As shown in fig. 1, the electrostatic precipitator of this embodiment includes a positive discharging element 10, a grounding element 20 and a negative discharging element 30 sequentially arranged along a predetermined direction, wherein the positive discharging element 10 is used for connecting with a positive power source 40, the negative discharging element 30 is used for connecting with a negative power source 60, and the grounding element 20 is provided with a dust collecting opening for allowing the dust with positive charges and the dust with negative charges to be combined in the dust collecting opening.
When the electrostatic dust collector of the embodiment is applied, when the positive power supply 40 and the negative power supply 60 work, an electric field is generated between the positive discharge element 10 and the grounding element 20, the dust-containing gas is ionized and positive ions are generated under the action of the electric field, the positive ions and the dust collide and combine to make the dust charged positively, meanwhile, an electric field is generated between the negative discharge element 30 and the grounding element 20, the dust-containing gas is ionized and negative ions are generated under the action of the electric field, the negative ions and the dust collide and combine to make the dust charged negatively, the smaller dust charged positively and the smaller dust charged negatively meet in the dust collecting opening and are condensed into larger dust due to opposite electric polarities, and the larger dust descends under the action of the weight of the larger dust and flows along with the gas. Above-mentioned structure makes less dust agglomerate into great dust, and great dust can not adhere to on the earth electrode under the mobile effect of gas, washs conveniently, and the effectual less dust of having solved adheres to and causes the problem of wasing the difficulty on the earth electrode.
In the embodiment, the dust collecting opening is the dust collecting hole 21, so that the structure is simple and the processing and the manufacturing are convenient.
In the embodiment, the dust collecting plates 70 are arranged on two opposite sides of the dust collecting hole 21 along the flowing direction of the dust-containing gas, the axial length of the dust collecting plates 70 along the dust collecting hole 21 is larger than the depth of the dust collecting hole 21, so that the charged dust can be condensed between the two dust collecting plates 70 conveniently, the thickness of the grounding piece 20 can be thinner, and the cost is reduced.
In the present embodiment, the two dust collecting plates 70 are disposed in parallel and perpendicular to the flow direction, i.e. the dust collecting plates are flat plates, which is convenient for processing and reduces the production cost. Of course, the dust collection plate may also be an arcuate plate.
In the embodiment, the dust collecting holes 21 are rectangular holes, so that the processing is convenient and the processing cost is reduced. Of course, the dust collecting hole may be a circular hole or a hole of another shape, and is not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, the extending direction of the positive discharge part 10, the grounding part 20 and the negative discharge part 30 is parallel to the flowing direction of the dust-containing gas, so that the condensed larger dust flows along with the gas, and the larger dust is collected at one side of the positive discharge part 10, the grounding part 20 and the negative discharge part 30.
In the present embodiment, the flow direction of the dust-containing gas between the positive discharge element 10 and the ground element 20 is opposite to the flow direction of the dust-containing gas between the negative discharge element 30 and the ground element 20, so that the air flow in the dust collecting hole is close to a relatively static state, which facilitates the coalescence of the smaller dust with positive charge and the smaller dust with negative charge in the dust collecting hole, and improves the dust removal efficiency. Of course, the flow direction of the dust-containing gas between the positive discharge element 10 and the ground element 20 and the flow direction of the dust-containing gas between the negative discharge element 30 and the ground element 20 may be the same.

Of course, the positive and negative discharge devices 10 and 30 may have other structures such as discharge needles, but are not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, the predetermined direction is a vertical direction, that is, the positive discharge element 10, the grounding element 20 and the negative discharge element 30 are arranged in sequence from top to bottom along the vertical direction, and the dust-containing gas flows along a horizontal direction. Of course, the predetermined direction may also be a horizontal direction, in which case the dusty gas flows in a vertical direction.
In this embodiment, the ground member is used to connect with the ground terminal 50. The positive power supply 40 is a positive high voltage power supply and the negative power supply 60 is a negative high voltage power supply.
The working principle of the electrostatic precipitator is explained as follows:
When the electrostatic dust removal device operates, a part of dust-containing gas enters an electrostatic field between the positive discharge electrode and the grounding electrode from the right side of the positive discharge electrode and the grounding electrode, the other part of dust-containing gas enters an electrostatic field between the negative discharge electrode and the grounding electrode from the left side of the negative discharge electrode and the grounding electrode, the positive discharge electrode generates a high-voltage electric field to the grounding electrode, and under the action of the high-voltage electric field, positive ions generated by the dust-containing gas collide with dust to combine with the dust, so that the dust is positively charged, and charged dust falls into the dust collecting hole; the negative discharge electrode generates a high-voltage electric field to the grounding electrode, under the action of the high-voltage electric field, negative ions generated by dust-containing gas collide and combine with dust, so that the dust is negatively charged, and charged dust moves upwards to the dust collecting hole. Because the two parts of dust-containing gas enter the electrostatic field at equal speed, the airflow in the dust collecting hole is in a relatively static state, and at the moment, the charged dust with opposite electric properties meets in the dust collecting hole and is condensed due to the opposite electric properties, and naturally settles when reaching a certain weight.
As an alternative embodiment, the dust collecting opening is a dust collecting channel, i.e. one grounding member is divided by a plurality of dust collecting channels into a plurality of small grounding members arranged at intervals.
Alternatively, the extending direction of the positive discharge device 10, the grounding device 20 and the negative discharge device 30 may be perpendicular to the flowing direction of the dust-containing gas, and the positive discharge device 10, the grounding device 20 and the negative discharge device 30 form a set of dust removing components, in which case, a plurality of sets of dust removing components are required to be arranged in the flowing direction of the dust-containing gas.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
The method adopts a double-power-supply double-electric-field mode, utilizes bidirectional constant-speed air inlet to condense charged dust at the same height of a plurality of dust collecting holes on the grounding electrode, and naturally settles when reaching a certain weight, thereby solving the problem that the electrostatic dust collection device is difficult to clean; because the dust is automatically condensed, only one grounding electrode is needed, the space volume is reduced, and the problem of large volume of the electrostatic dust collection device is solved; because the high-voltage power supplies with different polarities generate strong electrostatic fields, the dust removal efficiency is greatly increased, and the problem of low dust removal efficiency of the electrostatic dust removal device is solved.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.
