The pen hanger body 1110 has a continuous loop 1111 at one end, and the loop 1111 and the second portion 110 may be integrally formed or may be separate members. The other end of the pen hanger body 1110 is provided with a plurality of hanging parts 1112, that is, each side of the other end of the pen hanger body 1110 is provided with one hanging part 1112, and the hanging parts 1112 can be in a protruding clip structure; at least one of the hanging portions 1112 is provided with a snap-fit opening 111A.
Therefore, when the refill unit 101 is replaced, the refill unit 101 can be pulled out from the first position 100 through the catch opening 111A of the hanger body 1110; next, another cartridge unit 101 may be mounted in the first region 100. The specific operation process of replacing the pen core unit 101 in the pen instrument structure 1 of the present embodiment can refer to the third embodiment, and the description is not repeated here.
Seventh embodiment
Please refer to fig. 14 and fig. 15, which are a schematic diagram of a second structure according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention and a schematic diagram of a second structure according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and refer to fig. 1 to fig. 13. As shown in the figures, the difference between the pen structure of the present embodiment and the pen structures of the previous embodiments is that the pen hanging unit 111 may include a pen hanging body 1110 and a fixing portion 1113 connected to the pen hanging body 1110 and fixed to the second portion 110, and the fastening opening 111A is located on the pen hanging body 1110.
Specifically, the hanging unit 111 of the pen instrument structure 1 of the present invention further includes a hanging body 1110 and a fixing portion 1113. When the fixing portion 1113 is a structure with a C-shaped or U-shaped cross section (but not limited thereto), the fixing portion 1113 can be clamped on the second portion 110; alternatively, when the fixing portion 1113 is a plurality of fixing posts (but not limited thereto) formed by the outward protrusion of the pen hanger body 1110, the fixing portion 1113 can be fixed on the second portion 110 by dispensing, fastening or any connection method. Also, the second portion 110 may have a groove (as shown in fig. 14 or 15) at a position corresponding to the fixing portion 1113. The fixing portion 1113 may be integrated with the pen hanger body 1110. Therefore, when the user replaces the pen core unit 101, the user can pull out the pen core unit 101 by separating the pen core unit 101 from the first position 100 through the snap opening 111A of the hanging body 1110; next, another cartridge unit 101 may be mounted in the first region 100. The specific operation process of replacing the pen core unit 101 in the pen instrument structure 1 of the present embodiment can refer to the first embodiment or the fourth embodiment, and the description thereof is not repeated.
In addition, the pen hanging unit 111 of the pen instrument structure 1 of the present embodiment may also have the hanging portion 1112 as in the previous embodiments, or the pen hanging unit 111 not only has the hanging portion 1112, but also the fastening opening 111A is located or formed on the hanging portion 1112.
It should be noted that, although various embodiments and achieved technical effects of the pen tool structure 1 of the present invention can be understood through the foregoing embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned examples.
Advantageous effects of the embodiments
The pen structure 1 provided by the present invention can use the snap-in opening 111A of the pen hanging unit 111 as a detaching tool of the pen core unit 101 by "the second structure 11 comprises the second part 110 detachably cooperating with the first part 100 and the pen hanging unit 111 arranged on the second part 110", "the pen hanging unit 111 has the snap-in opening 111A", and "when the second part 110 is detached from the first part 100, the pen core unit 101 is mutually snap-fitted with the snap-in opening 111A by the pen point 1010, and the pen core unit 101 is detached from the first part 100" by pulling the first part 100 outwards away from the second part 110, so as to provide convenience for the user to detach the pen core unit 101.
Furthermore, the pen tool structure 1 of the present invention provides the convenience for the user to carry, that is, the inconvenience of the conventional technology is solved, by the arrangement that "the second structure 11 includes the second portion 110 detachably connected to the first portion 100 and the hanging unit 111" disposed on the second portion 110 and "the hanging unit 111 has the snap-fit opening 111A", and the technical scheme that "when the second portion 110 is separated from the first portion 100, the pen core unit 101 is mutually snap-fitted with the snap-fit opening 111A through the pen point 1010, and the pen core unit 101 is separated from the first portion 100 by pulling the first portion 100 outwards away from the second portion 110"; meanwhile, the convenience of the user in operation is provided, namely, the user can immediately finish the replacement of the pen core through a simple operation mode.

Claims (10)

1. A pen instrument structure, comprising:
The pen comprises a first structure, a second structure and a pen core unit, wherein the first structure comprises a first part and the pen core unit which is detachably inserted into the first part; and
The second structure comprises a second part which is detachably matched with the first part and a pen hanging unit arranged on the second part, and the pen hanging unit is provided with a buckle opening;
When the second part is separated from the first part, the refill unit can be mutually buckled and matched with the buckling opening through the pen point part, and the refill unit is separated from the first part through the outward pulling of the first part far away from the second part.
2. the pen instrument structure of claim 1, wherein the first portion and the second portion combine with each other to form a pen-type structure.
3. The pen instrument structure of claim 1, wherein the first portion is a pen body structure and the second portion is a pen cap structure.
4. The pen instrument structure of claim 1, wherein the pen hanging unit and the second portion are a single member integrally formed.

The pen instrument structure according to claim 1, wherein the pen hanging unit includes a pen hanging body, a collar portion at one end of the pen hanging body and sleeved at the second portion, and a hanging portion at the other end of the pen hanging body, and the fastening opening is located at the pen hanging body.
6. The pen instrument structure of claim 5, wherein the collar portion is a continuous uninterrupted annular body.

The pen instrument structure according to claim 1, wherein the pen hanging unit includes a pen hanging body, a collar portion located at one end of the pen hanging body and sleeved at the second portion, and a plurality of hanging portions located at a side edge of the other end of the pen hanging body, and the fastening opening is located at one of the hanging portions.

The pen instrument structure according to claim 1, wherein the pen hanging unit includes a pen hanging body, a collar portion at one end of the pen hanging body and sleeved at the second portion, and a hanging portion at the other end of the pen hanging body, and the fastening opening is formed at the hanging portion.
9. The pen instrument structure according to claim 8, wherein the hanging portion is formed by bending both sides of the other end of the pen hanger body outward, respectively.
10. The pen instrument structure according to claim 1, wherein the pen hanging unit includes a pen hanging body and a fixing portion connected to the pen hanging body and fixed to the second portion, and the fastening opening is located on the pen hanging body.
