Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of sewage desalination, and particularly relates to a reverse osmosis membrane cleaning agent for sewage and a cleaning method.
Background
At present, when reverse osmosis membrane for sewage desalination, can have a large amount of calcium sulfate dirt to produce on the membrane, calcium sulfate dirt solubility is very little, hardly react with acid-base, adopt ordinary alkali wash (sodium hydroxide), pickling (hydrochloric acid, citric acid) to reach ideal effect, often cause reverse osmosis membrane system trouble, can not make water, scrap until the membrane, the renewal membrane, consequently, the field needs a reverse osmosis membrane cleaner for sewage urgently, can be fast thorough wash the desorption to calcium sulfate dirt on the membrane.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention has been made to provide a reverse osmosis membrane cleaning agent for sewage and a cleaning method that overcome the above problems or at least partially solve the above problems.
The embodiment of the invention provides a reverse osmosis membrane cleaning agent for sewage, which comprises:
Demineralized water, ethylene diamine tetraacetate, dodecyl benzene sulfonate and carbonate.
Further, the ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid salt is ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid tetrasodium and/or ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid tetrapotassium.
Further, the dodecyl benzene sulfonate is sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate.
Further, the carbonate is sodium carbonate.
Furthermore, according to the mass concentration, the ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid salt in the cleaning agent is 10-20 g/L.
Furthermore, according to the mass concentration, in the cleaning agent, the dodecyl benzene sulfonate is 100-200 mg/L.
Furthermore, according to the mass concentration, the carbonate in the cleaning agent is 6-7 g/L.
further, the pH value of the cleaning agent is 10-12.
Based on the same invention concept, the embodiment of the invention also provides a method for cleaning a reverse osmosis membrane for sewage, which comprises the following steps:
Preparing the cleaning agent, heating the cleaning agent to 30-34 ℃, and cleaning for not less than 48 hours.
Further, the cleaning comprises a cleaning section and a soaking section, and the cleaning section and the soaking section are alternately carried out.
One or more technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention have at least the following technical effects or advantages:
The reverse osmosis membrane cleaning agent for sewage provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises desalted water, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, dodecyl benzene sulfonate and carbonate, wherein after calcium sulfate forms scale salt, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and other acids cannot perform chemical reaction, sodium hydroxide and other alkalis cannot perform chemical reaction, the solubility product Ksp of the calcium sulfate is 9.1 × 10 -6, calcium sulfate is decomplexed by EDTA-4 sodium salt, calcium ions in the calcium sulfate are complexed by the EDTA-4 sodium salt to form a complex solution dissolved in water, and the calcium sulfate is reacted.
CaSO4+Na4EDTA+Na2CO3→CaNaEDTA+Na2SO4+H2CO3
When the pH value of the solution is low, the reaction is slow, and when the pH value of the solution is high, the solubility of EDTA4 sodium is high, and the reaction speed is accelerated. The maximum allowable pH of the reverse osmosis membrane is 12. Dodecyl benzene sulfonate can increase the wettability of the solution to solid sodium sulfate.
