Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a ball valve convenient to mount, and solves the technical problems that the valve is difficult to accurately regulate and control the water flow and the valve is poor in sealing performance.

and a sealing body is arranged at the joint of the inner wall of the ball valve groove and the cavity.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, a first support frame is arranged at the top end of the valve body, the first support frame comprises a support sleeve, the support sleeve is of a round cylinder structure, a spline hole is arranged in the support sleeve, step-shaped clamping grooves are arranged at two ends of the support sleeve, and round holes penetrating through the spline hole are arranged at the circle centers of the two ends of the support sleeve;
adjusting nuts are respectively installed at two ends of the supporting sleeve, the adjusting nuts are cylindrical, clamping jaws matched with the clamping grooves are arranged on the end faces of the adjusting nuts, the clamping jaws are embedded in the clamping grooves in a sliding fit mode, and through threaded holes are formed in the circle center positions of the adjusting nuts;
threaded rods are mounted at two ends of the supporting sleeve, the threaded rods located at two ends of the supporting sleeve sequentially penetrate through the threaded holes and the round holes and extend into the spline holes, and spline blocks matched with the spline holes are arranged at the tail ends of the threaded rods;

As a preferred technical scheme, the outer walls of the straight pipes at two ends of the valve body are respectively provided with a second support frame, each second support frame comprises a first clamping part, the first clamping parts are provided with two arc-shaped plates symmetrically distributed on the outer wall of the straight pipe, locking blocks are arranged at the corners of the two arc-shaped plates, the end faces of the locking blocks are provided with threaded holes distributed at equal intervals, locking screws are arranged in the threaded holes, and the two adjacent locking blocks are connected in a locking manner through the locking screws arranged in the threaded holes;

As a preferable aspect of the present invention, the tie strap is provided as a tie strap.
According to a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the sealing body is a rubber ring with a circular ring structure, the outer circular surface of the rubber ring is provided with regular gear tooth grains, the bottoms of two adjacent gear tooth grains are provided with grooves, the grooves are filled with fillers, and the fillers are sealants.
Compared with the prior art, the invention at least comprises the following beneficial effects:
firstly, the ball valve groove is arranged in the middle of the cavity and at the circle center of the valve body, so that the ball body is in surface contact with the inner wall of the ball valve groove, the surface contact is beneficial to increasing the contact area of the ball body and the inner wall of the ball valve groove, and the sealing performance of the ball body on blocking water flow in the cavity is improved.
And the joint of the inner wall of the ball valve groove and the cavity is provided with the sealing body, and the joint between the ball body and the inner wall of the ball valve groove is further sealed by the sealing body, so that the sealing performance of the ball body to the ball valve groove is improved.
The driving plate is arranged at the top end of the valve body, the first bevel gear in the driving plate is meshed with the second bevel gear, so that the driving plate rotates to control the ball body to rotate in the ball valve groove, the transmission ratio of the driving plate and the ball body is changed through gear meshing, the accuracy of controlling the water flow in the cavity is improved, and fine adjustment of the ball body is facilitated.

The sealant adopted by the invention is any one of silicone sealant, polyurethane sealant, polysulfide sealant, acrylic sealant, anaerobic sealant, epoxy sealant, butyl sealant, chloroprene sealant, PVC sealant and asphalt sealant, and can seal the joint of the inner wall of the ball valve groove 104 and the cavity 103.
In the invention, the ball valve groove 104 is arranged at the middle position of the cavity channel 103 and at the center of the circle of the valve body 1, so that the ball 105 and the inner wall of the ball valve groove 104 are in surface contact, the surface contact is favorable for increasing the contact area of the ball 105 and the inner wall of the ball valve groove 104, and the sealing performance of the ball 105 on water flow blockage in the cavity channel 103 is improved.
In the invention, the sealing body 115 is arranged at the joint of the inner wall of the ball valve groove 104 and the cavity 103, and the joint between the ball 105 and the inner wall of the ball valve groove 104 is further sealed by the sealing body 115, so that the sealing performance of the ball 105 to the ball valve groove 104 is improved.

According to the invention, the second support frame 2 is arranged at the top end of the valve body 1, the second support frame 2 plays a role in suspending the valve body 1 and is matched with pipeline supports at two ends of the valve body to improve the mounting firmness of the valve body 1.
According to the invention, the second support frame 2 is arranged at the top end of the valve body 1, so that the valve body is prevented from being suspended in the middle of a pipeline, the shearing force applied to the interfaces at the two ends of the valve body is too large, the sealing performance of the two ends of the valve body 1 is not strong, and the sealing performance of the connection between the valve body 1 and the pipeline is improved.
In the invention, the first support frame 2 is set to be a cylindrical structure, and the threaded rods 210 at two ends are driven to lift through the rotation of the adjusting nut 205, so that the practicability of the first support frame 2 is improved, the first support frame 2 can be applied to occasions with different heights, the supporting force of the first support frame 2 on the valve body 1 is adjusted, and the installation firmness of the valve body 1 is improved.
According to the invention, the support frame is arranged above the pump body 1, the second hook 208 supports the pump body 1, the second hook 208 is in threaded fixation, the second hook 208 can be conveniently detached and replaced by fixing pieces with different structures, the second hook 208 is firmly fixed on the support frame above the pump body 1, and the mounting firmness of the first support frame 2 is improved.
