Description

Flocculating agent and impurity sedimentation system suitable for wet-process phosphoric acid production
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of phosphoric acid production, in particular to a flocculating agent and an impurity settling system suitable for wet-process phosphoric acid production.
Background
Phosphogypsum is industrial waste residue generated when phosphoric ore is extracted by sulfuric acid in wet-process phosphoric acid production, and about 5 tons of phosphogypsum are discharged per 1 ton of phosphoric acid produced. Because the phosphogypsum filtered by the phosphoric acid contains phosphorus pentoxide, during the conversion reaction with ammonium carbonate, colloid is easily generated due to the existence of the phosphorus pentoxide when the phosphogypsum is recycled, and the colloid prevents the growth of crystal particles of the calcium carbonate product, blocks filter cloth in the solid-liquid separation process and influences the normal production of the device. Therefore, before being used, the phosphogypsum is washed and filtered once to reduce the content of phosphorus pentoxide.
The phosphorite reacts with sulfuric acid to form gypsum slurry, and the slurry enters a filter to be filtered so as to separate phosphoric acid from phosphogypsum. In order to avoid the blocking of the filter cloth of the filter by the impurity particle phosphogypsum in the slurry in the filtering process, a flocculating agent is usually added into the slurry before the filtering process, and the impurity particle phosphogypsum in the slurry is flocculated into clusters by utilizing the flocculation action.
The method has the problems that in order to adjust and control the concentration of the flocculating agent so that the flocculating agent can be fully mixed with impurity particles for sedimentation, a large amount of industrial water is consumed for diluting the flocculating agent, and then the diluted flocculating agent is proportionally added into the slurry with sedimentation purification. The industrial water is water without impurities, the acquisition cost is higher than that of a common water source, the industrial water is used in a large amount, and the treatment cost of impurity flocculation and sedimentation is increased.

Preferably, the phosphorus content in the flocculant is 3000-4500mg/L, and the pH value of the flocculant is 2-7.
Preferably, the mixing ratio of the flocculating agent to the slurry is 1: 400-600.
Preferably, the flocculating agent adds the groove and is connected with flocculating agent preparation groove, flocculating agent preparation groove through the pipeline of taking the valve with flocculating agent adds the groove intercommunication, be equipped with agitating unit in the flocculating agent preparation groove.
Preferably, the number of the dissolving tanks is not less than two, and the dissolving tanks are sequentially connected in series on the slurry conveying pipeline.
Compared with the prior art, the application has the beneficial effects that:
The industrial water and the return water are mixed to prepare a solvent of the flocculating agent, so that the consumption of the industrial water is reduced, and the cost of impurity precipitation treatment is reduced. Macromolecular polyacrylamide is used as a flocculating agent for precipitation, so that impurities can be more fully precipitated, and the filter cloth meshes can not be blocked when slurry enters a subsequent filtering process.
The reflux water content in the solvent is over half, and the use amount of industrial water in the flocculation precipitation is further reduced.
The slurry is fully dissolved in the dissolving tank and then enters a flocculating agent adding tank, after the impurities are flocculated and precipitated, the slurry continuously flows along a slurry conveying pipeline and enters a filter under the pumping action of a pressure pump.
After the flocculating agent is configured to the proper concentration in the flocculating agent preparation tank, the stirring is continuously kept, and the stable suspension of the flocculating agent is ensured. A valve is arranged between the flocculating agent preparation tank and the flocculating agent adding tank, and the adding speed of the flocculating agent can be adjusted in time according to the flow of the slurry, so that the concentration ratio of the flocculating agent to the slurry is maintained.
A plurality of dissolving tanks set gradually, make the thick liquids fully dissolve, make the suspension of foreign particles disperse in the thick liquids simultaneously, be convenient for more combine the back with the flocculating agent and deposit.
