Abstract
The invention relates to a cable assembly based on an aviation steering valve system, which comprises two sockets, two stainless steel corrugated pipes, a three-way pipe, an elbow, a connecting flange, a high-temperature wire, a twisted pair shielding wire, a shielding net and a high-temperature-resistant heat-shrinkable tube, wherein two ends of a horizontal pipe of the three-way pipe are respectively connected with the two sockets through the two stainless steel corrugated pipes, a vertical pipe of the three-way pipe is a straight pipe, the straight pipe is connected with the connecting flange at the corresponding position of a steering valve plug inside an airplane through the elbow, the twisted pair shielding wire is coated outside the high-temperature wire and penetrates through the three-way pipe, the high-temperature wire and the twisted pair shielding wire are connected to core spectrums of the two sockets and the steering valve plug, and the. The assembly meets the requirements of an engine body installation space and a novel laser welding technology, and is high in service performance and reliable in welding structure.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cable assembly, in particular to a cable assembly applied to an aviation steering valve system.
Background
Modern aviation technology is changing day by day, and lightweight, electromagnetic environment resistance, stealth, flight safety and the like become research directions of current aviation technology development. The steering valve system is one of the subsystems with large dead weight in the aircraft, and plays a crucial role in the direction control and the combat command of the aircraft. The cable assembly and the electrical interface used by the traditional steering valve generally adopt stainless steel pipes in order to meet the stress requirement, and the dead weight and the angle change are unavailable so that the space of a machine body is limited. In addition, the traditional stainless steel welding mode has large heat affected zone, slow welding speed, easy deformation and uneven appearance of the section of the welding line. Therefore, new stainless steel forms and welding techniques are urgently needed on the premise of meeting the aviation installation environment.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a novel laser welding technology which meets the requirement of the installation space of a machine body, has high service performance and reliable welding structure. The cable component based on the aviation steering valve system can meet various flight environment requirements.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a cable assembly based on an aviation steering valve system, characterized in that: the high-temperature-resistant double-twisted shielding wire comprises two sockets, two stainless steel corrugated pipes, a three-way pipe, an elbow, a connecting flange, a high-temperature wire, a double-twisted shielding wire, a shielding net and a high-temperature-resistant heat-shrinkable tube, wherein two ends of a horizontal pipe of the three-way pipe are respectively connected with the two sockets through the two stainless steel corrugated pipes, a vertical pipe of the three-way pipe is a straight pipe, the straight pipe is connected with the connecting flange at the corresponding position of a steering valve plug inside an airplane through the elbow, the high-temperature wire is coated with the double-twisted shielding wire and penetrates through the three-way pipe, the high-temperature wire and the double-twisted shielding wire are connected with the two sockets.
The three-way pipe, the elbow and the connecting flange are made of 316 stainless steel.
The socket comprises a base body and a tail cover, the base body is externally sleeved with a connecting nut in a limiting and sealing manner through a retainer ring and a sealing ring, a slotted conical section set screw is arranged in the socket end of the connecting nut, the tail end of the connecting nut is connected with the tail cover, and the tail cover is connected with the stainless steel corrugated pipe in a seamless welding manner.
The stainless steel corrugated pipe comprises a joint and a corrugated pipe, and the tail cover is connected with the joint in a seamless welding mode.
The stainless steel corrugated pipe is connected with the three-way pipe in a seamless welding mode.
After the technical scheme is adopted, the invention achieves the beneficial effects that:
1. The dead weight is lightened, and the impact force is resisted. The stainless steel corrugated pipe component adopts a 316L corrugated pipe which is different from a conventional straight-through type corrugated pipe, so that the strength is ensured, the weight of the cable component is obviously reduced, and meanwhile, the impact force generated in flight is reduced.
2. The reliability and the stability are improved. The welding seam section of the stainless steel corrugated pipe assembly adopts a laser welding technology, and 360-degree seamless welding ensures that no intervention of water vapor, sand dust and the like in the flying process influences the reliability and stability of the airplane steering valve system.
3. The installation space is optimized, and the installation is simplified. The corrugated pipe of the stainless steel corrugated pipe adopts a 316L corrugated pipe, the outer diameter phi is 22mm, the inner diameter phi is 16mm, the wall thickness of a single surface reaches 3mm, the bending angle is not less than 60 degrees, the bending in different directions can be realized when the cable assembly is installed, and the requirement of aviation simplification is met.

