Description

Flower packaging product
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a flower packing product according to a specific logistics and selling method, and in particular, to a technology for preventing flowers (flowers) harvested at a cultivation place from withering and being damaged at logistics and display stages and being capable of maintaining freshness for sale.
Background
In recent years, the number of flowers imported from overseas to Japan has increased. For example, roses from India, carnations from Columbia, multi-flower chrysanthemum from Malaysia, and Cyclo-chrysanthemums from China have a huge import.
However, since flowers have a shorter duration as a product than ordinary fruits and vegetables, they tend to wither, become damaged, mold or rot during the circulation stage. Further, as described above, when fresh flowers are imported from overseas, it takes several weeks to almost one month from harvest to store display, and therefore damage to fresh flowers at the stage of circulation is more significant. The same problem exists even in the display stage of flower packaging products decorated by bouquets and flower baskets.
therefore, a low-temperature storage method is generally known as a means for reducing damage to flowers and maintaining a fresh state for a long time. In other words, the flower withering process is closely related to the respiration rate of flowers, which is said to be extremely temperature dependent. Furthermore, the respiration rate of immediately harvested flowers increases exponentially with increasing storage temperature. This respiration leads to withering of the flowers, while resulting in stuffiness due to respiratory heat, resulting in the growth of microorganisms. Therefore, fresh flowers need to be refrigerated and stored at low temperatures.
However, the technical solution of storing flowers at low temperature, although preventing withering and decay for a certain period of time, is only unable to keep fresh, for example, after going through the import of flowers from overseas for a long time. Further, since flowers are in a state of being placed in a cardboard box or a bucket during circulation, they cannot be protected from impact or the like. In addition, since fresh flowers may have attached pesticides, insects, bacteria, and the like, distribution and display of other commodities such as foods and beverages are particularly restricted.
Therefore, in order to maintain freshness of flowers for a long time, the surface of flowers is coated with a resin layer, and this surface layer suppresses respiration of flowers and restricts transpiration of water in flowers (for example, see patent documents 1 and 2).
In order to protect the flower from impact or the like in the circulation stage, there has been proposed a technique in which after the flower is wrapped in a wrapper made of a wrapping film, the inside of the wrapper is filled with air, and the air prevents the flower from being damaged without easily crushing the wrapper (see, for example, patent document 3).
Further, in order to maintain freshness of fresh flowers and allow them to be displayed adjacent to foods, it has been proposed to store or circulate fresh flowers in a biaxially stretched blow-molded container (hereinafter referred to as "PET can") made of polyethylene terephthalate, hermetically package them in a state where no water is added, and pressurize them to 0.1 to 0.5kg/cm 3 for low-temperature storage or distribution (for example, see patent document 4).
However, in the technical proposal of coating the surface of flowers with resin, the freshness of flowers can be maintained for a long time, but flowers cannot be protected from impact or the like at the distribution stage. Further, the problems of agricultural chemicals, insects, bacteria, and the like cannot be solved, and they cannot be distributed and displayed together with other products such as foods, beverages, and the like.
In addition, the technical scheme of filling air into the packaging object for packaging flowers can protect flowers from impact in the circulation stage and the like due to the existence of the air, and meanwhile, the problems of pesticide, insects, bacteria and the like possibly attached to the flowers can be solved by sealing the opening of the packaging object, but the best temperature (air temperature) for keeping the freshness of the flowers is not considered. Therefore, it can be said that the freshness of fresh flowers cannot be maintained for a long time from several weeks to one month or in summer when the temperature is high. Further, since the heat-shrinkable film is used for packaging, after the opening of a package for containing plants is sealed, the package is heated and heat-shrunk, and it is judged that the influence of heat on flowers exceeds the necessary limit, and the freshness cannot be properly maintained.
Further, the technical proposal of storing or distributing flowers in PET cans at low temperature requires a container having a special shape suitable for oxygen permeability, and it is expensive and uneconomical to store and distribute packaged products of flowers such as bouquets in special shaped containers. In addition, in order to seal the PET can, it is necessary to tighten the mouth portion of the container body and the lid material, and the work of sealing flowers into the package takes time and is very troublesome. Further, the PET can having the above-described structure is complicated in the unsealing work and is not easily opened, as compared with a flexible bag-shaped package made of a packaging material film. Furthermore, there is a risk of damage to the flowers during the opening operation.
