Compared with the existing coal water slurry additive under the same condition, the environment-friendly coal water slurry additive prepared by the scheme of the invention has the advantages of low dosage, low addition rate of the coal water slurry additive, reduction in the cost for preparing the coal water slurry, high concentration of the prepared coal water slurry, low apparent viscosity, good fluidity and good stability, does not generate hard precipitation after standing for 48 hours, and obviously improves the performance of the coal water slurry. The coal water slurry prepared by the environment-friendly coal water slurry additive improves the concentration of the coal water slurry and reduces the viscosity, so that a viscous fluid form cannot be formed, the unfavorable working conditions of slurry hanging and slurry running of a coal mill drum screen cannot be generated, the problem which is urgently needed to be solved in the existing coal water slurry preparation process is well solved, and the economic benefit is improved. In addition, the gluconate is generally prepared by taking substances (such as grains) containing glucose as raw materials in the industry and adopting a fermentation method, has no toxicity, can be rapidly and completely degraded through common biochemical treatment, and the starch industrial wastewater is wastewater generated by processing or deeply processing starch by taking agricultural products as raw materials.

An environment-friendly coal water slurry additive is characterized in that: the paint comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0-50% of gluconate, 0-50% of starch industrial wastewater (by solid content), 0-50% of naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate and 0-50% of sulfonated acetone-formaldehyde polycondensate, wherein at least one of the two raw materials of the gluconate and the starch industrial wastewater is adopted, the starch industrial wastewater is firstly compounded with the gluconate after the pH value is adjusted to be neutral or weakly alkaline, and then is compounded with the naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate and/or the sulfonated acetone-formaldehyde polycondensate to prepare the finished product additive.

An environment-friendly coal water slurry additive is characterized in that: the paint comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 25 to 50 percent of gluconate, 0 to 50 percent of naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate and 0 to 50 percent of sulfonated acetone-formaldehyde polycondensate.

The environment-friendly coal-water slurry additive according to claim 1, wherein: the paint comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 25 to 50 percent of starch industrial wastewater (by solid content), 0 to 50 percent of naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate and 0 to 50 percent of sulfonated acetone-formaldehyde condensate.

The environment-friendly coal-water slurry additive according to claim 1, wherein: the paint comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 25 to 50 percent of gluconate, 25 to 50 percent of starch industrial wastewater (by solid content), 0 to 50 percent of naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate and 0 to 50 percent of sulfonated acetone-formaldehyde polycondensate.
5. The environment-friendly coal-water slurry additive according to claim 1, wherein: the gluconate is one or more of sodium gluconate, potassium gluconate or ammonium gluconate.

The environment-friendly coal-water slurry additive according to claim 1, wherein: the naphthalenesulfonate formaldehyde condensate is one or more of sodium naphthalenesulfonate formaldehyde condensate, potassium naphthalenesulfonate formaldehyde condensate or naphthalenesulfonate ammonia formaldehyde condensate.

The use of the environment-friendly coal-water slurry additive as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein: the method is used in the preparation process of the coal chemical ultra-fine grinding high-concentration coal slurry with high coal particle stacking density and large specific surface area, and can obviously improve the concentration, the fluidity and the stability of the coal slurry.
