本发明涉及扦插技术领域,具体涉及一种牡荆的嫩枝繁殖方法。
背景技术
牡荆为落叶灌木或小乔木。小枝方形,密生灰白色绒毛。叶对生,掌状5出复叶,小叶片边缘有多数锯齿,上面绿色,下面淡绿色,无毛或稍有毛。圆锥状花序顶生;花萼钟形,顶端有5齿裂;花冠淡紫色或白色,顶端有5裂片,有香味。果实球形,黄褐色至棕褐色。花果期7-11月。
目前对牡荆的研究主要集中在对其药用价值的研究,对牡荆的繁育方式的研究却非常罕见,常规方法进行的扦插繁殖的生根率和成活率也都比较低,造成市场上经常出现一苗难求的现象。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种牡荆的嫩枝繁殖方法,能够提高牡荆的扦插成活率,且能显著提高牡荆的扦插生根率和平均根体积。
技术方案:本发明所述一种牡荆的嫩枝繁殖方法,所述方法包括下述步骤:
S1、扦插前准备:选择野生牡荆母株上的枝条作为扦插的穗条;选择草炭、蛋白胨、沙壤土、废菌棒的混合物作为扦插的基质,所述草炭、蛋白胨、沙壤土、废菌棒的质量比为:1.2-1.6:1.5-2.8:0.2-0.5:0.1-0.4;
S2、扦插处理:将S1中选好的枝条剪成5-10cm长,上端平剪,下端在节下方0.5cm处斜剪,顶部保留2片叶子,得到穗条;将所述穗条的基部蘸上一层生根剂,晾干备用;将晾干后的穗条插入所述基质中,扦插后浇透水,并喷洒一次多菌灵溶液;
S3、扦插后管理:扦插后的前1个月,将扦插苗置于具备优质水源、温度为28-45℃、湿度为90-95%、透光度为80%的间隙喷雾环境中,每两周喷洒杀菌剂和叶面肥各1次;1个月后,每两周用12-16%浓度的有机肥水溶液追肥1次;45天后即得到根系完整、可用于定植的牡荆苗;将所述牡荆苗定植后浇水,保持土壤湿润。
优选地,S1中,草炭、蛋白胨、沙壤土、废菌棒的质量比为:1.3:2:0.3:0.2。
优选地,S2中,生根剂由萘乙酸、壳聚糖、烟酸按照1.1-2.3:0.1-0.4:0.25-0.5的质量比组成。
优选地,S2中,多菌灵溶液为将多菌灵粉末用水稀释800-900倍后的溶液。
优选地,S3中,杀菌剂以重量百分比计,包含以下组分:大蒜素2-3.5%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.1-0.9%,薄荷油0.4-1.8%,水余量。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明在牡荆的扦插过程中,合理设计扦插前准备、扦插处理和扦插后管理三个步骤,结合特定的基质、生根剂、杀菌剂以及叶面肥,以及28-45℃高温、湿度为90-95%高湿的扦插后养护环境,能够得到较高扦插成活率和扦插生根率的扦插方法;所述基质由草炭、蛋白胨、沙壤土、废菌棒组成,四者之间具有协同作用,能够显著提高牡荆的扦插生根率和平均根体积,且试验表明,草炭、蛋白胨、沙壤土、废菌棒四者的重量比为1.2:1.3:0.35:0.35时,效果最佳,生根率达到96%以上,平均生根总体积达到1634.23cm3;所述生根助剂由萘乙酸、壳聚糖、烟酸组成,三者之间具有协效作用,能够进一步提高牡荆的扦插生根率和平均根体积;所述杀菌剂和叶面肥在扦插后对扦插苗具有养护和供营养作用,且杀菌剂和叶面肥的各组分之间具有协同作用,能够显著提高牡荆的扦插成活率,使其扦插成活率达到99%以上。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明技术方案进行详细说明,但是本发明的保护范围不局限于所述实施例。
实施例1
一种牡荆的嫩枝繁殖方法,所述方法包括下述步骤:
S1、扦插前准备:选择野生牡荆母株上的枝条作为扦插的穗条;选择草炭、蛋白胨、沙壤土、废菌棒的混合物作为扦插的基质,所述草炭、蛋白胨、沙壤土、废菌棒的质量比为:1.2:2.8:0.2:0.4;
S2、扦插处理:将S1中选好的枝条剪成10cm长,上端平剪,下端在节下方0.5cm处斜剪,顶部保留2片叶子,得到穗条;将所述穗条的基部蘸上一层生根剂,晾干备用;将晾干后的穗条插入所述基质中,扦插后浇透水,并喷洒一次多菌灵溶液;
S3、扦插后管理:扦插后的前1个月,将扦插苗置于具备优质水源、温度为31-35℃、湿度为90-95%、透光度为80%的间隙喷雾环境中,每两周喷洒杀菌剂和叶面肥各1次;1个月后,每两周用12%浓度的有机肥水溶液追肥1次;45天后即可得到根系完整、可用于定植的牡荆苗;将所述牡荆苗定植后浇水,保持土壤湿润。
