Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of washing machines, and particularly relates to a water channel structure of a washing machine and the washing machine.
Background
The washing machine is designed as a device for washing laundry by using electricity, and generally, the washing machine includes: a tub for holding washing water; a rotating tub rotatably installed inside the tub; a pulsator rotatably installed at the bottom of the rotary tub; a motor and a clutch configured to rotate the rotary tub and the pulsator. When the rotary tub and the pulsator are rotated in a state in which laundry and detergent are introduced into the rotary tub, the pulsator stirs wash water together with the laundry introduced into the rotary tub, thereby removing dirt from the laundry.
In order to increase the washing capacity of the washing machine, a larger rotary tub is required, i.e., the height or diameter of the rotary tub needs to be increased. If the rotary tub has a larger size, the tub accommodating the rotary tub and the cabinet accommodating the tub also need to be increased as the rotary tub is increased. The increase of the cabinet corresponding to the appearance of the washing machine is limited by the space of the area for installing the washing machine, the position for installing the washing machine in a general user home is limited, and the purpose of increasing the capacity of the washing tub by increasing the cabinet of the washing machine is unrealistic, for example, how to increase the capacity of the rotary tub becomes a big problem which is troubled designers on the premise of not increasing the cabinet of the washing machine.
The appearance of the inner barrel without holes enables that no water exists between the inner barrel and the outer barrel, thereby achieving the purposes of cleaning and water saving; secondly, the precondition is provided for enlarging the effective volume of the inner barrel. The upper part of the non-porous inner barrel is provided with dewatering holes, the side wall of the inner barrel of the washing machine with the non-porous inner barrel is provided with a water channel, and when dewatering, water in the inner barrel enters the water channel through the dewatering holes under the action of centrifugal force, and the removed water is discharged to the outside of the washing machine. The water channel on the side wall of the inner barrel is formed by two parts in a melting way, and the water channel is divided into an inner part and an outer part along the central axis. The welded joint faces the circumferential direction of the washing tub and is easily directly impacted by the rotating water flow. If the welding is not qualified or after long-term use, water leakage may occur during dewatering.
The present invention has been made in view of this situation.

Example one
As shown in fig. 1-5, the present embodiment provides a water channel structure 1 of a washing machine, which is disposed on a wall of a washing tub 18 of the washing machine, and includes a first water channel portion 2 and a second water channel portion 3 fixedly connected to each other, and both of them together enclose a cavity channel 4 communicated with the washing tub 18; the cavity channel 4 has a first side wall 8 and a second side wall 9, the first side wall 8 and the second side wall 9 are oppositely arranged at a distance in a radial direction of the washing tub 18, and the junction 5 of the first waterway part 2 and the second waterway part 3 is located on the first side wall 8 and/or the second side wall 9.
The water channel structure 1 is arranged on the wall of a washing barrel 18 of the washing machine, the cavity channel 4 of the water channel structure 1 is communicated with the inside of the washing barrel 18, and the water channel structure 1 is used for draining water during dehydration. The washing machine with the inner tub without holes has water channel in the side wall of the washing tub, and during dewatering, the water in the inner tub enters the water channel via the dewatering holes and the dewatered water is drained to the outside of the washing machine. The cavity passage 4 of the waterway structure 1 is provided on the side wall of the washing tub 18 to extend up and down in the height direction of the washing tub 18.
It should be noted that the lines of the joints marked with reference number 5 in the drawings do not actually exist, and are labeled for more clearly explaining the joints, and are used to indicate the positions of the joints, or to indicate the planes of the joints.
The first side wall 8 and the second side wall 9 of the waterway structure 1 of the present invention are side walls oppositely disposed at a certain distance in the radial direction of the washing tub 18, and the joint 5 of the first waterway part 2 and the second waterway part 3 is located on the first side wall 8 and/or the second side wall 9, so that the joint 5 is not in the rotation direction of the water flow, thereby avoiding the impact of the water flow on the weak joint 5, preventing the waterway from leaking water, and particularly avoiding the water leakage situation caused by the unqualified welding of the joint 5 or the long-term use of the joint 5.
The junction 5 of first water course portion 2 and second water course portion 3 can only be located on first lateral wall 8 or second lateral wall 9, also can be simultaneously on first lateral wall 8 and second lateral wall 9, so, the homoenergetic avoids junction 5 to lead to the fact great impact, avoids appearing the condition of leaking towards the circumferential direction of pail, avoids rotatory rivers to junction 5.
