Background
The existing coating process and compounding process of some beverage packaging films have independent devices, that is, each device can only complete one function, either coating or compounding. Thus, the investment cost of users is high, the occupied area is large, and the utilization rate of equipment is low; and if the function of the existing coating head needs to be switched, the whole coating head needs to be replaced, so that the workload is large, the time is long, and the use cost of a user is high. Therefore, if two functions of coating and compounding can be integrated on one device, the functions can be switched quickly and conveniently during use, so that the use cost of a user can be greatly reduced, and the working efficiency is improved. In addition, when the existing equipment is used for coating or compounding, only solvent adhesive can be used, the smell of a workshop is large, and the environment is polluted by discharged waste gas. And current stoving case only goes up the structure of blowing, and the packaging film bottom can not directly be heated, can only blow hot-blast in the oven moreover, does not have other heating methods, so drying efficiency is low.

Furthermore, the dual-purpose coating unit comprises a rack, an adjustable roller device, a coating press roller device, a coating roller device, a transfer roller device, a metering roller device, a scraper device, a dry coating gluing press roller device, a uniform smearing device and a swing roller device.
Further, the scraper device is arranged on the left side of the metering roller device; the coating roller device is arranged above the right side of the metering roller, and an included angle of 45 degrees is formed between the connecting line of the center of the coating roller and the center of the metering roller and the horizontal direction; the transfer roller device is arranged below a central connecting line of the metering roller and the coating roller, the center of the transfer roller is positioned on a perpendicular bisector of the central connecting line of the metering roller and the coating roller, the whole set of transfer roller device can reciprocate along the perpendicular bisector, and meanwhile, the transfer roller can be pressed on the metering roller and the coating roller simultaneously; the coating compression roller device is arranged right above the coating roller device and can move up and down through the cylinder, and the coating compression roller device can be pressed on the coating roller downwards and lifted upwards to be separated from the coating roller; the dry laminating gluing press roller device is arranged above the metering roller, and the dry laminating gluing press roller moves up and down through the long-stroke cylinder, can press on the metering roller when falling, and has a height higher than that of the coating roller after rising; the swing roller device is arranged above the left side of the metering roller and can swing left and right; the uniform smearing device is arranged below the oscillating roller device and can rotate at a high speed; the adjustable roller device is arranged on the right upper side of the coating compression roller.

Furthermore, the infrared heating box is arranged at the front end of the hot air drying system, an infrared heating pipe is arranged in the infrared heating box, the hot air drying system comprises an upper drying box and a lower drying box, and the to-be-dried base materials respectively penetrate through the interior of the infrared heating box and between the upper drying box and the lower drying box.
Furthermore, the upper oven is provided with a hot air upper inlet, an upper air outlet, an upper air return inlet and an upper air outlet, the upper air outlet is positioned above the upper surface of the substrate, the lower oven is provided with a hot air lower inlet, a lower air outlet, a lower air return inlet and a lower air outlet, and the lower air outlet is positioned below the lower surface of the substrate.
Furthermore, the number of the drying ovens in the hot air drying system is at least two, the drying ovens are sequentially arranged, the section of the upper air outlet of the first drying oven is V-shaped, and the sections of the upper air outlets of the other drying ovens are U-shaped mesh type.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The invention integrates two functions of coating and compounding into one device, can quickly and conveniently switch functions when in use, greatly reduces the use cost of users and improves the efficiency.
(2) The coating and compounding integrated machine provided by the invention can use water-based adhesive, has no odor, and discharges zero pollution.
(3) The invention can realize drying more comprehensively in multiple directions; through setting up the infrared heating case and adjusting the infrared wavelength and make its wavelength phase-match that can absorb with the solvent to reach the purpose of quick decomposition solvent, can improve drying efficiency greatly. In addition, the section of an upper air outlet in the oven is V-shaped, so that the air speed can be increased, and the volatilization of the solvent can be accelerated.

