Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of automobiles, in particular to a laser high beam module, a headlamp with the laser high beam module and an automobile.
Background
Currently, high intensity discharge lamps (xenon/HID) or Light Emitting Diodes (LED) are commonly used as high beam light sources for automotive headlamps. The Laser diode has the advantages of high response speed, low brightness attenuation, small volume, low energy consumption, long service life and the like. This would probably lead to revolutionary changes in the design scale of the individual elements on the front of the car. Laser light source technology is one direction of future vehicle lamp auxiliary light source application. The energy consumption of the laser headlamp is less than 60% of that of the LED headlamp, but the brightness is increased by nearly one time, compared with the LED headlamp, the laser headlamp can irradiate the range of 600 meters ahead, and the vehicle type of the LED headlamp can only irradiate 300 meters.
However, the laser light source system has a certain risk to the human eye when in use: the laser heat effect is high, and proteins can be damaged to damage cells; the retina is injured by strong light in a short time; laser light irradiates eye tissues and photochemical effects damage the human eye. The phosphor plate is damaged causing the laser beam to injure the human eye. In addition, if the laser operating temperature exceeds 80 ̊ C, the performance is degraded dramatically, and it is necessary to ensure heat dissipation and temperature control of the lamp internal system.

Detailed Description
It is easily understood that according to the technical solution of the present invention, a person skilled in the art can propose various alternative structures and implementation ways without changing the spirit of the present invention. Therefore, the following detailed description and the accompanying drawings are merely illustrative of the technical aspects of the present invention, and should not be construed as all of the present invention or as limitations or limitations on the technical aspects of the present invention.
In the following description, various parameters and components are described for different configurations of embodiments, and these specific parameters and components are only by way of example and do not limit the embodiments of the present application.
an embodiment according to the present invention is shown in conjunction with fig. 1 and 2. The laser high beam module comprises a heat radiating fin 1, a laser light source 2, a circuit board 3, optical filters 4 and 5, a luminosity sensor 6, a reflector 7 and a fan 8. The reflector is perforated with a hole 9 directly above the laser so that a small amount of light passes through the hole 9 to impinge on the photometric sensor 6.
Blue laser monochromatic light penetrates through the fluorescent sheet to manufacture a white light source, the white light source irradiates towards the front of a vehicle through the reflector, the auxiliary high beam function is realized, and the visible irradiation distance can reach 600 m. When the laser head fluorescent piece is damaged and the like, laser light leaks, the light quantity detected by the photometric sensor above the laser light source exceeds the limit and is fed back to the control system, and the control system can cut off the power of the laser light source to prevent the human eyes from being injured. Meanwhile, when the sampling thermistor NTC signal in the circuit board detects that the laser temperature is too high, the resistance is increased, and the current is reduced.
The light source adopts 2 laser light sources, utilizes the reflective luminescence of top reflector, and the top corresponds two photometric sensor respectively, and the photometric sensor just faces the light source through the trompil on the reflector, detects its most core luminous part, detects whether laser light quantity transfinites, prevents that the light leak from causing laser to the human eye damage, carries out blue light protection. Two optical filters are stuck on the photometric sensor by using a special pasting technology, and light which can be identified by the photometric sensor is filtered out by laser according to the laser spectrum characteristics. For example, the transmittance of the laser passing through the filter for blue light is required to be 2.4-3.2%, the transmittance of the laser passing through the filter for the light with the wavelength of 450nm is required to be 0.8, and the transmittance of the laser passing through other wavelengths is required to be close to 0%. The single circuit board is folded and arranged on the radiating fin, so that the space is saved, and the module is convenient to arrange. The performance of the laser is rapidly attenuated when the working temperature exceeds 80 ̊ C, the heat dissipation of the internal system of the lamp is required to be ensured, and a thermistor is adopted in a circuit to detect the temperature and control the current. And meanwhile, a radiator and a fan are adopted for radiating.
The driving principle of the laser high beam module control system is as follows: the control module drives the laser light source at constant current, the laser light color conversion system is driven and controlled, the laser heat dissipation system is intelligently controlled, laser signals are sampled through the photometric sensor, a protection strategy is implemented on abnormal conditions of the laser system through a software algorithm, and the module gives an alarm and reads and writes on line through LIN communication.
The laser high beam module can safely realize the auxiliary high beam function and obviously increase the long-distance irradiation capability of the car lamp. The triggering conditions of the laser high beam module are as follows: the camera collects and judges whether the ambient light is too dark, whether the vehicle speed exceeds a certain limit (for example, 80 Km/h), whether the luminosity of the laser light source exceeds the standard, and when the three signals pass through simultaneously, the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) activates the laser high beam function of the headlamp.
The laser high beam module provided by the invention is safe and effective to use, and meanwhile, the utilization rate of a laser light source is improved, and the module cost is reduced.
the invention also includes a headlight with a laser high beam module according to one or more of the embodiments described above, which therefore has the technical features and technical effects corresponding to the above description, and which are therefore not described in detail here.
The invention also comprises a motor vehicle with a laser high beam module according to one or more of the embodiments described above, which therefore has the technical features and technical effects corresponding to the above description and therefore will not be described in detail here.
The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the above description, and those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications to the above-described embodiments without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention, and such changes and modifications should fall within the protective scope of the present invention.
