Abstract
The invention aims to provide a lifting type pressing and positioning mechanism for a taping machine, which is used for assisting in pressing a workpiece during taping operation of the taping machine, so that a taping process is stable, a plate cannot generate position deviation and shaking, and the qualification rate of a finished product is further improved. The invention discloses a lifting type pressing and positioning mechanism for a taping machine, which comprises a base for placing a taping clamping fixture and a workpiece to be taped and a rack fixed on the base, wherein the rack is provided with a vertical guide rail, a lifting device lifting along the guide rail and a driving mechanism driving the lifting device to lift; the frame is also provided with a position sensor for detecting whether the lifting device reaches a preset position, and the position sensor is connected with a control unit of the driving mechanism; the lifting device is provided with a positioning mechanism for positioning a workpiece to be wrapped. The lifting type compressing and positioning mechanism has the advantages of low cost, simple and reasonable structure, convenience in operation, lower failure rate, easiness in maintenance and replacement and good practicability.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of automatic production and manufacturing of automobiles, and particularly relates to a lifting type pressing and positioning mechanism for a taping machine.
Background
The production process of the front cover and the rear cover in the white car body production and manufacturing process mainly comprises edge covering machine or robot edge rolling. At present, a crank arm type lever structure is generally adopted to compress and position a workpiece in a wrapping operation, namely, a crank arm type lever is hinged to the side of a bottom die, one end of the lever is hinged to a piston rod of an air cylinder, the other end of the lever is provided with a block-shaped or sheet-shaped compressing body, the cylinder body of the air cylinder is hinged to a base of a wrapping machine, and the piston rod of the air cylinder pushes the lever to rotate, so that the compressing body at one end of the lever is close to the workpiece and compresses the workpiece on the bottom die.
Because the outer side of the bottom die is also provided with the pre-edge covering mechanism or the clamping mechanism, the rotating point of the crank-type lever is far away from the workpiece, so that the pressing body is far away from the rotating center of the lever, the bending torque of the lever is increased, the lever is easy to have the problems of bending deformation, even fracture, shaking and the like, the positioning precision is low when the workpiece is pressed, the relative position between the inner layer and the outer layer of the workpiece after final edge covering and the appearance contour error of the workpiece are large, the precision is low, and the yield is low.
In view of the above, it is necessary to design a pressing and positioning mechanism for pressing and positioning a workpiece during a hemming operation of a hemming machine, thereby improving hemming accuracy.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a lifting type pressing and positioning mechanism for a taping machine, which is used for assisting in pressing a workpiece during taping operation of the taping machine, so that a taping process is stable, a plate cannot generate position deviation and shaking, and the qualification rate of a finished product is further improved.
The invention discloses a lifting type pressing and positioning mechanism for a taping machine, which comprises a base for placing a taping clamping fixture and a workpiece to be taped and a rack fixed on the base, wherein the rack is provided with a vertical guide rail, a lifting device lifting along the guide rail and a driving mechanism driving the lifting device to lift; the frame is also provided with a position sensor for detecting whether the lifting device reaches a preset position, and the position sensor is connected with a control unit of the driving mechanism; the lifting device is provided with a positioning mechanism for positioning a workpiece to be wrapped.
When the edge covering operation is performed, firstly, an edge covering clamping fixture and a workpiece to be covered are placed on a base, then a driving mechanism is used for driving a lifting device to move downwards, a positioning mechanism is made to descend to a preset position to be in contact with the workpiece to be covered, the workpiece to be covered is accurately positioned, meanwhile, the lifting device and the positioning mechanism are used for pressing the workpiece to be covered, then an edge covering machine is used for performing edge covering operation, after the edge covering is finished, the driving mechanism is used for driving the lifting device to move upwards, and the workpiece to be covered is taken out. In the moving process, the position sensor can accurately detect whether the lifting device moves to the preset position or not, and sends a preset signal to the control unit of the driving mechanism after the lifting device moves to the preset position, so that the driving mechanism can stop moving, and the lifting device is prevented from moving excessively.
