One end of the serial port mouse unit is in communication connection with the control signal switching unit, and the other end of the serial port mouse unit is connected with a touch screen of the wafer cutting machine;
The second 232 bus communication unit is in communication connection with the main control chip unit, and the second 232 bus communication unit is in communication connection with a host of the wafer cutting machine;
