Abstract
The invention discloses a punching installer for a current stabilizer, which comprises a clamp body and a pressure handle, wherein one end of the pressure handle is hinged with the clamp body; the lower side of the caliper body is provided with a supporting plate, and the plane of the supporting plate is positioned below the press brake and is vertical to the moving direction of the press brake in the press brake guide groove; and the lower part of the pressure brake is provided with an accessory installation clamping groove. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the structure is simple, the use is convenient, and the installation efficiency of the current stabilizer can be effectively improved; two functions of pipeline punching and current stabilizer installation can be realized by quickly replacing different accessories; can adapt to the installation of different specification current regulators through changing the accessory, application scope is wide.

The flow stabilizer is also called as an on-pipe water dropper, is a core component of a small pipe outflow water-saving irrigation technology, and is widely applied to the fields of drip irrigation of fruit trees, municipal greening and the like. The current stabilizer is generally provided with a straight cone-shaped barb water inlet, and holes need to be punched on a pipeline during installation, so that a water source is led out from a water inlet inserting hole of the current stabilizer to realize irrigation. In the prior art, the installation of the current stabilizer needs to firstly punch a hole on a pipeline and then press an inlet of the current stabilizer into the pipeline by hands, so that the installation is labor-intensive and the efficiency is low. Therefore, it is important to design a device which is convenient for punching and can realize quick installation.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides a punching installer for a current stabilizer, which has a simple structure, is convenient to use and is durable.

A punching and installing device for a current stabilizer comprises a clamp body and a pressing handle, wherein one end of the pressing handle is hinged with the clamp body, a pressing brake guide groove is formed in the clamp body, a pressing brake is arranged in the pressing brake guide groove in a sliding mode, a sliding hole is formed in the top of the pressing brake, the pressing brake is movably connected with the pressing handle through the sliding hole, and the pressing brake can vertically move up and down under the driving of the pressing handle and the limitation of the pressing brake guide groove; the lower side of the caliper body is provided with a supporting plate, and the plane of the supporting plate is positioned below the press brake and is vertical to the moving direction of the press brake in the press brake guide groove; and the lower part of the pressure brake is provided with an accessory installation clamping groove.
The upper portion of the pressure brake is semicircular, the sliding hole is formed in the center of the semicircle, one side of the lower portion of the pressure brake is cylindrical, the cuboid is arranged on the other side of the lower portion of the pressure brake, and the accessory installation clamping groove is formed in the cuboid portion.
The accessory installation clamping groove is arranged on the side face of the pressure brake and comprises a vertical groove and a transverse groove, the bottom end of the vertical groove extends to the bottom end of the pressure brake, the upper portion of the vertical groove is communicated with the transverse groove to form a T shape, and a punching cutter and a current stabilizer can be installed in the installation clamping groove.
The pliers body is provided with a rivet hole, the rivet hole is matched with a rivet positioning hole in the pressing handle, and the pliers body and the pressing handle are hinged by inserting a rivet into the rivet hole and the rivet positioning hole.
The pressure handle is provided with a pin positioning hole, and a pin is inserted between the pin positioning hole and a sliding hole on the pressure brake to realize the movable connection of the pressure handle and the pressure brake.

as shown in fig. 1, a punching installer for a current stabilizer comprises a caliper body 1 and a pressing handle 3, one end of the pressing handle is hinged with the caliper body, a pressing brake guide groove 13 is arranged in the caliper body 1, a pressing brake 5 is arranged in the pressing brake guide groove 13 in a sliding manner, a sliding hole 51 is arranged at the top of the pressing brake 5, the pressing brake is movably connected with the pressing handle 3 through the sliding hole 51, and the pressing brake 5 can vertically move up and down under the driving of the pressing handle 3 and the limitation of the pressing brake guide groove 13; the lower side of the caliper body 1 is provided with a supporting plate 12, and the plane of the supporting plate 12 is positioned below the press brake 5 and is vertical to the moving direction of the press brake 5 in the press brake guide groove; the lower part of the press brake 5 is provided with an accessory installation clamping groove 52.
the upper part of the press brake 5 is semicircular, the slide hole 51 is arranged on the center of the semicircle, one side of the lower part of the press brake 5 is cylindrical, the other side of the lower part of the press brake is cuboid, and the accessory installation clamping groove 52 is arranged in the cuboid part.
The accessory mounting clamping groove 52 is arranged on the side face of the pressure brake 5 and comprises a vertical groove and a transverse groove, the bottom end of the vertical groove extends to the bottom end of the pressure brake, the upper portion of the vertical groove is communicated with the transverse groove to form a T shape, and a punching cutter 8 and a current stabilizer 7 can be installed in the mounting clamping groove.

When the device is used, the punching tool 8 is firstly installed on the accessory installation clamping groove 52, a pipeline to be punched is placed on the supporting plate 12, the handle 14 is pressed downwards to enable the pipeline to rotate around the rivet 2 so as to drive the pin 4 to rotate around the rivet 2, the circular motion of the pin is converted into the reciprocating motion in the vertical direction of the pressure brake 5 through the matching with the slide hole 51, and therefore the punching tool 8 is driven to move to complete punching on the pipeline. After the hole is punched, the current stabilizer 7 is installed in the accessory installation clamping groove 52, and the handle 14 is pressed down to press the current stabilizer 7 into the hole to complete installation.