Specifically, the driving mechanism comprises a servo motor arranged at the top end of the rack, a screw rod rotatably arranged on the rack through a bearing, a nut arranged on the screw rod, a coupler for connecting the servo motor and the screw rod, and a control unit for controlling the servo motor to work, wherein the bearing is fixedly connected with the rack, and the nut is fixedly connected with the lifting device. Furthermore, one end of the lifting device is a vertical mounting plate, the other end of the lifting device is a horizontal frame, and the positioning mechanism is detachably mounted below the end part of the horizontal frame; the nut is fixed on the side face of the vertical mounting plate, and the side face of the vertical mounting plate is provided with a guide limiting convex block which is movably matched with the vertical guide rail. The vertical mounting plate is movably matched with the vertical guide rail through the guide limiting convex block, so that the lifting device can be prevented from inclining in the lifting process and the like. The positioning mechanism can be replaced according to a specific workpiece to be wrapped, and the universality of the lifting type pressing positioning mechanism is improved.
Furthermore, the frame is also provided with a counterweight part, the top end of the counterweight part is provided with a connecting cable, and the connecting cable is connected with the lifting device after bypassing the pulley on the upper part of the frame. The counterweight part and the lifting device are respectively positioned on two sides of the frame pulley, the weight of the counterweight part is basically equal to that of the lifting device, and at the moment, the driving mechanism only needs to overcome the friction force to do work to drive the lifting device to move up and down, so that the power requirement on the driving mechanism is reduced, and the safety is improved.
Furthermore, the two position sensors respectively correspond to a preset lowest point position and a preset highest point position of the lifting device, the position sensor corresponding to the lowest point position can prevent the lifting device from excessively moving downwards to crush a workpiece to be edge-wrapped, and the position sensor corresponding to the highest point position can prevent the lifting device from excessively moving upwards to interfere with components such as an edge wrapping machine.
Furthermore, the rack is provided with a safety protection ladder which is composed of a ladder body and guardrails arranged around the upper part of the ladder body, so that the convenience of maintenance is improved, and the safety of maintenance personnel is protected.
Furthermore, the base is provided with a protruding positioning column and a clamping mechanism for clamping the edge covering clamping fixture, so as to position and clamp the edge covering clamping fixture.
The lifting type pressing and positioning mechanism is used for replacing a traditional crank arm type lever structure to realize the fixed positioning of the workpiece to be edged, the function of an upper positioning clamp is realized, the problems of shaking and deviation of an inner plate and an outer plate in the workpiece to be edged are avoided, the stability of edging operation is improved, and the lifting type pressing and positioning mechanism is suitable for automobile parts with higher machining precision; the lifting type compressing and positioning mechanism is low in cost, simple and reasonable in structure, convenient to operate, low in fault rate, easy to maintain and replace and good in practicability.

The embodiment provides a over-and-under type compresses tightly positioning mechanism for taping machine to be used for supplementary work piece that compresses tightly when taping machine operation of borduring, make the process of borduring stable, positional deviation and rocking can not appear in the plate, and then promote the finished product qualification rate.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the lifting type pressing and positioning mechanism for a taping machine of the present embodiment includes a base 1 for placing a taping clamping fixture and a workpiece to be taped, and a frame 2 fixed on the base 1, wherein the frame 2 is provided with two parallel vertical guide rails 3, a lifting device 4 lifting along the guide rails 3, and a driving mechanism driving the lifting device 4 to lift; specifically, the driving mechanism is composed of a servo motor 5 arranged at the top end of the frame 2, a screw rod 7 rotatably mounted on the frame 2 through a bearing 6, a nut 8 mounted on the screw rod 7, a coupling 14 connecting the servo motor 5 and the screw rod 7, and a control unit (the control unit is not shown in the figure) controlling the operation of the servo motor 5, wherein the bearing 6 is fixedly connected with the frame 2, and the nut 8 is fixedly connected with the lifting device 4. The servo motor 5 can accurately control the stroke, can convert a voltage signal into a torque and a rotating speed drive control object, cannot generate an over-position condition, is high in precision, and can avoid the failure of the clamping function of the positioning mechanism during the edge covering operation because a transmission mechanism consisting of the lead screw 7 and the nut 8 has self-locking performance.