FIGS. 1-4 show: a cable assembly based on an aviation steering valve system comprises a three-way pipe 1, a left socket 2, a right socket 3, a joint 4, a corrugated pipe 5, a sealing ring 6, a retainer ring 7, a connecting nut 8, a tail cover 9, a slotted cone end set screw 10, a high-temperature wire 11, a twisted pair shielding wire 12, a shielding net 13, a high-temperature resistant heat-shrinkable tube 14, a straight pipe 15, an elbow 16, a connecting flange 17, a steering valve cable 18, a steering valve plug 19, a rear accessory 20 and an oil-resistant mold shrinkage sleeve 21.
The vertical pipe of the three-way pipe 1 is a straight pipe 15, and the straight pipe 15 is connected with a connecting flange 17 at the corresponding position of a plug 19 of a steering valve in the airplane through an elbow 16; the two ends of a horizontal pipe of the three-way pipe 1 are respectively welded with the inner ends of two corrugated pipes 5, the outer ends of the two corrugated pipes are respectively welded with two joints 4, the outer ends of the two joints 4 are respectively welded with tail covers 9 of left and right sockets 2 and 3 in a seamless way, the tail covers are connected with the tail ends of connecting nuts 8 of the sockets, the seat body of the socket is externally limited, sealed and sleeved with the connecting nuts through a retainer ring 7 and a sealing ring 9, and the socket end of the connecting nut is internally provided with a slotted conical section; the high-temperature wire 11 is externally coated with a twisted pair shielding wire 12 and is arranged in the three-way pipe 1 in a penetrating way, the high-temperature wire and the twisted pair shielding wire are connected with the left socket 2, the right socket 3 and the steering valve plug 19, the steering valve plug 19 is connected with one end of a steering valve cable 18 through a rear accessory 20 through an oil-resistant mold shrinkage sleeve 21, the other end of the steering valve cable 18 is connected with the high-temperature wire, and the twisted pair shielding wire in the three-way pipe is externally coated with a shielding net 13 and a high-temperature-resistant heat. The three-way pipe, the elbow, the connecting flange, the straight pipe and the corrugated pipe are all made of 316 stainless steel.

1. a cable assembly based on an aviation steering valve system, characterized in that: the high-temperature-resistant double-twisted shielding wire comprises two sockets, two stainless steel corrugated pipes, a three-way pipe, an elbow, a connecting flange, a high-temperature wire, a double-twisted shielding wire, a shielding net and a high-temperature-resistant heat-shrinkable tube, wherein two ends of a horizontal pipe of the three-way pipe are respectively connected with the two sockets through the two stainless steel corrugated pipes, a vertical pipe of the three-way pipe is a straight pipe, the straight pipe is connected with the connecting flange at the corresponding position of a steering valve plug inside an airplane through the elbow, the high-temperature wire is coated with the double-twisted shielding wire and penetrates through the three-way pipe, the high-temperature wire and the double-twisted shielding wire are connected with the two sockets.
2. The aircraft steering valve system-based cable assembly of claim 1, wherein: the three-way pipe, the elbow and the connecting flange are made of 316 stainless steel.

The aircraft steering valve system-based cable assembly of claim 1, wherein: the socket comprises a base body and a tail cover, the base body is externally sleeved with a connecting nut in a limiting and sealing manner through a retainer ring and a sealing ring, a slotted conical section set screw is arranged in the socket end of the connecting nut, the tail end of the connecting nut is connected with the tail cover, and the tail cover is connected with the stainless steel corrugated pipe in a seamless welding manner.
4. The aircraft steering valve system-based cable assembly of claim 3, wherein: the stainless steel corrugated pipe comprises a joint and a corrugated pipe, and the tail cover is connected with the joint in a seamless welding mode.
