Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of adhesive tapes, and particularly relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape.
Background
Pressure-sensitive adhesives are adhesives that adhere with no more pressure than that applied by a finger, do not require activation other than finger pressure, produce strong and durable adhesion, and are capable of being peeled from smooth surfaces without leaving marks. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is composed of a base material (or a substrate and a pressure-sensitive adhesive applied thereto).
The adhesive tape is used for splicing gaps between decorative floors in a toilet or bathroom, so that the sealing property between two adjacent floors can be improved, and the phenomenon of liquid permeating from the gaps can be prevented.
When the existing pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is used, a large amount of water vapor penetrates through the tape base layer to contact with the adhesive due to the fact that a bathroom or a toilet contains a large amount of water vapor, the adhesive loses viscosity after being wetted, mainly water is remained on the surface of the adhesive, microscopic acting force between the adhesive and an adherend is damaged, the adhesive and the base layer are separated from adhesion, and meanwhile the hardness and the stability of the base layer are affected.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape which is mainly used for solving the problem that after the existing adhesive is wetted, the viscosity of the existing adhesive is failed, water is mainly remained on the surface of the adhesive, the microscopic acting force between the adhesive and an adherend is damaged, the phenomenon that the adhesive is separated from a base layer is caused, and the hardness and the stability of the base layer are influenced.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, which comprises a rubber substrate; the rubber base layer is made of corrosion-resistant fiber rubber; the upper surface of the rubber base layer is thermally pressed with a water-soluble base layer which is made of a water-soluble high molecular compound material; the upper surface of the water-soluble base layer is provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer; a bonding cavity is formed in the water-soluble base layer, a cavity extrusion strip is filled in the bonding cavity, and the cavity extrusion strip is set to be one of a cylindrical extrusion strip or a triangular extrusion strip; when the adhesive tape works, the adhesive tape is used for splicing gaps between decorative floors in a bath pool or a bathroom, so that the sealing property between two adjacent floors can be increased, and the phenomenon that liquid permeates from the gaps is prevented; meanwhile, the corrosion-resistant fiber rubber material can increase the corrosion resistance of the rubber base layer, and prevent the rubber base layer of the rubber belt in the bathing pool or the bathroom from being corroded by the contact with shampoo, laundry detergent or washing and protecting articles thereof for a long time to cause the phenomenon of rottenness; the water-soluble base layer adopting the water-soluble high molecular compound has the function of tackifying under the action that a large amount of water vapor is contained indoors, so that the water vapor can contact with the pressure-sensitive adhesive from permeating through the rubber base layer, the bonding effect between the rubber base layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive can be increased, and the phenomenon that the viscosity of the adhesive disappears when encountering the water vapor is prevented; the cavity extrusion strip installed in the water-soluble base layer can increase the elastic hardness of the rubber base layer and prevent the rubber base layer from being broken under the action of a long time.
Preferably, a hydrophobic air guide film is arranged in the cavity extrusion strip, and a tapered hole is formed in the outer wall of the cavity extrusion column; quicklime balls are filled in the cavity extrusion strip, and hot melt adhesive is filled in the cavity extrusion strip; the quicklime balls are separated from the hot-melt adhesive by a hydrophobic air guide film; when the water-soluble rubber base layer is in operation, when a large amount of water vapor permeates through the rubber base layer and is contacted with the water-soluble rubber base layer, the water-soluble rubber base layer and liquid water in the water vapor are mutually dissolved, and the surface viscosity of the water-soluble base layer and the liquid water is further increased; when water vapor continuously penetrates through the rubber base layer and enters the cavity extrusion strip through the tapered hole, the water vapor can be in contact with a quicklime ball, the quicklime can generate hot gas when encountering water, the hot gas generated by the quicklime can be in contact with an internal hot-melt adhesive through the hydrophobic gas guide film, the hot-melt adhesive can be melted after being heated and can be in contact with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer through the tapered hole, and the melted hot-melt adhesive can increase the bonding effect among the rubber base layer, the cavity extrusion column and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer; meanwhile, the hardness of the cavity extrusion column can be increased by quicklime meeting water or generated hydrated lime, the elastic supporting effect of the cavity extrusion column is further improved, and the generated hydrated lime can play a role in sterilization and disinfection.