The upper part and the lower part of the frame 2 are respectively provided with a position sensor 9 for detecting whether the lifting device 4 reaches a preset position, and the position sensors 9 are connected with a control unit of the driving mechanism; the two position sensors 9 respectively correspond to a preset lowest point position and a preset highest point position of the lifting device 4, wherein the position sensor 9 corresponding to the lowest point position can prevent the lifting device 4 from excessively moving downwards to crush a workpiece to be edge-wrapped, and the position sensor 9 corresponding to the highest point position can prevent the lifting device 4 from excessively moving upwards to interfere with components such as an edge-wrapping machine. In the present embodiment, the position sensor 9 employs a travel switch.
The frame 2 is further provided with a counterweight part 10, the top end of the counterweight part 10 is provided with a connecting cable, and the connecting cable is connected with the lifting device 4 after bypassing the pulley on the upper part of the frame 2. The counterweight part 10 and the lifting device 4 are respectively positioned at two sides of the pulley of the frame 2, the weight of the counterweight part 10 is basically equal to that of the lifting device 4, at the moment, the driving mechanism only needs to overcome the friction force to do work to drive the lifting device 4 to move up and down, the power requirement on the driving mechanism is reduced, and the safety is improved.
The frame 2 is provided with a safety protection ladder 11, the safety protection ladder 11 is composed of a ladder body and guardrails arranged around the upper part of the ladder body, so that the convenience of maintenance is improved, and the safety of maintenance personnel is protected.
The base 1 is provided with a protruding positioning column 12 and a clamping mechanism 13 for clamping the binding clamping fixture for positioning and clamping the binding clamping fixture.
As shown in fig. 4, one end of the lifting device 4 is a vertical mounting plate 41, the other end is a horizontal frame 42, and a positioning mechanism 43 is detachably mounted below the end of the horizontal frame 42; the nut 8 is fixed on the side surface of the vertical mounting plate 41, and the side surface of the vertical mounting plate 41 is provided with a guide limit bump 44 which is movably matched with the vertical guide rail 3. The vertical mounting plate 41 is movably matched with the vertical guide rail 3 through the guide limit lug 44, so that the lifting device 4 can be prevented from inclining and the like in the lifting process. The positioning mechanism 43 is used for positioning a workpiece to be wrapped, and the specific structure of the positioning mechanism can be designed according to the specific workpiece to be wrapped (for example, positioning columns are designed corresponding to positioning holes of the workpiece to be wrapped), and can be replaced at any time according to different workpieces to be wrapped, so that the universality of the lifting type compressing positioning mechanism 43 is improved.
During the edge covering operation, firstly, an edge covering clamping fixture and a workpiece to be covered are placed on the base 1, then the driving mechanism is used for driving the lifting device 4 to move downwards, the positioning mechanism 43 is made to descend to a preset position to be in contact with the workpiece to be covered, the workpiece to be covered is accurately positioned, meanwhile, the lifting device 4 and the positioning mechanism 43 are used for pressing the workpiece to be covered, then the edge covering operation is carried out by using an edge covering machine, after the edge covering is finished, the driving mechanism is used for driving the lifting device 4 to move upwards, and the workpiece to be covered is taken out. In the moving process, the position sensor 9 can accurately detect whether the lifting device 4 moves to the preset position, and sends a preset signal to the control unit of the driving mechanism after the lifting device 4 moves to the preset position, so that the driving mechanism can stop moving, and the lifting device 4 is prevented from moving excessively.
