The blade for power schedule management of claim 1 wherein: the switch blade state monitoring device comprises a switch blade, a controller and a state sending module, wherein the switch blade is connected with the controller, the state sending module is arranged on the switch blade and used for sensing the state of the switch blade, the state sending module runs on the controller, the sensor is connected with the controller and is in one-way communication, and the state sending module is used for receiving the state information of the switch blade sent by the sensor and sending the state information to the outside through a wireless communication device.