Preferably, the upper end wall and the lower end wall of the cylindrical extrusion strip are tightly attached to the bonding cavity, and two side walls of the cylindrical extrusion strip are attached to each other; the cylindrical extrusion strip is made of elastic rubber material; the quicklime ball is positioned at the bottom end of the cylindrical extrusion strip; the during operation, when the rubber substrate received external pressure, cylindrical extrusion strip can extrude the laminating each other under the effect of extrusion force, cylindrical extrusion strip after the extrusion can form the plane at rubber substrate and pressure sensitive adhesive layer, the hot melt adhesive after melting of the inside packing of extrusion cavity strip simultaneously passes through the bell mouth blowout under the effect of extrusion force, the hot melt adhesive of blowout liquid can form the adhesive surface on the outer wall of the cavity extrusion post after the extrusion, further increase hot melt adhesive's the bonding effect to rubber substrate and pressure sensitive adhesive.
Preferably, the triangular extrusion strip is made of elastic rubber materials, and the hardness of the rubber materials at the two side edges of the triangular extrusion strip is smaller than that of the bottom edge; the bottom end surfaces of the triangular extrusion strips are in close contact with the upper wall and the lower wall of the bonding cavity; the quick lime ball is positioned inside the bottom end of the triangular extrusion strip, and tapered holes formed in the side wall of the triangular extrusion strip are positioned at the upper ends of the two sides of the hydrophobic air guide film; the during operation, when the triangle-shaped extrusion strip that sets up can increase the elastic support hardness between rubber basic unit and the pressure sensitive adhesive layer, can increase the hot melt adhesive after melting and flow in the both sides outer wall of triangle-shaped extrusion strip through the bell mouth, not only can further increase hot melt adhesive's bonding effect, hot melt adhesive can play adhesive effect to adjacent cavity extrusion strip simultaneously, can make cavity extrusion strip mutual adhesion under the effect of extrusion force, cavity extrusion strip after the mutual adhesion can form the stereoplasm bonding layer between rubber basic unit and pressure sensitive adhesive layer, not only improve adhesive effect, the further cracked phenomenon of rubber basic unit emergence that prevents simultaneously.
Preferably, the quicklime ball comprises an outer wrapping layer, and the outer wrapping layer is made of a water-soluble high polymer compound material; quicklime powder filled in the outer wrapping layer; when the hot-melt adhesive works, when water vapor is contacted with the outer wrapping layer, the outer wrapping layer of the water-soluble high-molecular compound can generate a solution with water solubility, so that the outer wrapping layer can generate water-soluble damage, limestone powder wrapped in the damaged outer wrapping layer can be contacted with the water vapor, the rate of heat generation can be increased by the aid of the set limestone powder, and the melting rate of the hot-melt adhesive is further increased; meanwhile, the water-soluble high molecular compound is dissolved in water and then contacts with the quicklime, so that the slaked lime generated after the reaction of the quicklime and the water has certain viscosity, and the caking property of the slaked lime generated after the reaction of the quicklime is improved.
Preferably, the triangular extrusion strips are arranged in the bonding cavity in a staggered and superposed mode, and triangular cavity extrusion strips are inversely inserted between adjacent triangular extrusion strips; the triangular extrusion strips adopt a staggered, overlapped, inverted and spliced mode, when the rubber base layer is subjected to extrusion force, the bottom end faces of the cavity extrusion strips which are mutually overlapped, inverted and spliced can be mutually aligned, and meanwhile, the triangular extrusion strips extruded in a staggered mode can increase the bonding effect between the hot melt adhesives between the two side faces.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, under the action of a large amount of water vapor in the indoor water-soluble base layer made of the water-soluble high molecular compound, a large amount of water vapor can contact with the pressure-sensitive adhesive through penetrating through the rubber base layer, and the water-soluble high molecular compound has a tackifying effect, so that the bonding effect between the rubber base layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive can be increased, and the phenomenon that the viscosity of the adhesive disappears when encountering the water vapor is prevented; the cavity extrusion strip installed in the water-soluble base layer can increase the elastic hardness of the rubber base layer and prevent the rubber base layer from being broken under the action of a long time.
2. The hot melt adhesive provided by the invention can be contacted with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer through the tapered hole after being melted by heating, and the melted hot melt adhesive can increase the adhesive effect among the rubber base layer, the cavity extrusion column and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer; meanwhile, the hardness of the cavity extrusion column can be increased by quicklime meeting water or generated hydrated lime, the elastic supporting effect of the cavity extrusion column is further improved, and the generated hydrated lime can play a role in sterilization and disinfection.