In addition, it is also conceivable to appropriately combine the conventional techniques, for example, storing flowers in flexible bag-shaped packages, sealing the openings, cooling each package, and storing the flowers at a low temperature.
However, in this solution, as the flower cools, the air in the sealed package is cooled, so that the pressure inside the package is reduced and the package is in a contracted state, eventually reducing the function of protecting the flower from impact or the like in the circulation stage. Further, when the package is deflated, wrinkles, slacks, etc. are generated on the surface thereof, which is unsightly, and the final product value is remarkably reduced if it is displayed and sold as it is.
therefore, the applicant has proposed a flower packaging product comprising a flower coated with a coating treatment liquid containing an acrylic polymer as a main component and a flexible bag for containing the flower, wherein the bag is sealed with a storage opening, and the bag is inflated with air, and has a low-temperature-set cooling air that suppresses the growth of the flower without causing any damage (see patent document 5).
the fresh flower package product considers a series of factors from processing, circulation and display to sale of the harvested fresh flower, the fresh flower is not withered and damaged in the circulation process, the freshness is kept for a long time, and the fresh flower package product can be circulated and displayed together with other commodities such as food, beverage and the like.
However, if the flower is placed in a landscape orientation, the petals are subjected to loads and excess moisture may adhere to the petals, which may eventually accelerate damage to the flower. For this reason, in a flower package product sealed with air in a flexible bag body, a state in which petals are held upright at the upper part is realized, and a flower shelf or a hanger is used for support, and a hand is provided on the bag body, and it is necessary to hang it.
However, in the known display/sale method of keeping petals of a flower-packed product in an upright state, special appliances such as a flower shelf and a clothes hanger are required in addition to a refrigerating apparatus, it is necessary to provide a hanging means such as a hand grip on a bag body, and an additional restriction is added to circulation/display with other commodities such as food.
Therefore, there is a need for a new packaged product of flowers which remains fresh for a long period of time during distribution without withering or being damaged, and which can be distributed and displayed together with other commodities such as food, beverage, and the like.

Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a technique of maintaining freshness for a long time while suppressing withering or damage of flowers during circulation, and continuously providing flowers to consumers, while allowing a flower-packed product to be displayed and sold together with other commodities such as foods and beverages without any additional restrictions.
The flower package product of the present invention is characterized by comprising a flower, a flexible bag for hermetically containing the flower, and air filled in the bag for inflating the bag, wherein the bag has a transparent region for allowing the flower contained therein to be visually recognized from the outside, and an erecting device for automatically erecting the flower petals is provided on the upper portion of the bag.
In the flower package, the standing means may be a liner provided below (at the bottom of) the bag. The liner portion may be formed on the bottom portion by pre-expanding the bottom portion to a predetermined depth, or may be formed by folding the bag in a planar manner before the bag is expanded, and expanding the bottom portion to a depth by expanding the bag to form a hidden liner portion.
In this flower packaging product, the air can fill the bag body inside from the air filling mouth. The air-filling port is preferably provided near the bottom of the bag so as not to obstruct the view of the flowers (petals) and to be hidden inconspicuously when the bag is erected.
Further, in the present flower packaged product, flowers may be stored in the bag as they are, but flowers may be stored in the bag after a coating treatment liquid containing an acrylic polymer as a main component is applied to the surface. Therefore, it is possible to form a coating layer coated with the coating treatment liquid on the surface of a flower, moderately suppress the respiration of the flower, restrict the transpiration of water in the flower, and maintain freshness for a long time without withering the flower.
Further, depending on the type of flower contained in the bag, the air filled in the bag body of the flower packed product can be cooled to a set low temperature that inhibits the growth of flowers without causing damage. Thus, since the freshness of flowers can be maintained for a long period of time, flowers (flowers) in a fresh state can be continuously provided to consumers.
Further, the present flower packed product uses a transparent area having an inner flower visually recognizable from the outside, facilitating efficient display in stores and vending machines such as convenience stores, drugstores, supermarkets, discount stores, home centers, and the like.
Further, if the flower contained in the bag can be confirmed from the outside, it does not matter whether the colored portion of the flower package product has an opaque region or the pattern portion has an opaque region. As the color or pattern, for example, it may be directly printed on one surface of the bag body, or a sticker of a preset color or pattern is attached to one surface of the bag body, or a sheet of a preset color or pattern wraps the flower and inserts it into the bag together with the flower. Further, the pattern may be a character.
