药店是指零售药品的门市。药店销售感冒药、退烧药等各种药品,以方便人民群众购买药品,以利于人民群众健康。但在目前药品选址市场调查的主要问题有:1、传统方式药店经营选址缺少数据评估很难找到合适的经营位置,2、传统方式无法精确评估附近附近住户群体需求力度,3、传统方式无法精确评估附近住户群体消费层次。本发明以对配送人员的线路轨迹分析,为新开药店选址提供数据支撑,解决了医药连锁企业新开药店精准选址的问题,可广泛应用于医药连锁企业药店的选址过程中。

本发明解决的技术问题在于提供一种基于导航线路分析的药店精准选址方法,解决了医药连锁企业新开药店精准选址的问题。

所述的步骤三中,在服务端对配送人员的配送路线轨迹数据进行定性与定量的分析,统计所有相似路线的配送数量及交叉路线的结点,配送路线轨迹热点地图,以及行政区域的配送总量,并对这些统计的数据进行排名与分析。
所述的步骤四中,根据步骤三中的统计分析与结果,对线路交叉结点,热点地图及区域配送总量所对应的区域位置进行排名,为企业开店选址提供精准化的数据支持,再根据企业市场人员的经验和前几个预选位置的实地考察,综合评价并确定新开门店的位置。
