In one embodiment, the main cabinet may further be provided with a warning light, and in the specific implementation, when the remaining weight of the material object in a certain material box detected by the remaining material detector is smaller than a preset weight threshold, the warning light may prompt a manager of the management center to supplement the material. In addition, under the condition that the main cabinet determines that the user identity authentication does not pass according to the face information of the user collected by the camera or the fingerprint information of the user collected by the fingerprint collector, the main cabinet can also prompt the user that the user does not have the authority to select the materials through the warning lamp.

In this embodiment, in specific implementation, when the remaining weight detector detects that the remaining weight of the material object in a certain material tank is smaller than the preset weight threshold, the processor may automatically generate a material supplementing request for the material object, and send the material supplementing request for the material object to the management center through the signal transceiver, so that the management center timely supplements the material object according to the material supplementing request. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the material sorting cabinet may further be provided with a scanning gun and a scanning gun rack for placing the scanning gun. Usually the scan gun is placed on the scan gun rack. During specific implementation, a user can directly take off the scanning gun from the scanning gun rack for scanning, and obtains a text order in the hand of the user through scanning, identification information (such as a commodity code) of a material object to be taken in the material taking process or identification information of the material object to be supplemented in the material supplementing process, and the like, so that the input of a material picking order or the input of information in the material supplementing process can be completed more simply, conveniently and efficiently, and the use experience of the user is further improved.

Because the principle of the problem solved by the material sorting method is similar to that of the material sorting cabinet, the implementation of the material sorting method can be referred to the implementation of the material sorting cabinet, and repeated details are not repeated. Referring specifically to fig. 4, a process flow diagram of a material sorting method according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, and the method is specifically applied to one side of a material sorting cabinet. In this embodiment, a user may carry an explicit, specific material picking order to efficiently and quickly pick a desired material object using the material picking cabinet.
In this embodiment, during implementation, a user may set, according to specific needs, an identification of an object of material to be picked (i.e., a target material) and a specific weight (as a preset weight) to be picked through an input device of the material picking cabinet, so as to complete input of a corresponding material picking order. Accordingly, the main cabinet may receive a user-entered order for picking materials via the input device. The item picking order may be used to indicate, among other things, the item objects that the user wants to pick, and the specific picking weight.
In this embodiment, after the material sorting cabinet receives the material sorting order input by the user, the identity of the target material and the preset weight of the user for the target material may be obtained through data analysis. Further, the material sorting cabinet can determine a material object matched with the identity as a target material according to the identity of the target material; and retrieving the material objects contained in the material boxes in the material sorting cabinet, and finding the material box containing the target material as the target material box.
In this embodiment, after the material picking cabinet finds the target material tank according to the material picking order input by the user, a display provided on the weighing picker corresponding to the target material tank may be called to show the preset weight to be picked of the target material tank. Meanwhile, the material sorting cabinet can call and control the sub-cabinet provided with the target material box to open the cabinet door, so that a user can conveniently receive the target material according to the preset weight displayed by the display.
in one embodiment, the material picking cabinet may also present one or more of the following information to a user via a display (e.g., LED material picking labels) associated with each bin during operation: a name of the material object in the material bin associated with the weighing picker, a remaining weight of the material object in the material bin associated with the weighing picker, a weight of the material object currently picked by the weighing picker, and so on. Therefore, the user can conveniently know the names of the material objects contained in the material boxes, the picking progress of the target material wanted by the user and the residual weight of the material objects in the material boxes. If the user finds that the residual weight of the material object in a certain material box is too low, a material supplementing application for the material object can be sent to the management center through the input device, so that material supplementing can be carried out in time.
In an embodiment, in implementation, when the material sorting cabinet controls the opening of the target material tank (for example, controls a sub-cabinet provided with the target material tank to open a cabinet door), the method may further include the following steps: and displaying the name, the residual weight and other information of the material object in the corresponding material box through a display.
in one embodiment, prior to receiving a user-entered order for picking items, the method, when embodied, may further include: collecting face information of a user; according to the face information of the user and a preset identity information base, carrying out identity verification on the user; and in the case that the user identity verification is passed, accepting the material picking order input by the user.
in this embodiment, in order to protect the security of the material object and prevent a person without an authority from randomly getting the material, the face information of the person with the authority to get the material may be collected in advance and stored in the user identity information base during specific implementation. When a user wants to request to select materials, the material selecting cabinet can acquire the information of the face of the user through the camera and match the information of the face stored in the user identity information base according to the information of the face of the user so as to authenticate the identity of the user. And after the corresponding face information is matched in the user identity information base, determining that the user identity passes the authentication. In one embodiment, prior to receiving a user-entered order for picking items, the method, when embodied, may further include: collecting fingerprint information of a user; according to the fingerprint information of the user and a preset identity information base, carrying out identity verification on the user; and in the case that the user identity verification is passed, accepting the material picking order input by the user.
In one embodiment, the user may also efficiently and quickly pick desired item objects using the item picking cabinets without carrying explicit, specific item picking orders.
In this embodiment, in specific implementation, when the user identity authentication is passed, the method may further include the following steps: receiving a no-single-picking instruction input by a user; and responding to the no-single-picking material selecting instruction, and controlling to open cabinet doors of all the sub-cabinets so as to select the target materials by the user.
In this embodiment, in implementation, a user may input a no-order-picking instruction through an input device to request to pick a required item in a mode without setting an item picking menu.