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, a coating and laminating all-in-one machine for a roll packaging film includes a first unwinding unit 110, a corona treatment unit 120, a dual-purpose coating unit 130, a drying tunnel tension control unit 140, an infrared heating unit 150, a hot air drying system 160, a drying tunnel deviation rectifying unit 170, a second unwinding unit 180, a laminating unit 190, and a winding unit 210, wherein the infrared heating unit 150 and the hot air drying system 160 may be collectively referred to as an oven.
As shown in fig. 2, the dual-purpose coating unit 130 includes a frame 3, an adjustable roll device 100, a coating press roll device 200, a coating roll device 300, a transfer roll device 400, a metering roll device 500, a doctor device 600, a dry sizing press roll device 700, a smoothing device 800, and a swing roll device 900. The surface of the metering roller in the metering roller device 500 adopts a reticulate pattern form to meter the glue, the metering roller is made of a steel roller chromium-plated or ceramic roller, the interior of the metering roller is hollow, circulating water can be introduced to adjust the temperature of the roller surface, one end of the metering roller is connected with a motor, and the rotating speed is adjustable; the scraper device 600 is arranged on the left side of the metering roller, a closed scraper is adopted, and the glue circulates between the inner cavity of the scraper device and the outer glue containing barrel in a reciprocating manner; after the metering roller contacts the glue, scraping the redundant glue outside the reticulate pattern through an upper blade and a lower blade, and only keeping the glue in the reticulate hole; the coating roller device 300 is arranged above the right side of the metering roller, an included angle of 45 degrees is formed between the connecting line of the center of the coating roller and the center of the metering roller and the horizontal direction, the coating roller is made of a steel roller with a smooth surface, the coating roller is hollow, circulating water can be introduced to adjust the temperature of the roller surface, one end of the coating roller is connected with a motor, the rotating speed is adjustable, and the outer diameter size of the coating roller is the same as the outer diameter size of the metering roller; the transfer roller device 400 is arranged below a central connecting line of the metering roller and the coating roller, the transfer roller is a rubber covered roller, the center of the transfer roller is positioned on a perpendicular bisector of the central connecting line of the metering roller and the coating roller, the whole set of transfer roller device can reciprocate along the perpendicular bisector, and the transfer roller can be pressed on the metering roller and the coating roller simultaneously; one end of the transfer roller is connected with a motor, and the rotating speed is adjustable; the coating press roll device 200 is arranged right above the coating roll device, wherein the coating press roll is a rubber roll and can move up and down through a cylinder, press down on the coating roll and lift up to leave the coating roll; the dry coating and gluing roller device 700 is arranged above the metering roller, and the coating and gluing roller is made of a rubber roller, has the same size and structure as the coating and gluing roller and can be interchanged; the gluing press roller can move up and down through the long-stroke cylinder, can be pressed on the metering roller when falling, and has a height higher than that of the coating roller after rising; the swing roller device 900 is arranged above the metering roller at the left side and can swing left and right; the troweling device 800 is arranged below the oscillating roller device, wherein the troweling roller can rotate at a high speed; the adjustable roller devices are arranged at the upper right of the coating compression roller and are provided with two sets. The adjustable roller device 100, the coating press roller device 200, the coating roller device 300, the transfer roller device 400, the metering roller device 500, the scraper device 600, the dry coating glue press roller device 700, the uniform smearing device 800 and the oscillating roller device 900 are all arranged on the frame 3.
When the packaging film passes through the route B, the swing roller is pushed out to the left side, and the packaging film can be contacted with the uniform roller; when the oscillating roller retracts to the right side, the packaging film is not contacted with the uniform coating roller; when the packaging film penetrates through the material in the route A, the dry-coating upper sizing press roller is removed, and the coating press roller is installed, namely the packaging film directly reaches the oscillating roller from the coating press roller without passing through the dry-coating upper sizing press roller; when the packaging film is threaded in the line 2, the coating press roller is detached, the dry laminating gluing press roller is installed, the packaging film does not contact the coating roller, and the packaging film directly enters the dry laminating gluing press roller after coming off from the adjustable roller.
As shown in fig. 3, the infrared heating unit 150 is characterized in that a heating tube 151 capable of emitting infrared rays is installed in the oven, and the wavelength of the infrared rays can be adjusted within a certain range. The hot air drying system 160 is characterized in that hot air can be blown out from the upper side and the lower side in the oven, and the packaging film passes through the upper hot air and the lower hot air.
An infrared heating box is added at the front part of the hot air drying box, a plurality of infrared heating pipes 151 are arranged in the hot air drying box, so that light waves of the infrared heating pipes directly irradiate the coating liquid on the packaging film 1, and the wavelength of the infrared is adjusted to be matched with the wavelength which can be absorbed by the solvent, so that the aim of quickly decomposing the solvent is fulfilled, and the drying efficiency can be greatly improved.
In addition to the infrared heating box, a lower air outlet 264 is also arranged in the lower oven 260, so that hot air is directly blown to the bottom surface of the packaging film 1; in the upper oven 160, the section of the upper air outlet 164 is in a V shape to increase the wind speed and accelerate the volatilization of the solvent; a hot air upper inlet 162 is arranged in the upper oven 160, and hot air enters the upper oven from the hot air upper inlet 162 and then is blown to the packaging film 1 from an upper air outlet 164; an upper air return opening 161 and an upper air exhaust opening 163 are further arranged in the upper oven 160, and hot air in the upper oven can be exhausted out of the upper oven through the two openings; a hot air lower inlet 262 is arranged in the lower oven 260, and hot air enters the lower oven from the hot air lower inlet 262 and then is blown to the packaging film 1 from a lower air outlet 264; a lower air return port 263 and a lower air outlet 261 are additionally arranged in the lower oven 260, and hot air in the lower oven can be discharged out of the oven from the two ports; an air cylinder opening mechanism 166 is mounted on the upper oven 160 to open the oven for operation; the upper drying oven 160 and the lower drying oven 260 are respectively provided with four upper drying ovens 160 and four lower drying ovens 260, which are sequentially arranged from right to right, the section of the upper air outlet 164 in the first upper drying oven is in a V-shaped slit type, the sections of the upper air outlets 165 in the other three upper drying ovens are in U-shaped mesh type, and other structures in the upper drying oven and the lower drying oven are the same.
In summary, the working principle of the invention is as follows: and the packaging film is discharged from the first unwinding and then enters the dual-purpose coating unit through corona treatment. The dual-purpose coating unit is the first key point of the invention, and a user can select a coating feeding route or a composite feeding route, and can rapidly switch without mutual influence. The packaging film is discharged from the coating unit and enters infrared heating under the control of the tension of the drying tunnel, the infrared heating is the second key point of the invention, 50 percent of moisture can be rapidly heated and vaporized, and the drying oven is exhausted. And then the packaging film enters a hot air drying system, which is the third key point of the invention, and residual moisture is completely vaporized and evaporated by directly blowing hot air to the two sides of the packaging film and is discharged along with an exhaust system. And the packaging film is discharged from the oven and enters the compounding unit through the drying tunnel for rectification. If a lamination process is selected, the packaging film is laminated with another film unwound from the second unwinding, and then wound. If a coating process is selected, the packaging film is directly rolled after passing through the composite unit, the second unwinding does not participate in the work, and the composite unit only plays a role in traction.