These colors and patterns can further enhance the decorative effect of the flower packaging product.
The flower packaging product of the invention is characterized in that the bag body for containing flowers is filled with air and expanded to the surface tension degree, and meanwhile, the bag body is provided with a standing device which can stand by itself. Therefore, the standing state of the flower is maintained by the standing device, the load applied to the petals is reduced, and the water is prevented from being attached to the petals, so that the flower can be distributed, displayed and sold.
Therefore, the flower package product considers a series of factors from processing, circulation, display to sale of the harvested flowers, the flowers are not withered and damaged in the circulation process, the freshness is kept for a long time, the flowers can be continuously provided for consumers, and meanwhile, no additional limitation is provided, such as special equipment and a hanging device, the flower package product is allowed to be displayed and sold together with other commodities such as food and beverage, and the flower package product can be provided for the consumers in an unprecedented new mode.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, description will be made regarding embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
Although the embodiments described below attach various technical limitations as preferred specific examples of the present invention, the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific descriptions described below, nor to its forms.
As shown in fig. 1, a flower packing product 10 according to the present embodiment is constituted by a flower F, a flexible bag 11 hermetically containing the flower F, and air filled inside to inflate the bag 11.
Flower F may be a flower that has already bloomed, but it is preferable to use a cut flower that is harvested before flowering, in view of being in circulation for a long time. In particular, these flowers are taken from stage 2, the so-called cutting stage, in which some flower buds are opened and approximately still closed.
In addition, flower F can be stored in bag 11 quickly after harvesting, and it is preferable that the root of flower F harvested is soaked in a water-absorbing treatment liquid containing aluminum sulfate as a main component for a set time in advance.
As the water-absorbing treatment liquid, a pretreatment material sold under the trade name of Polynol (Prenoy) by Grignard, Israel may be used.
Prinuo is a treatment agent that improves water absorption by opening the flower tube. Prionol is mainly made from aluminium sulphate, with the exception of water, in combination with a quaternary ammonium compound and an anionic surfactant.
In addition, the soaking pretreatment is preferably performed in the water absorbing treatment solution within 2 to 4 hours after harvesting of flower F, and the soaking time is at least overnight, preferably 18 to 24 hours.
As described above, once the set pretreatment is performed, the freshness of the flower F after harvest can be further maintained, and it can be subjected to a long-term logistics/distribution process.
Further, the surface of the harvested flower F may be coated with a coating treatment liquid containing an acrylic polymer (acrylic copolymer) as a main component.
As the coating treatment liquid, a bio-coating agent sold under the trade name of Dipono (Dipnoy) by Greenoy, Israel can be used.
Dipunol is a coating treatment that covers the entire flower, including the crown, bud, leaves and stem, to prevent the release of water and nutrients from the flower. The dipunol is mainly prepared from acrylic resin, contains prochloraz and water, and is matched with quaternary ammonium compound, sodium bisulfite and isopropanol, and the color and the smell of the dipunol do not influence flowers.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the bag 11 is a flexible container in which a storage opening 13 for storing flowers F is formed at one side, and after the flowers F are stored in the bag, the storage opening 13 can be sealed, and the bag can be inflated like a balloon by filling air a in the bag.
The sealing of the storage opening 13 of the bag body 11 may be performed by adhesive sealing or by hot-melt sealing, and is not particularly limited, however, in consideration of the influence of the adhesive component on the flowers F and the convenience of the sealing operation. Hot melt sealing is preferred. Therefore, the preferred material of the bag body 11 is a synthetic resin film which is soft and heat-fusible, and specifically, for example, a sheet in which a nylon film and a low density polyethylene (LLDPE) film are composed is used for the forming process.
Further, the bag body 11 is provided with an air inflation port 14, and the air inflation port 14 can easily inflate the accommodating portion with air a. The air charging port 14 is a check valve having a structure in which the air a charged into the accommodating part flows reversely without leakage. Therefore, the bag body 11 inflated by the air a does not leak easily, and the flower can be protected from the impact of the air a.
Furthermore, the bag 11 is provided with erector means 12, which erector means 12 can be set up spontaneously so that the petals of the flower F are on top. The standing device 12 may be integrally provided below the bag body 11 (bottom portion) to form a lining portion having a predetermined depth.
This pocket 11 has a size and shape that can accommodate flowers F. The size of bag 11, for example, when it is the same as a container of 500 ml size of plastic bottle 110 mm wide by 290 mm long (height), can be circulated with a beverage filled in the plastic bottle, displayed and sold. Further, regarding the shape of the bag body 11, after the air a is filled therein, its three-dimensional state can become a cylindrical body substantially the same as that of a plastic bottle container having the same upper and lower width dimensions.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the bag body 11 is formed by superposing two long rectangular sheets having the same upper and lower widths as each other and bonding a right side portion 11R, a left side portion 11L and a bottom side. The upper side is provided with a receiving opening 13, the bottom is provided with a lining part 12 and an inflation opening 14, so that a flat bag with lining and three-edge sealing is displayed
In the figure, reference numeral 17 denotes an opening seal for opening the flower package product 10, i.e., for opening the cut-in opening of the bag 11.
Before bag 11 is inflated, as shown in fig. 4 (a), liner 12 is folded in one plane, and bag 11 is inflated as shown in fig. 4 (B), and expanded in the direction of white arrows in the figure to form a bottom surface having a depth, thereby forming a hidden liner. That is, the two sheets constituting the bag body 11 are not directly bonded to each other at the bottom surface, but are formed by bonding the front sheet and the back sheet to each other via the liner portion 12.
Therefore, the invisible backing portion 12 expands three-dimensionally as the bag body 11 is inflated with the air a, and the bottom edge 11B on the front surface and the bottom edge 11B on the back surface continuously sealed with the invisible backing portion 12 stand up the bag body 11 to function as the leg portion 16.
As shown in fig. 5, the bag body 11 expanded in this manner is formed with a sealed portion 15 by heat-sealing the receiving port 13 of the cylindrical elongated receiving portion, and the receiving portion is expanded by inflating air through the inflating port 14, whereupon the liner portion 12 is expanded, and the bottom sealed region (bottom portion 11B) is formed with the leg portion 16 so that the bag body 11 is erected.
Therefore, when the flower F is contained in the bag 11, the storage opening 13 is sealed, and then the air a is filled from the air filling opening 14, as shown in fig. 2, the liner portion 12 provided at the bottom of the bag 11 is expanded, and the sealed area at the bottom of the bag 11 is erected into the leg portion 16, so that the flower F of the flower package product 10 is in a state where the petal faces upward and the root faces downward.
The bag 11 has a transparent region for allowing the flower F stored therein to be visible from the outside, thereby allowing the flower package product 10 to be effectively displayed. Here, transparent means that the flower F contained in the bag 11 can be visually recognized from the outside.
Therefore, if the flowers F contained in the bag 11 can be seen from the outside, it does not matter that the portion to which the pattern and color are added has an opaque area.
The color or pattern applied to the bag body 11 may be printed directly on one side (surface) of the bag body 11, or a sticker prepared with a color or pattern or the like may be attached to one side of the bag body 11, or the flower F may be wrapped in a sheet or the like coated with a color or pattern in advance and inserted into the bag body 11 together with the flower F. The pattern added to bag 11 may be, for example, a letter for birthday wishes, such as "happy birthday! "or a word intended by mother's festival, etc., like" mom, thank you! ".
The air a may be set to the same room temperature as the ambient environment of logistics, display and sale, but depending on the type and season of the flowers F stored in the bag 11, the low temperature set is preferably such as to inhibit the growth of the flowers F without causing damage.
Here, the low temperature is set to a temperature at which physiological activity of flowers is maximally inhibited, and specifically, preferably 2 to 7 ℃, and more preferably 2 to 4 ℃.
Further, the flower packaged product 10 in which the air a cooled to the set low temperature exists around the flower F accommodated in the bag 11 is displayed in a refrigerated state in common with food, drink, and the like.
In addition, the bag body 11 is not limited to the elongated receiving portion having the cylindrical shape with the same vertical width dimension, and the outer shape of the bag body 11 is elongated rectangular in a flat state, but may be an elongated receiving portion having an approximately inverted triangular shape with a downward tapered width, that is, a tapered transition portion with a tapered shape in the middle of the receiving portion.
When the bag 11 inserts the flower F into the housing from the root, the narrow lower portion of the housing restricts the swinging of the root of the flower F to keep the flower F in an upright state. In addition, when a plurality of flowers F are inserted, the root of the flower F is kept not to be scattered at the bottom of the accommodating part, and the crown part of the flower F can be protected from being damaged by the wide upper part.