In this embodiment, in specific implementation, the material sorting cabinet may call each weighing and sorting machine to weigh the remaining weight of the material object in the corresponding material box through each preset time interval (e.g., 1 hour, etc.) of the remaining material detector, and may send a prompt message through a warning light or other device when detecting that the remaining weight of the material object in the material box is smaller than a preset weight threshold, so as to prompt a manager of the management center to perform a material supplementing operation on the material object in time.

Meanwhile, two modes of single material receiving and no single material receiving are displayed for the user to select. When a user selects a single item, the item picking cabinet may display the target item that the user wants to pick based on the user's item picking order. Meanwhile, the corresponding expected picking weight can be displayed through the LED material picking label on the weighing picker, and the material box where the target material is located is opened for a user to take materials. The user can press out LED material after finishing getting the material and select the label. When a user selects no single material, the material selecting cabinet can open each material box and display related information of the material together with the LED material selecting labels of the material boxes, so that the user can obtain the material with proper weight according to own conditions.
In the process of getting the material, the user finds that the material is short, can click to enter a material page, and click a material supplementing application for the material short of the goods so as to supplement the material according to the maximum capacity in the following process.
After the user finishes getting the required materials, each material box can be closed, and the material getting is finished by clicking. At this time, the weighing and sorting machine of each material box can detect whether the actual receiving weight of the material is consistent with the expected receiving weight. 1. A material sorting cabinet, comprising: a main cabinet and a sub-cabinet, the sub-cabinet is connected with the main cabinet in series, wherein,
the main cabinet is provided with an input device for receiving a material picking order input by a user, wherein the material picking order at least comprises: the identity of the target material and the preset weight;
The sub-cabinet is provided with a plurality of material boxes, and the material boxes are used for containing material objects; the material box is also connected with a weighing and sorting machine;
The main cabinet is used for responding and selecting orders according to the materials, and determining a material box containing a material object corresponding to the identification of the target material as a target material box; and calling and opening a cabinet door of a sub-cabinet where the target material box is located, so that a user can conveniently obtain the target material with preset weight through a weighing and sorting machine of the target material box.

The material picking cabinet of claim 1, wherein the weighing picker is further provided with a display for displaying at least one of: the name of the material object in the material box connected with the weighing picker, the residual weight of the material object in the material box connected with the weighing picker, and the weight of the material object currently picked by the weighing picker.

the main cabinet is also used for carrying out identity authentication on the user according to the face information of the user, and receiving and processing the material picking order input by the user under the condition that the user passes the identity authentication.

The material sorting cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the main cabinet is further provided with a remaining material detector for detecting whether a remaining weight of the material object in the material box is less than a preset weight threshold value at preset time intervals; and sending out prompt information when detecting that the residual weight of the material object in the material box is less than a preset weight threshold value.
5. A material sorting method based on the material sorting cabinet as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by comprising:
Receiving a material picking order input by a user;
Determining an identity of a target material and a preset weight for the target material according to a material picking order;
And determining a material box containing the target material as the target material box according to the identification of the target material, and calling and opening a cabinet door of a sub-cabinet where the target material box is located, so that a user can obtain the target material with preset weight through a weighing and sorting machine of the target material box.

The calling module is used for determining a material box containing a material object corresponding to the identity of the target material as a target material box according to the identity of the target material; and calling and opening a cabinet door of a sub-cabinet where the target material box is located, so that a user can conveniently obtain the target material with preset weight through a weighing and sorting machine of the target material box.
