When an airplane flies in the atmosphere, the airplane may freeze, frost, fog and the like as long as the airplane encounters high humidity or low temperature. The effects of icing on aircraft performance, efficiency and safety are manifold. Increased boost and reduced lift if icing, resulting in harmful vibrations; the atmospheric pressure instrument can not work normally; clamping the control surface; compromising the reception and transmission of radio signals, etc. The anti-icing system is critical to ensure safe flight of the aircraft.
The icing of the engine air inlet passage is the most dangerous condition in the icing of the airplane, which not only directly causes the damage of the appearance of the air inlet passage, reduces the thrust of the engine and increases the flight load, but also when the ice layer in the air inlet passage falls off, the ice layer enters the inside of the engine along with the air flow to damage the blades, so that the mechanical damage of the air compressor is caused, even the damage of the whole engine directly causes the flight accident. Therefore, engine anti-icing is important to ensure flight safety.
The air inlet channel works in a high vibration area, and the anti-icing structure of the air inlet channel can be seriously abraded after a long time, so that the anti-icing system is finally failed. Most of anti-icing structural materials in the air inlet channel are titanium alloys, and the integral structure is large and unrealistic to replace.
