倒梯形,且凸条(8)嵌入导热橡胶(4)内。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种隧道辅热型纳米真空保温集成排水板,其特征在于:所述纳米真空保温板(6)的外侧边涂有环氧树脂耐腐蚀层。