Detailed Description
A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to the present invention includes a rubber substrate 1; the rubber base layer 1 is made of corrosion-resistant fiber rubber; the upper surface of the rubber base layer 1 is thermally pressed with a water-soluble base layer 2, and the water-soluble base layer 2 is made of a water-soluble high molecular compound material; the upper surface of the water-soluble base layer 2 is provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3; a bonding cavity 21 is formed in the water-soluble base layer 2, a cavity extrusion strip 4 is filled in the bonding cavity 21, and the cavity extrusion strip 4 is set to be a cylindrical extrusion strip 4 a; when the adhesive tape works, the adhesive tape is used for splicing gaps between decorative floors in a bath pool or a bathroom, so that the sealing property between two adjacent floors can be increased, and the phenomenon that liquid permeates from the gaps is prevented; meanwhile, the corrosion-resistant fiber rubber material can increase the corrosion resistance of the rubber base layer 1 and prevent the rubber base layer 1 of the rubber belt in the bathing pool or the bathroom from being corroded and rotten due to the contact with shampoo, laundry detergent or washing and protecting products thereof for a long time; the water-soluble base layer 2 adopting the water-soluble high molecular compound has the function of tackifying under the action that a large amount of water vapor is contained indoors, so that the water vapor can contact with the pressure-sensitive adhesive through the rubber base layer 1, the bonding effect between the rubber base layer 1 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive can be increased, and the phenomenon that the viscosity of the adhesive disappears when encountering the water vapor is prevented; the cavity extrusion strip 4 arranged in the water-soluble base layer 2 can increase the elastic hardness of the rubber base layer 1 and prevent the rubber base layer 1 from breaking under the action of a long time.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a hydrophobic air guide film 6 is arranged in the cavity extrusion strip 4, and a tapered hole 41 is formed on the outer wall of the cavity extrusion column 4; the cavity extrusion strip 4 is filled with quicklime balls 5, and the cavity extrusion strip 4 is filled with hot melt adhesive; the quicklime and the hot melt adhesive are separated by a hydrophobic air guide film 6; when the water-soluble rubber base layer is in work, when a large amount of water vapor penetrates through the rubber base layer 1 and is in contact with the water-soluble base layer 2, the water-soluble rubber base layer 1 and liquid water in the water vapor are mutually dissolved, and the surface viscosity of the water-soluble base layer 2 and the liquid water is further increased; when water vapor continuously penetrates through the rubber base layer 1 and enters the cavity extrusion strip 4 through the tapered hole 41, the water vapor can be in contact with the quicklime ball 5, the quicklime can generate hot gas when meeting water, the hot gas generated by the quicklime is in contact with the internal hot melt adhesive through the hydrophobic air guide film 6, the hot melt adhesive can be melted when being heated and then can be in contact with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 through the tapered hole 41, and the melted hot melt adhesive can increase the adhesion effect among the rubber base layer 1, the cavity extrusion strip 4 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3; meanwhile, the hardness of the cavity extrusion column can be increased by quicklime meeting water or generated hydrated lime, the elastic supporting effect of the cavity extrusion column is further improved, and the generated hydrated lime can play a role in sterilization and disinfection.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the upper and lower top end walls of the cylindrical extrusion strip 4a are tightly attached to the bonding chamber 21, and two side walls of the cylindrical extrusion strip 4a are attached to each other; the cylindrical extrusion strip 4a is made of elastic rubber material; the quicklime ball 5 is positioned at the bottom end of the cylindrical extrusion strip 4 a; during operation, when rubber substrate 1 receives external pressure, cylindrical extrusion strip 4a can extrude the laminating each other under the effect of extrusion force, cylindrical extrusion strip 4a after the extrusion can form the plane at rubber substrate 1 and pressure sensitive adhesive layer 3, the hot melt adhesive after melting of the inside packing of cylindrical extrusion strip 4a simultaneously spouts through bell mouth 41 under the effect of extrusion force, the hot melt adhesive of blowout liquid can form the adhesive surface on the outer wall of cylindrical extrusion strip 4a after the extrusion, further increase hot melt adhesive's the bonding effect to rubber substrate 1 and pressure sensitive adhesive.