Next, an example of a method for making the flower package product 10 in the present invention will be described.
First, the roots of harvested fresh flowers F are immersed in a water-absorbing treatment liquid containing aluminum sulfate as a main component and left for a set time.
Next, a coating treatment liquid containing an acrylic polymer (acrylic copolymer) as a main component was applied to the surface of flower F.
The coating of the coating treatment liquid on the flower F is not particularly limited as long as the coating treatment liquid is uniformly coated on the flower F. In this example, the whole harvested flower F was dipped in the coating treatment liquid, and the coating treatment liquid was uniformly applied to the surface of the flower F. The coating treatment liquid can be applied by immersing the whole flower F in the coating treatment liquid for several seconds to several tens of seconds.
Subsequently, the flower F is taken out of the coating treatment liquid and left to stand until the excess coating treatment liquid is removed, and then the flower F is put into the flexible bag 11, and the storage opening 13 of the bag 11 is sealed.
Further, when the storage opening 13 of the bag body 11 is sealed, an ethylene gas absorbent (not shown) may be provided in the bag body 11. In other words, ethylene is known to promote ripening of agricultural products, and by placing an ethylene gas absorbent in the bag, the absorption of ethylene gas in the sealed bag can inhibit the ripening of flowers.
The ethylene gas absorbent need not be specific, and known materials such as carbon (bamboo charcoal, etc.) and porous minerals (zeolite, etc.) can be used.
Further, depending on the type of flower F, the atmosphere of the work is set to a set temperature, and in an environment suitable for flower F, bag 11 is inflated by filling air a from inflation port 14 into bag 11 sealing storage port 13, to produce flower packaged product 10.
In this way, the flower packaged product 10 is kept at a set temperature suitable for the flower F, transported to a shop or the like by a vehicle such as an airplane, a ship, a railway, a truck, or the like, and displayed and sold in the shop or the like.
In the case where the ambient temperature at which the operation is performed is set to be a low temperature, the process of inflating air into at least the bag 11 and expanding the bag 11 may be performed in such a manner that flowers are stored in the bag 11 in the set low temperature environment, and the process of sealing the storage opening 13 may be performed in the low temperature environment.
The present flower package product 10 thus produced eliminates the possibility of spreading of agricultural chemicals, insects, bacteria, etc. because the flowers F are sealed in the bag 11, and can be distributed and displayed together with commodities such as food and drink.
Further, the flower packed product 10 can be displayed in a refrigerated showcase together with foods and the like without generating as much stress as possible due to a temperature difference with the flower F, the freshness of the flower F after harvesting can be maintained for a long time, and it can be subjected to a long-term distribution/sale process.
In addition, in the present flower package 10, since the periphery of the flower F is covered with the bag body 11, even if a strong wind is applied when a customer purchases and takes home, the crown does not receive the pressure due to the wind, and the flower package surely plays a protective role.
In addition, the present flower package product 10 can significantly reduce damage to flowers when purchased by a customer and taken home. In other words, when a customer purchases and takes it home, the flower is seriously damaged because the root of the flower F is kept to transmit the temperature of the hand to the flower F, or the flower (being displayed) placed in a low temperature environment is suddenly exposed to outdoor temperature. However, since the flower packed product 10 can be brought home without directly contacting the flower F, the freshness of the flower F can be maintained without transferring the temperature of the hands to the flower F.
In addition, once the air a is cooled to the set low temperature, when the customer purchases the flower packing product 10 and takes it home, the pressure on the flower F is relieved by the air a filled in the storage part slowly contacting the outdoor temperature, and the freshness of the flower F can be maintained.
Then, the flower packing product 10 taken home by the customer can tear (destroy) the bag 11 from the cut 17 to take out the flower F easily or decorate a desired place with the bag 11.
As described above, the present invention takes into consideration a series of factors from processing, distribution, display to sale of the flower F after harvest, and can not only maintain freshness of the flower F for a long time during distribution and sale, but also distribute and display together with other commodities such as food, beverage, and the like. Therefore, not only in flower exclusive shops, but also new sales destinations can be expanded (developed), and the opportunities for flower sales increase accordingly.
Further, in the present invention, the freshness of the flower F after harvest can be maintained for a longer period of time, and unprecedented sales methods such as sales together with other commodities such as food and beverages can be performed. By reducing losses and expanding demand, it is expected that the profits of the producer (flower grower) will increase and the quality and production technology of flower F will improve.
