According to one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3-4, the atomizer assembly 24 includes: the atomizer 42 and the sealing piece 43, the sealing piece 43 is arranged between the side surface of the atomizer 42 and the inner peripheral wall of the atomizing groove 9 and is used for sealing a gap between the atomizer 42 and the oil crusty pancake body 7, and one end of the atomizer 42 is tightly attached to the atomizing groove 9 and is communicated with the injection channel 15. The sealing member 43 directly contacts with the side wall of the atomizing tank 9, so that when the atomizer assembly 24 starts to work, generated heat can be transmitted into tobacco tar in the storage cavity 18 through the atomizing tank 9, so that the temperature of the tobacco tar is increased, the viscosity of the tobacco tar can be reduced, the low-viscosity fluid has stronger bubble discharging capability, and the air quantity is smaller when the electronic cigarette 100 is sucked.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, a portion of the flexible diaphragm 16 adjacent to the outer peripheral edge is formed with a connection region extending in the circumferential direction of the flexible diaphragm 16, and a mating region is formed at a position of the rigid oil bag corresponding to the connection region, and the connection region is hermetically connected with the mating region;
the area of the flexible membrane 16 is the same as the area of the inner peripheral wall of the tobacco tar groove 10 on the side of the mating zone facing the storage chamber 18.
On the one hand, by providing the connection area and the matching area, it is convenient for the flexible diaphragm 16 to be connected to the tobacco tar groove 10, which is beneficial to improving the tightness of the storage cavity 18 and preventing the tobacco tar from leaking from the gap between the flexible diaphragm 16 and the tobacco tar groove 10.
On the other hand, the area of the flexible diaphragm 16 is designed to be the same as the area of the one-side oil smoke groove 10, and the contour of the surface of the flexible diaphragm 16 facing the storage cavity 18 without external force is the same as the contour of the inner peripheral wall of the oil smoke groove 10 on the side of the mating region facing the storage cavity 18.
That is, in the process of discharging the tobacco tar, the flexible diaphragm 16 is gradually attached to the inner circumferential wall of the tobacco tar groove 10 until the tobacco tar in the storage cavity 18 is completely discharged, the flexible diaphragm 16 is completely attached to the inner circumferential wall of the rigid oil bag 4, thereby ensuring the complete discharge of the tobacco tar in the storage cavity 18 and preventing the environmental pollution caused by the residual tobacco tar. In addition, the volume of the storage cavity 18 is always the same as the amount of tobacco tar, so that no air in the storage cavity 18 can be ensured, and therefore, the flexible diaphragm 16 is matched with the exhaust device 21, so that no air in the oil supply system can be ensured, the electronic cigarette 100 can be ensured to be free of air during smoking, and the amount of tobacco tar is ensured to be enough during smoking of the electronic cigarette 100.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the exhaust device 21 includes: the exhaust body 44 and the exhaust protrusion 45, the exhaust body 44 is disposed in the second opening 20, and the exhaust protrusion 45 protrudes toward the attaching cavity 17.
In a specific embodiment, the exhaust protrusion 45 may be a smooth arc exhaust protrusion 45, and in other specific embodiments, the exhaust protrusion 45 may be a wedge-shaped exhaust protrusion 45, and the long end of the wedge-shaped exhaust protrusion 45 is located at an end far away from the micro pump groove 11, and the short end of the wedge-shaped exhaust protrusion 45 is located at an end near the micro pump groove 11, so that when the oil crusty pancake 6 is installed, the wedge surface can guide and squeeze the flexible diaphragm 16, so that the exhaust protrusion 45 is prevented from scratching the flexible diaphragm 16, resulting in smoke and oil leakage.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the tobacco body 1 comprises: cartridge 46 and tobacco stem 47, cartridge 46 includes cigarette holder 48, and outlet 3 is located on cigarette holder 48, and the mounting groove includes: the first mounting groove 49 and the second mounting groove 50 are arranged on the cigarette holder 48, the first mounting groove 49 is arranged on the cigarette holder 47, the second mounting groove 50 is arranged on the cigarette rod 47, a part of the oil crusty pancake 6 is suitable for being inserted into the first mounting groove 49, and the other part of the oil crusty pancake 6 is suitable for being inserted into the second mounting groove 50 so as to connect the cigarette cartridge 46 and the cigarette rod 47.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 3-4, the atomizing tank 9 and the micropump tank 11 of the oil crusty pancake 6 are suitable for being inserted into the second mounting tank 50 of the cigarette stem 47, and the piezoelectric vibrator 23 suitable for being matched with the micropump assembly 22 is arranged in the second mounting tank 50, the cigarette stem opening 5 is positioned on the cigarette stem 47 and aligned with the air inlet 13, and other parts of the oil crusty pancake 6 are suitable for being inserted into the first mounting tank 49 of the cigarette bullet 46, so that the fixed connection of the cigarette bullet 46 with the cigarette stem 47 and the oil crusty pancake 6 is realized.
The following briefly describes how the electronic cigarette 100 is assembled and consumed:
electronic cigarette 100 assembly: the atomizing tank 9 and the micropump tank 11 of the oil crusty pancake 6 are inserted into the second mounting groove 50 of the tobacco stem 47, then other parts of the oil crusty pancake 6 are inserted into the first mounting groove 49 of the tobacco cartridge 46, when the oil crusty pancake 6 is inserted into the first mounting groove 49, the side wall of the first mounting groove 49 can extrude the exhaust device 21, so that the exhaust protrusion 45 of the exhaust device 21 can extrude the flexible diaphragm 16, the volume of the storage cavity 18 becomes smaller, and tobacco tar is forced to flow into the atomizer 42 from the storage cavity 18 sequentially through the outflow channel 14, the inflow port 34, the inflow valve 30, the pump cavity 29, the outflow valve 31, the outflow port 35 and the inflow channel 15, thereby ensuring that no air exists in the oil supply system, and further completing the assembly of the electronic cigarette 100.
Sucking: the pumping airflow triggers the piezoelectric vibrator 23 and the atomizer 42 to start working, the piezoelectric vibrator 23 drives the connecting piece 33 to vibrate reciprocally under the alternating signal, the connecting piece 33 drives the connecting part 32 to vibrate, the volume of the pump cavity 29 of the micropump assembly 22 is reduced along with the vibration of the vibration transmission plate 27, when the volume of the pump cavity 29 is increased, the inflow valve 30 is opened, and the tobacco tar flows into the pump cavity 29 through the outflow channel 14 and the inflow port 34; when the volume of the pump chamber 29 becomes smaller, the outflow valve 31 is opened, and the tobacco tar is injected into the atomizer 42 through the outflow port 35 and the injection flow passage 15. The tobacco tar is heated by the atomizer 42 to be in a vapor state and dispersed in the atomization cavity 42, and the smoke in the atomization cavity 42 flows out of the smoke outlet 3 along with the air flowing in from the air inlet 13 through the channel, so that the tobacco tar is sucked along the channel.
The above is a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and a person skilled in the art can also make alterations and modifications to the above embodiment, therefore, the present invention is not limited to the above specific embodiment, and any obvious improvements, substitutions or modifications made by the person skilled in the art on the basis of the present invention are all within the scope of the present invention.