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the quicklime ball 5 includes an outer wrapping layer, and the outer wrapping layer is made of a water-soluble polymer compound material; quicklime powder filled in the outer wrapping layer; when the hot-melt adhesive works, when water vapor is contacted with the outer wrapping layer, the outer wrapping layer of the water-soluble high-molecular compound can generate a solution with water solubility, so that the outer wrapping layer can generate water-soluble damage, limestone powder wrapped in the damaged outer wrapping layer can be contacted with the water vapor, the rate of heat generation can be increased by the aid of the set limestone powder, and the melting rate of the hot-melt adhesive is further increased; meanwhile, the water-soluble high molecular compound is dissolved in water and then contacts with the quicklime, so that the slaked lime generated after the reaction of the quicklime and the water has certain viscosity, and the caking property of the slaked lime generated after the reaction of the quicklime is improved.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to the present invention includes a rubber substrate 1; the rubber base layer 1 is made of corrosion-resistant fiber rubber; the upper surface of the rubber base layer 1 is thermally pressed with a water-soluble base layer 2, and the water-soluble base layer 2 is made of a water-soluble high molecular compound material; the upper surface of the water-soluble base layer 2 is provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3; a bonding cavity 21 is formed in the water-soluble base layer 2, a cavity extrusion strip 4 is filled in the bonding cavity 21, and the cavity extrusion strip 4 is a triangular extrusion strip 4 b; when the adhesive tape works, the adhesive tape is used for splicing gaps between decorative floors in a bath pool or a bathroom, so that the sealing property between two adjacent floors can be increased, and the phenomenon that liquid permeates from the gaps is prevented; meanwhile, the corrosion-resistant fiber rubber material can increase the corrosion resistance of the rubber base layer 1 and prevent the rubber base layer 1 of the rubber belt in the bathing pool or the bathroom from being corroded and rotten due to the contact with shampoo, laundry detergent or washing and protecting products thereof for a long time; the water-soluble base layer 2 adopting the water-soluble high molecular compound has the function of tackifying under the action that a large amount of water vapor is contained indoors, so that the water vapor can contact with the pressure-sensitive adhesive through the rubber base layer 1, the bonding effect between the rubber base layer 1 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive can be increased, and the phenomenon that the viscosity of the adhesive disappears when encountering the water vapor is prevented; the cavity extrusion strip 4 arranged in the water-soluble base layer 2 can increase the elastic hardness of the rubber base layer 1 and prevent the rubber base layer 1 from breaking under the action of a long time.

As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the triangular extrusion strip 4b is made of elastic rubber material, and the hardness of the rubber material at the two sides of the triangular extrusion strip 4b is less than that of the bottom side; the bottom end surfaces of the triangular extrusion strips 4b are in close contact with the upper and lower walls of the bonding cavity 21; the quick lime ball 5 is positioned inside the bottom end of the triangular extrusion strip 4b, and tapered holes formed in the side wall of the triangular extrusion strip 4b are positioned at the upper ends of the two sides of the hydrophobic air guide film 6; in operation, when the triangle-shaped extrusion strip 4b that sets up can increase the elastic support hardness between rubber substrate 1 and the pressure sensitive adhesive layer 3, can increase the hot melt adhesive after melting and flow into triangle-shaped extrusion strip 4 b's both sides outer wall through bell mouth 41, not only can further increase hot melt adhesive's bonding effect, hot melt adhesive can play adhesive effect to adjacent triangle-shaped extrusion strip 4b simultaneously, can make triangle-shaped extrusion strip 4b adhere to each other under the effect of extrusion force, triangle-shaped extrusion strip 4b after the mutual adhesion can form the stereoplasm bonding layer between rubber substrate 1 and pressure sensitive adhesive layer 3, not only improve adhesive effect, simultaneously further prevent that rubber substrate 1 from taking place cracked phenomenon.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the triangular extrusion strips 4b are installed in the bonding cavity 21 in a staggered overlapping manner, and triangular cavity extrusion strips 4 are inserted between adjacent triangular extrusion strips 4b in an inverted manner; the triangular extrusion strips 4b are in a staggered, overlapped and inverted inserting mode, when the rubber base layer 1 is subjected to extrusion force, the bottom end faces of the triangular extrusion strips 4b which are overlapped, inverted and inserted mutually can be aligned mutually, and meanwhile, the triangular extrusion strips 4b which are extruded in a staggered mode can increase the bonding effect between the hot melt adhesives between the two side faces.

The specific working process is as follows:
