4. a combination base-lit and accent-lit light fixture as recited in claim 1, wherein: a rear cover (402) is arranged at the rear end of the lamp body (401); the front end of the lamp body (401) is screwed with a front ring (407); a heat sink (403) is mounted in the lamp body (401); a light source component (404) is arranged in the radiator (403); the light source assembly (404) is fixed in the lamp body (401) through a light source gland (405); the front end of the light source gland (405) is provided with a lens (406).