In a further aspect, the joint 5 of the first waterway part 2 and the second waterway part 3 is located on the first side wall 8 and the second side wall 9, and a plane where the joint 5 of the first side wall 8 and the joint 5 of the second side wall 9 are located is parallel to or at a certain angle with the radial direction of the washing tub 18.
That is, the plane of the joint 5 of the first and second waterway portions 2 and 3 at the first and second sidewalls 8 and 9 is disposed at an angle of 0 to 180 ° with respect to the first and second sidewalls 8 and 9. When the angle is 90 deg., the plane of the joint 5 is perpendicular to the first and second side walls 8, 9. Alternatively, the plane of the joint 5 may be parallel to the radial direction of the washing tub 18, or may be disposed at an angle. Thus, the connection can be performed conveniently according to the shapes of the first water channel part 2 and the second water channel part 3, and the effect of preventing the connection part 5 from being impacted by strong force can be achieved.
There are three cases of the relationship between the plane in which the joint 5 on the first side wall 8 and the joint 5 on the second side wall 9 are located and the plane in which the midpoint line between both ends of the first side wall 8 in the circumferential direction and the midpoint line between both ends of the second side wall 9 in the circumferential direction are located:
in case 1, the plane where the joint 5 of the first side wall 8 and the joint 5 of the second side wall 9 are located is located on the plane where the midpoint line between the ends of the first side wall 8 and the second side wall 9 in the circumferential direction is located. In this case, the first waterway portion 2 and the second waterway portion 3 are bilaterally symmetrical, and the junction 5 is located at a central position.
In case 2, the plane where the joint 5 of the first side wall 8 and the joint 5 of the second side wall 9 are located intersects the plane where the midpoint line between the ends of the first side wall 8 and the second side wall 9 in the circumferential direction is located. In this case, the first waterway part 2 and the second waterway part 3 are complementarily fitted, and the joint 5 of the first side wall 8 and the joint 5 of the second side wall 9 are symmetrical about the central axis in the vertical direction.
In case 3, the plane where the joint 5 of the first side wall 8 and the joint 5 of the second side wall 9 are located is parallel to and located on one side of the plane where the midpoint line between the two ends of the first side wall 8 and the second side wall 9 in the circumferential direction is located. This situation is illustrated in fig. 3 and 4.
No matter which kind of circumstances, junction 5 can be avoided to junction 5 towards the circumferential direction of pail on junction 5 on 8 and the second lateral wall 9 on the first lateral wall, avoids rotatory rivers to cause great impact to junction 5, avoids appearing the condition of leaking.
Example two
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment is a further limitation of the first embodiment, the cavity channel 4 of the waterway structure 1 of the present embodiment is disposed on the sidewall of the washing tub 18 to extend up and down along the height direction of the washing tub 18, and at least the upper end has an opening 14 communicating with the washing tub 18; the cavity channel 4 is internally provided with a water facing surface 6, and after water flows into the cavity channel 4, the water facing surface 6 is arranged opposite to the water flow direction in the circumferential direction of the washing barrel 18; the junction 5 on the first side wall 8 and the junction 5 on the second side wall 9 are both arranged away from the upstream face 6.
When the washing tub 18 is rotated for dehydration, the water flow lags behind the rotation of the washing tub 18 by the centrifugal force, and thus the rotation direction of the water flow is opposite to the rotation direction of the washing tub 18. As shown in fig. 5, when the washing tub 18 rotates in a clockwise direction, the water is thrown in an opposite direction, that is, the water rotates in a counterclockwise direction. Thus, after the water flow enters the cavity channel 4 of the waterway structure 1, a sidewall disposed opposite to the water flow direction in the circumferential direction of the washing tub 18 is the upstream surface 6. At this time, the joint 5 on the first side wall 8 and the joint 5 on the second side wall 9 are both far away from the upstream surface 6 and close to the backside surface 7, so that the pressure of water flow borne by the joint 5 can be further reduced, and water leakage caused by damage to the joint 5 is further avoided.
Further, as a more specific scheme, the cavity channel 4 includes a third sidewall 10 and a fourth sidewall 11, the third sidewall 10 and the fourth sidewall 11 are disposed opposite to each other at a certain distance in the circumferential direction of the washing tub 18, after water flows enter the cavity channel 4, the water flows meet the third sidewall 10 in the circumferential direction of the washing tub 18, the third sidewall 10 is a water facing surface 6, the fourth sidewall 11 is a water backing surface 7, and a joint 5 on the first sidewall 8 and a joint 5 on the second sidewall 9 are far away from the third sidewall 10 and are disposed close to the fourth sidewall 11.
