Description

Wire clamping device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a racket stringing device, and more particularly, to a string clamping device which is easy to operate and has a stable tightening force.
Background
The joy of badminton and tennis is that the requirement of the user for the racket is relatively raised, and the situation that the racket strings are arranged on the racket surface is important. Referring to fig. 1, a conventional racket stringing device is disclosed, in which a racket string is threaded through a racket frame, and then the racket string is clamped and fixed by a string clamping device 90, the string clamping device 90 is movable and fixed on a rail 91 of the racket stringing machine, and a string clamping member 92 is used to clamp the racket string tightened to a predetermined pound, and then the string clamping member 92 is released to move the string clamping device 90 to the position of the next racket string to be clamped.
Thus, during threading, the gripper 90 needs to be repeatedly fixed to and released from the track 91. The conventional wire clamping device is provided with a knob 93, and the bottom of the wire clamping device 90 can be tightly pressed on the rail 91 by rotating the knob 93 left and right to fix the wire clamping device 90 on the rail 91, or the bottom of the wire clamping device 90 can be released to move on the rail 91.
However, in operation, the string clamping member 92 is usually clamped to the racket string, and then the string clamping member 92 is released to rotate the knob 93 to fix the string clamping device 90, at this time, since the string clamping device 90 is not fixed to the rail 91, the position of the string clamping device 90 is easily changed due to accidental touch when the string clamping member 92 is released, which results in the need to readjust the position of the string clamping device 90; in addition, in the conventional structure, in order to press the wire holder 90 to the fixing rail 91 without being separated, the user usually rotates the knob 93 with the index finger and the thumb, and since the wire holder 90 needs to be fixed and released many times during the threading process, the knob 93 is rotated for a long time, which is likely to cause burden and muscle damage to the hand of the user. Furthermore, if the force applied when turning the knob 93 is too large, the bottom of the wire holder 90 will be too tight to the rail 91, and it will take too much force and time to release the knob 93, resulting in the decrease of threading efficiency. Furthermore, the operation of turning the knob 93 is not ergonomic, and is not labor-saving and convenient. How to fix and release the wire clamper 90 to and from the rail easily and easily, and maintain a good fixing effect, which is a long-standing problem in the technical field and market.

The thread tension device 10 of the present invention is installed to a rail 80 of a racket stringing machine (not shown) so as to clamp racket threads by the thread tension mechanism 60 when stringing a racket. The rail is provided with a sliding slot 81, and the connecting rod 511 of the tightening mechanism 50 is screwed with the clamping block 52 after penetrating into the sliding slot 81. The operation mode of the string clamping mechanism 60 for clamping the racket string is not the main subject of the present invention, and will not be described in detail.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 4, a state of the wire holder 10 not being locked on the rail 80 is shown, at this time, the pulling portion 412 of the pulling rod 41 of the pulling mechanism 40 is tilted upward, the clamping block 52 of the tightening mechanism 50 still has a gap with the bottom surface of the rail 80, and does not tighten the rail 80, so that the wire holder 10 is in a release state, and can freely slide on the rail 80 and adjust the position.
To fix the wire clamping device 10 on the track 80, please refer to fig. 5, after the pulling portion 412 of the pulling rod 41 is pressed downward, the pulling rod 41 generates an angular displacement and pushes the transmission member 30 to move toward the tapered hole 21 through the connecting rod 42, the transmission member 30 pushes the tapered block 51 to move upward, the tapered block 51 pulls the connecting rod 511 and the clamping block 52 upward, so that the clamping block 52 is tightly pressed against the bottom of the seat body 20 and fixed on the track 80, and then the wire clamping mechanism 60 is used to clamp the racket wire.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, when the user presses the pulling portion 412 of the pulling rod 41 with the palm of the hand, the pulling portion 412 swings downward with the pivot end 411 as the fulcrum, and drives the connecting rod 42 to swing the connecting rod 42, the free end of the connecting rod generates a displacement toward the transmission member 30, the connecting rod 42 pushes the transmission member 30 toward the tapered hole 21 via the rolling element 43, the rolling element 43 is in rolling contact with the arc block 32, so that the smoothness of pushing the transmission member 30 by the rolling element is increased, and when the free end of the connecting rod 42 displaces, the rolling element 43 rotates on the pad 221. When the connecting rod 42 pushes the transmission member 30, the inclined surface block 31 moves in the tapered hole 21, the inclined surface 311 pushes the tapered block 51 to generate an upward displacement, so that the tapered block 51 drives the clamping block 52 to move upward via the connecting rod 511, thereby reducing the gap between the clamping block 52 and the bottom of the seat 20 and enabling the clamping block 52 to press the bottom surface of the rail 80. When the pulling portion 412 is displaced to the end of the urging stroke, the pivot point of the pivot end 411 of the pulling rod 41 (i.e. the center of the pin 414) and the two ends of the connecting rod (i.e. the center of the shaft 421 and the center of the pivot pin 431) are located on a straight line L. By the design of the three pivot points being in line, the wrench mechanism 40 forms a stable locking effect at the end of the downward stroke without releasing, and applies a stable and quantitative tightening action to the driving member 30 and the tightening member 50, so that the tightening member 50 tightens the rail 80 quantitatively, i.e. the tightening position of the clamping block 52 is fixed, therefore, in each tightening operation, the wrench mechanism 40 and the tightening mechanism 50 both form a stable locking effect, and the stroke of the connecting rod 42 pushing the driving member 30 is fixed, the height of the driving member 30 pushing the conical block 51 upward is also fixed, so that the tightening gap and force between the clamping block 52 and the seat body 20 are fixed. The elastic element 222 is pressed by the pulling rod 41 to store an elastic force.
