In order to connect the output end with the power supply and the control end, the power line is inevitably exposed in the water environment, so that the robot is short-circuited by water inflow. The wire passing bolt 12 comprises a bolt rod body 121 and a bolt head 122, wherein the bolt rod body 121 is cylindrical, a thread 121b is formed on the outer side surface of one end of the bolt rod body 121, a wire passing hole 121a is formed in the bolt rod body 121 along the length direction of the bolt rod body, the bolt head 122 is fixedly connected to one end, far away from the thread 121b, of the bolt rod body 121, a stepped hole 122a is formed in the bolt head 122, the stepped hole 122a is communicated with the wire passing hole 121a, and the cross-sectional area of the stepped hole 122a is larger than that of the wire passing hole. An annular step surface 122b is formed at one end, close to the bolt rod body 121, of the bolt head 122 along the circumferential direction of the bolt rod body 121, a sealing ring clamping groove 122c is formed in the annular step surface 122b, and a sealing ring 123 can be installed in the sealing ring clamping groove 122c so that when the bolt is screwed down, the sealing ring 123 is compressed to deform and further realize effective sealing of the end surface. The surface of the sealing ring 123 is coated with vaseline, and the vaseline coated on the sealing ring 123 can provide a lubricating effect for the sealing ring 123, so that the abrasion of the sealing ring 123 is effectively reduced.