The cavity channel 4 of the present embodiment includes a first sidewall 8, a second sidewall 9, a third sidewall 10 and a fourth sidewall 11, regardless of the shape, the first sidewall 8 and the second sidewall 9 are oppositely disposed at a certain distance in the radial direction of the washing tub 18, and the third sidewall 10 and the fourth sidewall 11 are oppositely disposed at a certain distance in the circumferential direction of the washing tub 18. The first side wall 8 and the second side wall 9 may be formed by jointly splicing two parts, the third side wall 10 and the fourth side wall 11 are located at two ends of the first side wall 8 and the second side wall 9 and are respectively connected in a sealing manner, or are integrally formed, and the joint 5 is arranged close to the fourth side wall 11. Therefore, after water flow enters the cavity channel 4, more water flow is concentrated to impact the third side wall 10, the pressure on the fourth side wall 11 and the periphery of the fourth side wall is the minimum, the connecting part 5 is not easily damaged or leaked, and the safe operation of the washing machine is ensured.
More specifically, the first waterway part 2 and the second waterway part 3 are fixedly connected by welding and/or bonding. The arrangement of the first waterway part 2 and the second waterway part 3 may include, but is not limited to, the following:
in the scheme 1, the first water channel part 2 is provided with a first concave cavity 12, the second water channel part 3 is provided with a second concave cavity 13, the first concave cavity 12 is opposite to the opening 14 of the second concave cavity 13, and the edges of the two openings 14 are correspondingly matched and fixedly connected to form a connecting part 5 of the two openings; the first cavity 12 and the second cavity 13 together form said cavity channel 4.
In a further scheme, the first water channel part 2 or the second water channel part 3 respectively comprises an inner side plate 15 and an outer side plate 16 which are arranged along the circumferential direction of the washing tub 18, the inner side plate 15 and the outer side plate 16 are arranged inside and outside the washing tub 18 in the radial direction and are spaced at a certain distance, a connecting plate 17 is arranged at the same side end of the inner side plate 15 and the outer side plate 16, the inner side plate 15, the outer side plate 16 and the connecting plate 17 jointly enclose a first cavity 12 or a second cavity 13, and an opening 14 is formed in one side of the first cavity 12 or the second cavity 13.
In this embodiment, the first water channel portion 2 or the second water channel portion 3 has a similar structure and different widths, and the first cavity 12 and the second cavity 13 have opposite side openings 14 so that the joint 5 is located at one side of the center, which is close to the backside surface 7. The first water channel part 2 or the second water channel part 3 is enclosed by an inner side plate 15, an outer side plate 16 and a connecting plate 17, and the first water channel part 2 and the second water channel part 3 are connected by welding. So, can further guarantee that junction 5 does not receive the impact of rivers, guarantee the leakproofness of water channel structure 1, guarantee washing machine's safe operation.
Preferably, the inner side plates 15 of the first channel part 2 and the second channel part 3 form a first side wall 8 of the cavity channel 4, and the outer side plates 16 of the first channel part 2 and the second channel part 3 form a second side wall 9 of the cavity channel 4;

Preferably, one side of the inner side plate 15 close to the washing tub 18 is an arc surface matched with the circumferential side wall of the washing tub 18; so can be fine with the lateral wall laminating of washtub 18, better fixed water channel structure 1 also can reduce rotatory resistance, reduces occupation space.
Preferably, the outer side plate 16 is an arc plate matched with the circumference of the washing barrel 18,
in the scheme 2, the first water channel part 2 is a first side plate, the second water channel part 3 is provided with a concave cavity, the concave cavity is provided with an opening 14, and the direction of the opening 14 is tangential to the circumferential direction of the washing barrel 18; the first side plate is fixedly connected with the edge of the opening 14 and hermetically covers the opening 14.
In this scheme, the structure difference of first water course portion 2 and second water course portion 3 is great, and first water course portion 2 only is a curb plate, also is first curb plate, and second water course portion 3 has the cavity, and first curb plate covers the side opening 14 of cavity, encloses into cavity passageway 4. Therefore, the joint 5 of the first water channel part 2 and the second water channel part 3 and the edge of the opening 14 of the first side plate and the cavity are not positioned in the circumferential direction of the washing barrel 18 and are positioned on one side of the back water surface 7, so that the impact of water flow on the joint 5 can be reduced, the tightness of the water channels is ensured, and the operation safety of the washing machine is ensured.
