The first embodiment and the second embodiment of the electric motorcycle of the present invention have substantially the same structure and configuration features, and no description is repeated herein, but the difference between the first embodiment and the second embodiment is that the accommodating box 251 of the first embodiment is locked and disposed on the transmission box 23, the accommodating box 351 of the controller assembly 35 and the transmission box 33 of the second embodiment are integrally formed, the inner spaces of the accommodating box 351 and the transmission box 33 are separated independent spaces, and the accommodating box 351 and the transmission box 33 have three heat dissipating holes 3511 formed on the accommodating box 351, and the structure of the second embodiment can also achieve the same effects as the first embodiment.