To relieve the tension on the gripper 10, the present invention provides three methods. First, referring to fig. 6, an operator can pull the pulling portion 412 of the pulling rod 41 upward to make the pivot point of the pivot end 411 of the pulling rod 41 (i.e. the center of the pin 414) and the two ends of the connecting rod 42 (i.e. the center of the shaft 421 and the center of the pivot pin 431) be out of the same line, the locking state of the pulling mechanism 40 is released, and once the pulling rod 41 moves upward, the elastic element 222 exerts an elastic reaction force to push the pulling rod 41 upward rapidly; after the pulling rod 41 moves upwards, the connecting rod 42 and the rolling element 43 are linked to move away from the transmission member 30, so that the inclined surface block 31 of the transmission member 30 does not apply a force to abut against the conical block 51, the conical block 51 slides downwards due to its own weight and pushes the transmission member 30 towards the channel 22, the clamping block 52 descends along with the conical block 51 and does not urge the rail 80 any more, and the wire clamp 10 returns to the release state and can move on the rail.
Referring to fig. 7, a second way of releasing the locking state of the wire gripper 10 according to the present invention is shown, as shown in the figure, when the wire gripper 10 is in the locking state, the operator can press down the force application portion 721 of the secondary plate rod 72 of the secondary pulling group 70 to tilt up the pushing portion 722 at the other end thereof, the pushing portion 722 pushes the pulling portion 412 of the pulling rod 41 upward, the pulling portion 412 moves upward to release the locking state of the pulling mechanism 40, and the state returns to the state shown in fig. 4, and the clamping block 52 of the tightening mechanism 50 does not tighten the rail 80. After the force applied to the secondary trigger 72 is released, the elasticity of the two elastic members 73 can move the force applying portion 721 upward and the pushing portion 722 downward, so that the secondary trigger 72 returns to the state shown in fig. 4 for reuse.
Referring to fig. 8, a third mode of the present invention is to release the locking state of the wire holder 10. When the operator wants to clamp the other positions of the racket string by the string clamping mechanism 60, the string clamping member 62 is released, so that the string clamping member 62 no longer clamps the racket string, and the string clamping member 62 is released, so that the string clamping member 62 falls down by gravity, and the bottom end of the shaft 621 of the string clamping member is knocked to the pressing portion 415 of the pulling rod 41 in the accommodating groove 23, thereby driving the pulling rod 41 to swing, and enabling the pulling portion 412 to move upwards. This operation also moves the pulling portion 412 of the pulling rod 41 upward to separate the three pivot points from the collinear state, thereby releasing the wire clamp 10 to move the wire clamp again.
In addition, as shown in fig. 9, the adjusting element 33 of the transmission member 30 can be adjusted in position in the screw hole 321 to change the length of the transmission member 30, when the length of the transmission member 30 is increased, the conical block 51 is pushed to a higher height during operation, so as to increase the tightness of the tightening mechanism 50, and when the length of the transmission member 30 is correspondingly decreased, the rising height of the conical block 51 is decreased while the rising distance of the clamping block 52 is decreased, so as to decrease the tightness of the tightening mechanism 50.
Referring to fig. 10 again, the operator can adjust the height of the adjusting element 231 in the accommodating slot 23, so that the bottom of the pressing portion 415 of the pulling rod 41 is limited, and the rising height of the pulling portion 412 is limited; thus, the height of the adjusting member 231 can be adjusted as required to change the rising height of the pulling portion 412.
According to the wire clamping device provided by the invention, the pulling mechanism 40 adopts the operation of pressing up and down, the pulling rod 41 can be used for applying force to press down by palm, the force application conforms to the ergonomics, the operation is labor-saving and convenient, and no muscle injury is caused after long-time use; in addition, when the pulling mechanism 40 applies a downward force each time, the force applied by the connecting rod 42 to the transmission member 30 to push against the pressing mechanism 50 is fixed, and the situation of locking or incapability of releasing due to excessive force application is avoided; furthermore, when the fixing state of the wire clamping device is released, the pulling mechanism 40 can be loosened in three different ways, such as pulling the pulling rod 41 upwards, pressing the auxiliary pulling rod 72 downwards or putting down the wire clamping piece 62, so that the use can be selected according to the current operation condition or personal use habit, and the operation is convenient.
The structure design of the wire clamping device of the invention provides an innovative operation mode, which is different from the operation mode of a rotating knob of a conventional wire clamping device and solves the defects of the conventional wire clamping device.
The embodiments disclosed above are illustrative of the invention rather than limiting, and all equivalent modifications of the invention should be considered to be within the scope of the invention. The thread clamping device provided by the invention is the technology initiated in the technical field, has improvement and is applied by the method.
