本发明提供了一种停电后来电安全电源排插,其特征包括:220V交流电源、12V直流稳定电路、启动与直流继电器自锁电路、电源插座供电回路和有电指示电路。在停电时因种种原因未及时关闭用电器电源的事情时有发生,一旦恢复供电,未关闭的用电器便会自行通电工作,轻则空耗电能,重则有可能引发火灾等安全事,如使用电水壶、电熨斗、电烤箱、电暖器等电热器具。若使用本发明所述的停电后来电安全电源排插,在停电后再来电时,因电源排插自动处于断电状态,所以必须经过人为干预电源排插才会有交流电压输出,用电器才能通电开始工作,从而确保了用电器的用电安全。本发明具有电路结构简洁、使用简单方便、运行安全可靠等特点。

背景技术
在经常停电的地区,停电时因种种原因未及时关闭用电器电源的事情时有发生,一旦恢复供电,未关闭的用电器便会自行通电工作,轻则空耗电能、影响用电器的使用寿命,重则有可能引发火灾等安全事故屡见不鲜,如使用电水壶、电熨斗、电烤箱、电暖器等电热器具。若使用本发明所述的停电后来电安全电源排插,则在停电后再来电时,因电源排插自动处于断电状态,所以必须经过人为干预电源排插才会有交流电压输出,用电器才能通电开始工作。

发明目的及有益效果:日常停电时因种种原因未及时关闭用电器电源的事情时有发生,一旦恢复供电,未关闭的用电器便会自行通电工作,轻则空耗电能,重则有可能引发火灾等安全事故屡见不鲜,如使用电水壶、电熨斗、电烤箱、电暖器等电热器具。若使用本发明所述的停电后来电安全电源排插,则在停电后再来电时,因电源排插自动处于断电状态,所以必须经过人为干预电源排插才会有交流电压输出,用电器才能通电开始工作,从而确保了用电器的用电安全。本发明具有电路结构简洁、使用简单方便、运行安全可靠等特点。
电路工作原理:停电后来电安全电源排插,220V交流电源经过降压电容C1 降压、硅整流二极管D1半波整流、稳压二极管DW稳压后,得到12V直流稳定电压,以供给直流继电器J线圈工作。
直流继电器J使用常开触点J-1,当恢复供电时,由于常开触点J-1是断开的,直流继电器J线圈无直流工作电压,所以不能使常开触点J-1闭合,故电源插座CZ1和电源插座CZ2中无交流电输出;当需要使用用电器时,须手动一下按钮开关AN,直流继电器J线圈才能得到工作电压,使常开触点J-1闭合。此后,按钮开关AN虽然断开,但常开触点J-1的闭合使得直流继电器J自锁。在停电时,直流继电器J常开触点J-1自动断开。当电网恢复供电时,电路重复上述工作过程。即使来电时也必须人工按动AN后,电源插座CZ1和CZ2方能得电,从而确保了用电器的用电安全。电路中氖泡灯NP为电网有电指示灯。

技术特征:停电后来电安全电源排插包括220V交流电源、12V直流稳定电路、启动与直流继电器自锁电路、电源插座供电回路和有电指示电路,其特征在于:
12V直流稳定电路:它由降压电容C1、泄放电阻R2、硅整流二极管D1、稳压二极管DW和电解电容C2组成,稳压二极管DW使用的工作电压为12V,降压电容C1的一端和泄放电阻R2的一端接硅整流二极管D1的正极和稳压二极管DW 的负极,硅整流二极管D1的负极接电解电容C2的正极,稳压二极管DW正极和电解电容C2的负极接电路地GND,降压电容C1的另一端和泄放电阻R2的另一端接启动与直流继电器自锁电路;
启动与直流继电器自锁电路:它由按钮开关AN、直流继电器J及其常开触点J-1组成,直流继电器J线圈的一端接电解电容C2的正极,直流继电器J线圈的另一端接电路地GND,降压电容C1的另一端和泄放电阻R2的另一端接按钮开关AN的一端和直流继电器J常开触点J-1的活动触点,按钮开关AN的另一端和直流继电器J常开触点J-1的静触点接220V交流电源的火线端L;
电源插座供电回路:电源插座CZ1的火线端子和电源插座CZ2的火线端子接直流继电器J常开触点J-1的活动触点,电源插座CZ1的零线端子和电源插座CZ2的零线端子接220V交流电源的零线端N,电源插座CZ1的E端子接保护地线;
有电指示电路:它由氖泡灯NP和降压电阻R1组成,氖泡灯NP的一端通过降压电阻R1接直流继电器J常开触点J-1的活动触点,氖泡灯NP的另一端接电路地GND,电路地GND与220V交流电源的零线端N相连。
元器件的技术参数及其选择要求
D1为硅整流二极管,选用的型号为1N4007;
稳压二极管DW的工作电压为12V,稳压二极管功率为1W,选取稳压值稍高于直流继电器线圈工作电压,以保证直流继电器J能够可靠工作;
直流继电器J选用线圈工作电压为12V,选用触点方式为常开,常开触点 J-1的电流大小应根据用电器的功率确定;
R1为降压电阻,其阻值为680KΩ、功率为1/2W;
R2为泄放电阻,其阻值为560KΩ、功率为2W;
降压电容C1的容量为0.56μF,选用的耐压值为450V;
C2为电解电容,使用的容量为470μF,其耐压值为25V;
NP为氖泡灯,可选用成品220V指示灯;
AN为按钮开关,选用触点方式为常开按钮开关;
CZ1、CZ2为电源插座,电源插座的触点电流为10A,或根据用电器的实际功率确定。
电路制作要点、电路调试及使用方法
因停电后来电安全电源排插的电路结构比较简单,一般情况下只要选用的电子元器件性能完好,并按照说明书附图1中的元器件连接关系进行焊接,物理连接线及焊接质量经过仔细检查正确无误后,本发明的电路基本不需要进行调试即可正常工作;

1.一种停电后来电安全电源排插包括220V交流电源、12V直流稳定电路、启动与直流继电器自锁电路、电源插座供电回路和有电指示电路,其特征在于:
所述的12V直流稳定电路由降压电容C1、泄放电阻R2、硅整流二极管D1、稳压二极管DW和电解电容C2组成,稳压二极管DW使用的工作电压为12V,降压电容C1的一端和泄放电阻R2的一端接硅整流二极管D1的正极和稳压二极管DW的负极,硅整流二极管D1的负极接电解电容C2的正极,稳压二极管DW正极和电解电容C2的负极接电路地GND,降压电容C1的另一端和泄放电阻R2的另一端接启动与直流继电器自锁电路;
所述的启动与直流继电器自锁电路由按钮开关AN、直流继电器J及其常开触点J-1组成,直流继电器J线圈的一端接电解电容C2的正极,直流继电器J线圈的另一端接电路地GND,降压电容C1的另一端和泄放电阻R2的另一端接按钮开关AN的一端和直流继电器J常开触点J-1的活动触点,按钮开关AN的另一端和直流继电器J常开触点J-1的静触点接220V交流电源的火线端L;
所述的电源插座供电回路中,电源插座CZ1的火线端子和电源插座CZ2的火线端子接直流继电器J常开触点J-1的活动触点,电源插座CZ1的零线端子和电源插座CZ2的零线端子接220V交流电源的零线端N,电源插座CZ1的E端子接保护地线;
所述的有电指示电路由氖泡灯NP和降压电阻R1组成,氖泡灯NP的一端通过降压电阻R1接直流继电器J常开触点J-1的活动触点,氖泡灯NP的另一端接电路地GND,电路地GND与220V交流电源的零线端N相连。
