Abstract
The invention discloses a road shoulder-based detection device and a vehicle-mounted detection device, which comprise a road shoulder detection system and a vehicle-mounted detection system; the road shoulder detection system comprises a road shoulder detection scanner which is fixedly arranged at the top of the front end of the automobile body; a data acquisition unit, an A/D converter, a data comparator and a central processing unit are fixedly arranged in the automobile body; the output end of the road shoulder detection scanner is electrically connected with the input end of the data acquisition unit, and the output end of the data acquisition unit is electrically connected with the input end of the A/D converter through a wire; the output end of the A/D converter is connected with the input end of the data comparator through an electric wire, and the output end of the data comparator is connected with the input end of the central processing unit through a feedback module through an electric wire; the road shoulder detection system effectively detects the road shoulder in real time, provides accurate road driving information for a driver, and effectively improves the safety performance of vehicles.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of road shoulder detection and vehicle-mounted detection, in particular to a road shoulder-based detection device and a vehicle-mounted detection device.
Background
In mining operations in mines, there is a demand for a technique using an unmanned vehicle capable of autonomous travel for the purpose of improving safety and reducing cost. In a mining operation, in a so-called open excavation in which a mineral near an excavation surface is excavated from the ground surface into the ground as by swirling up the excavation without excavating a tunnel, it is necessary to excavate earth and sand at the deepest part and convey the excavated earth and sand to a place other than the excavation site. The work of transporting the earth and sand to the outside of the excavation site is performed by using a large dump truck or the like having a large earth and sand load, but the amount of the transported earth and sand per unit time is directly related to the progress of excavation, and therefore the dump truck is required to transport the earth and sand during high-speed travel.
However, in order to efficiently transport a large amount of earth and sand to the outside of the excavation site, it is necessary for a plurality of dump trucks to freely reciprocate on the road for transport, and measures against a collision accident between the dump trucks traveling on the outward road and the return road, a rolling-off of the dump trucks from a cliff, and the like become important.
The existing dump truck does not have a function of detecting road shoulders, a driver judges the road driving condition through daily experience in the driving process, and the error is large, so that driving is very unsafe.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a road shoulder-based detection device and a vehicle-mounted detection device, which solve the problem of difficulty in the background technology.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme; a detection device based on a road shoulder and a vehicle-mounted detection device comprise a road shoulder detection system and a vehicle-mounted detection system; the road shoulder detection system comprises a road shoulder detection scanner which is fixedly arranged at the top of the front end of the automobile body; a data acquisition unit, an A/D converter, a data comparator and a central processing unit are fixedly arranged in the automobile body; the output end of the road shoulder detection scanner is electrically connected with the input end of the data acquisition unit, and the output end of the data acquisition unit is electrically connected with the input end of the A/D converter through a wire; the output end of the A/D converter is connected with the input end of the data comparator through an electric wire, and the output end of the data comparator is connected with the input end of the central processing unit through a feedback module through an electric wire; the output end of the central processing unit is respectively connected with the data comparator, the data storage module and the input end of the vehicle-mounted display screen through wires; the vehicle-mounted detection system comprises a vehicle-mounted detection unit, the output end of the vehicle-mounted detection unit is connected with the input end of the data converter through an electric wire, the output end of the data converter is electrically connected with the input end of the single chip microcomputer, and the output end of the single chip microcomputer is respectively connected with the input end of the vehicle-mounted display screen and the input end of the alarm device through an electric wire.
As a further preferable technical scheme of the invention, the vehicle-mounted display screen is fixedly installed inside a cab of the automobile body, and the vehicle-mounted display screen is a capacitive touch display screen.
As a further preferable technical scheme of the invention, the road shoulder detection scanner adopts an adjustable bracket fixedly connected with the top of the automobile body, and the road shoulder detection scanner can adjust the scanning angle and range by adjusting the adjustable bracket according to requirements.
As a further preferable technical scheme of the invention, the vehicle-mounted detection unit comprises a tire pressure detection module, an engine performance detection module, a fatigue driving detection module and a drunk driving detection module; the tire pressure detection module is arranged at the tire of the automobile body and used for detecting the air pressure of the tire in real time; the engine performance detection module is arranged in the automobile engine and used for detecting the performance of the engine in the automobile body; the fatigue driving detection module is arranged below the driver seat and used for detecting the driving time of a driver; drunk driving detection module is installed inside the cab, and whether drunk driving is detected in the cab through detecting drunk driving values.
As a further preferable technical solution of the present invention, the alarm device is one of an alarm lamp and a buzzer.

Further, the vehicle-mounted display screen 9 is fixedly installed inside a cab of the automobile body 2, and the vehicle-mounted display screen 9 is a capacitive touch display screen.
Further, the road shoulder detecting scanner 1 adopts the top fixed connection of adjustable support and auto body 2, and road shoulder detecting scanner 1 can adjust scanning angle and scope as required through adjusting adjustable support.
When the road shoulder detection scanner is used, a worker can meet the detection requirement by adjusting the angle of the road shoulder detection scanner 1; the road shoulder detection scanner 1 scans road shoulder information in real time, the scanned information is collected through the data collector 3, the collected data is converted through the A/D converter 4 and then directly input into the data comparator 5 for comparison, a normal road shoulder information value is preset in the data comparator 5, the better road shoulder comparison value is input into the central processing unit 6 through the feedback module 7, the central processing unit 6 displays the data value through the vehicle-mounted display screen 9, a driver can clearly know the road shoulder information conveniently, the driving requirement of the driver is met, meanwhile, the compared road shoulder information value can be stored through the data storage module 8, and a route is provided for later vehicle driving; the tire pressure detection module 101, the engine performance detection module 102, the fatigue driving detection module 103 and the drunk driving detection module 104 respectively detect the tire pressure of the vehicle, the engine performance, the driving time of the driver, whether the driver is drunk driving or not and the like in real time, so that the driving safety factor is effectively improved.
