Detailed Description
In order to further describe the technical means and effects adopted by the present application to achieve the preset purpose, the following detailed description refers to the specific implementation, structure, characteristics and effects according to the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments. In the following description, different "an embodiment" or "an embodiment" do not necessarily refer to the same embodiment. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, or characteristics of one or more embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner.
As shown in connection with fig. 1-3. The invention discloses a stirring container, which comprises a container body 2 and a container base 3; the upper end and the lower end of the container body 2 are provided with openings, and the lower end of the container body 2 is provided with a mounting end part 21 which is detachably connected with the container base 3; the container base 3 comprises a connecting sleeve 31, a bottom plate 32 arranged in the connecting sleeve 31 and a knife set 33 arranged on the bottom plate 32, wherein a detachable mounting structure is arranged between the inner side wall of the connecting sleeve 31 and the mounting end part 21 of the container body 2, when the mounting end part 21 is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the connecting sleeve 31 through the detachable mounting structure, the lower end face of the mounting end part 21 is in sealing connection with the upper side face of the bottom plate 32, so that a space with an upper end opening and a lower end sealed for accommodating food for stirring operation is formed between the bottom plate 32 and the container body 2; safety means provided on the container base 3 to limit the release of the container body 2 relative to the container base 3.
The safety device comprises a sliding groove 315 and a stop bolt 4, wherein the sliding groove 315 is positioned between the connecting sleeve 31 and the container body 2, the sliding groove 315 is arranged on the inner side wall of the connecting sleeve 31 or the bottom plate 32, the stop bolt 4 slides up and down in the sliding groove 315, and the stop bolt 4 is provided with a first relative position which does not limit the container body 2 and a second relative position which limits the container body 2 so as to prevent the container body 2 from loosening or detaching relative to the container base 3 in the sliding groove 315. Therefore, when the mounting end portion 21 of the container body 2 is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the connecting sleeve 31 through the detachable mounting structure, the stopper 4 slides upwards in the sliding groove 315 to switch from the first relative position to the second relative position, so that the stopper 4 limits the container body 2 to prevent or limit the container body 2 from loosening relative to the container base 3; on the contrary, when the container body 2 is to be removed from the container base 3 due to cleaning or the like, the stopper 4 is slid downward in the sliding groove 315 to switch from the second relative position to the first relative position, and at this time, the stopper 4 does not limit the container body 2, so that the container body 2 can be smoothly removed from the container base 3 by the detachable structure. Thus, the safety device can ensure that the container body 2 is firmly arranged on the container base 3 so as to avoid that the container body 2 is detached due to misoperation in the process of operation and use, thereby improving the reliability of the stirring container.
The stopper pin 4 includes a pin body 41 and an elastic portion 42 provided on one side of the pin body 41, and a stopper portion that is engaged with the elastic portion 42 is provided on the groove wall or the mounting end portion 21 of the slide groove 315. When the stop bolt 4 slides upwards in the sliding groove 315 to switch from the first relative position to the second relative position, the elastic part 42 is in buckling connection with the limiting part, so that the stop bolt 4 keeps the second relative position in the sliding groove 315.
The security device is further described below in connection with specific embodiments of the removable mounting structure.
The embodiment shown in fig. 1-3 is embodiment 1 of the removable mounting structure. The detachable mounting structure in this embodiment includes a clamping groove 312 and a buckle 22 matched with the clamping groove 312; the clamping groove 312 is horizontally arranged on the inner side wall of the connecting sleeve 31 and is arc-shaped, one end opening of the clamping groove 312 is provided with a clamping groove inlet 313, one side of the clamping groove inlet 313 far away from the clamping groove 312 is provided with a baffle 314, and the baffle 314 is used for blocking the clamping buckle 22 to enable the clamping buckle 22 to only move from the clamping groove inlet 313 into the clamping groove 312; the buckle 22 is arranged on the mounting end 21 in a protruding manner. When the mounting end 21 of the container body 2 is mounted and fixed to the connecting sleeve 31, the container body 2 is selected to have a proper orientation relative to the connecting sleeve 31, the buckle 22 is aligned with the slot inlet 313, and then the container body 2 is rotated in the same direction towards the slot 312 in the extending direction of the inner side wall of the connecting sleeve 31, so that the buckle 22 slides into the slot 312 from the slot inlet 313, and the container body 2 is fixed to the container base 3 by matching the buckle 22 with the slot 312. In addition, a seal ring 321 is provided on the upper side surface of the bottom plate 32, and when the container body 2 is fixed to the container base 3, the lower end surface of the connecting sleeve 31 is sealingly connected to the upper side surface of the bottom plate 32 via the seal ring 321 (see also fig. 8).
For example 1 of the detachable mounting structure, the safety device has a plurality of different embodiments. Embodiment 1 of the safety device is shown in FIGS. 1-3: the sliding groove 315 is located right below the clamping groove inlet 313, the sliding groove 315 is communicated with the clamping groove inlet 313, and when the stop bolt 4 is located at a first relative position in the sliding groove 315, the top end of the stop bolt 4 is not higher than the bottom position of the clamping groove inlet 313, so that the top end of the stop bolt 4 does not block the buckle 22 from entering the clamping groove 312 from the clamping groove inlet 313, as shown in fig. 4; conversely, when the stop bolt 4 slides upwards in the sliding groove 315 to switch from the first relative position to the second relative position, the top end of the stop bolt 4 is higher than the bottom of the slot inlet 313, so that the top end of the stop bolt 4 can block the buckle 22 from separating from the slot inlet 313 and the slot 312, as shown in fig. 5.
In addition, in the structure shown in fig. 1 to 5, the elastic portion 42 is an elastic lug provided on one side of the plug 41, and the outer side of the elastic lug has a protruding portion 421; and the wall of the sliding groove 315 is provided with a limiting part, which is an upper groove 316. When the stop bolt 4 slides upwards in the sliding groove 315 to switch from the first relative position to the second relative position, the top end of the stop bolt 4 extends upwards into the clamping groove inlet 313, and the protruding part 421 of the elastic lug slides into the upper groove 316 to limit so that the stop bolt 4 is kept in the second relative position in the sliding groove 315. Of course, the groove wall of the sliding groove 315 may also be provided with a lower groove 317 directly below the upper groove 316, when the stop bolt 4 is in the first relative position in the sliding groove 315, the protrusion 421 of the elastic lug slides into the lower groove 317 to be limited, so that the stop bolt 4 is kept in the first relative position in the sliding groove 315.
Of course, the elastic portion 42 may have other structures, for example, the elastic portion 42 may be an elastic thimble or an elastic buckle that is elastically disposed in the bolt 41 in the horizontal direction, and the end of the elastic thimble or the elastic buckle may be engaged with the upper groove 316 and the lower groove 317 to be limited and fixed.
For embodiment 1 of the detachable mounting structure, the corresponding safety device has embodiment 2: that is, the mounting end portion 21 is provided with a stopper portion that cooperates with the elastic portion 42. Specifically, the upper groove 316 is formed in the mounting end 21, so that when the stopper 4 slides upward in the sliding groove 315 to switch from the first relative position to the second relative position, the top end of the stopper 4 extends upward into the slot entrance 313, and the elastic portion 42 slides directly into the upper groove 316 formed in the mounting end 21 to be retained in the second relative position in the sliding groove 315. Of course, the mounting end portion 21 may be provided with a lower groove 317 located immediately below the upper groove 316, which is not limited thereto.
In the above embodiment, the upper groove 316 and the lower groove 317 are disposed on the wall of the sliding groove 315, so the upper groove 316 and the lower groove 317 may be located on the inner side wall of the connecting sleeve 31 or on the bottom plate 32: in the embodiment shown in fig. 7 and 8, the inner side wall of the connecting sleeve 31 has an inner skirt 311 disposed in a horizontal direction, and the bottom plate 32 is fixed on the inner skirt 311, and at this time, the sliding groove 315 is disposed on the inner side wall of the connecting sleeve 31 or disposed on the inner skirt 311, and at this time, the upper groove 316 and the lower groove 317 may be disposed on the inner side wall of the connecting sleeve 31 or disposed on the inner skirt 311. Of course, the inner skirt 311 is not the only structure for fixing the bottom plate 32, for example, the bottom plate 32 is not limited to be fixed in the connecting sleeve 31 directly without the inner skirt 311.
In addition, it is preferable that the lower end of the stopper 4 is extended below the bottom plate 32 in order to facilitate the switching operation of the stopper 4 between the first and second relative positions in the slide groove 315, so that the stopper 4 can be easily slid upward or downward to the left or right. Correspondingly, the bottom plate 32 is not fixed at the bottom end of the connecting sleeve 31, and a containing cavity with a downward opening is arranged between the bottom plate 32 and the lower end of the connecting sleeve 31, so that the lower end of the stop bolt 4 extends to the lower part of the bottom plate 32 and is positioned in the containing cavity.
Referring to fig. 9, in embodiment 2 of the detachable mounting structure, the mounting end portion 21 is screwed to the connection sleeve 31 by screw threads. Specifically, the mounting end portion 21 is provided with a first male rotary screw thread 23, and the connection sleeve 31 is provided with a second rotary screw thread which is screwed with the first rotary screw thread 23. At this time, the stopper portion provided with the elastic portion 42 is provided on the connection sleeve 31, specifically, the stopper groove 24 is provided on the connection sleeve 31, and when the mounting end portion 21 and the connection sleeve 31 are screwed to a tight state, the stopper bolt 4 is moved upward in the sliding groove 315 until the elastic portion 42 of the stopper bolt 4 is elastically engaged in the stopper groove 24, and the elastic portion 42 is engaged with the stopper groove 24 to prevent the mounting end portion 21 and the connection sleeve 31 from being reversely rotated. When the container body 2 needs to be disassembled, the stopper bolt 4 is pulled downwards to enable the elastic part 42 to be separated from the limiting groove 24, and then the stopper bolt is unscrewed from the mounting end part 21 relative to the connecting sleeve 31, so that the container is quite simple to operate.
The invention further discloses a stirrer, which is further combined with fig. 6-8, and comprises a machine base 1 and the stirring container, wherein a motor 14 is arranged in the machine base 1, when the stirring cup is arranged on the machine base 1, the lower end face of the connecting sleeve 31 is contacted and connected with the upper end face of the machine base 1, and the motor 14 drives the knife set 33 to rotate so as to cut up, stir and mix food in the stirring body 2 uniformly. Wherein the blade set 33 includes a stirring blade 331, a stirring shaft 332, and an upper connector 333, the stirring shaft 332 is rotatably connected to the base plate 32, the stirring blade 332 is fixed to the stirring shaft 332, and the upper connector 333 is located below the base plate 32 and fixed to the lower end of the stirring shaft 332. The upper end of the transmission shaft 141 of the motor 14 is provided with a lower connector 15, and when the stirring cup is mounted on the stand 1, the lower connector 15 is coupled with the upper connector 333, so that the transmission shaft 141 of the motor 14 drives the stirring shaft 332 to rotate.
