After the cigarette is inserted and the control key is pressed to output, after the cigarette is smoked, the control circuit board 9 stops outputting the electric current to the heating element, the reciprocating electromagnet is supplied with the electric current for a certain time and is powered off, the supplied electric current ensures that the reciprocating electromagnet pushes the push rod to drive the cigarette withdrawing piece to move for a displacement stroke S, the cigarette in the heating tube moves towards the direction of the cigarette inserting opening to separate from the shell, and the displacement is reset when the electric current stops.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in another embodiment, a case 1 includes an inner case 1-1 and an outer case 1-2 fitted over the inner case 1-1, the inner case 1-1 is a hollow structure provided with both ends open, an inner cavity of the inner case 1-1 is partitioned into an upper heat-generating body installation chamber 21 and a lower electric component installation chamber 22 by a heat-generating body holder 20, and the heat-generating body 4 is fixedly installed on the heat-generating body holder 20. The gap exists between the inner shell 1-1 and the outer shell 1-2 and is positioned between the heating cavities 2 to form an air heat insulation layer, so that heat can be effectively prevented from being transferred to the outer shell 1-2, and the outer shell 1-2 is too high in temperature to scald hands. The upper opening of the inner shell 1-1 is blocked by a top cover 23, and a cigarette jack 3 communicated with the heating cavity 2 is arranged on the top cover 23. A heat insulating layer 24 such as heat insulating cotton is arranged between the heating tube and the inner shell 1-1, a heat insulating pad 25 is arranged between the top cover 23 and the heat insulating layer 24, and the heat insulating pad 25 and the heating body bracket 20 are made of high temperature resistant materials such as silica gel. The section of the heat insulation pad 25 is annular and is clamped and fixed in an annular groove formed in the bottom end face of the top cover 23, and one end of the heating tube, which is far away from the smoke evacuation piece 11, is matched and inserted in a central through hole of the heat insulation pad 25.
An inner shell air inlet hole 26 is formed in the side wall, close to the upper opening, of the inner shell 1-1, an outer shell air inlet hole 27 which corresponds to and is communicated with the inner shell air inlet hole 26 is formed in the outer shell 1-2, an air flow channel is formed between the heating tube and the inner shell 1-1, an air inlet gap exists between the heating tube and the smoke removing piece 11, and air flows into the cigarettes from the bottoms of the cigarettes sequentially through the outer shell air inlet hole 27, the inner shell air inlet hole 26, the air flow channel and the air inlet gap. It is contemplated that when the inner housing inlet vents 26 are circumferentially arranged in rows along the inner housing 1-1 and the outer housing inlet vents 27 are circumferentially arranged in rows on the outer housing 1-2, the entire inlet airflow may be evenly directed into the cigarettes 14, thereby enabling the smoking materials within the cigarettes 14 to be heated more evenly and enhancing the smoking experience.
Referring to fig. 2, in this embodiment, an air inlet 26 of the inner shell is provided on a side wall of the inner shell 1-1 near the upper opening, an air flow channel is formed between the heating tube and the inner shell, when a user sucks, air flows from the filter tip section of the cigarette to the mouth of the user after being preheated through the air flow channel, and a heat exchange process exists when the air flows through the heating tube, so that the temperature of the shell is reduced, and the air flows into the cigarette are preheated, so that the energy saving is facilitated; the whole gas flow direction forms a U-shaped channel instead of a channel penetrating from top to bottom, condensation and tar residues generated by smoke in the smoking process are accumulated in the cigarette sleeve, and only the cigarette sleeve needs to be replaced, so that the whole smoking set does not need to be replaced.
In this embodiment, the reciprocating electromagnet, the battery, the control circuit board 9 and the charging board 6 are all installed in the electric element installation chamber 22, the control key 10 leaks from the avoidance notch 28 in the housing 1-2, the light guide ring 29 is arranged between the avoidance notch 28 and the control key 10, and when charging is required, the battery can be charged only by inserting the charging connecting wire into the charging socket 8. In the present embodiment, the electrical component is installed in the electrical component installation chamber 22 and is isolated from the heating element installation chamber 21 by the heating element support 20, and the push rod 12 is screwed and fixed with the smoke evacuation member in the heating tube from the center hole of the heating element support 20. Thereby preventing the electrical components from being invalid due to the over-high heating temperature. The heating body support is made of high-temperature resistant materials so as to bear heat generated by the heating body and not to generate harmful volatile substances, such as high-temperature resistant silica gel.
Specifically, charging panel 6 is through the charging panel mount 7 location installation with inner shell lower part opening shutoff, and charging socket 8 wears out from charging panel mount 7, and charging socket 8 sets up in the bottom of smoking set, has the disguise, and whole smoking set outer tube atmosphere is pleasing to the eye.

Claims (6)
1. Electric low temperature smoking set that moves back the cigarette adopts the mode of encirclement to heat, includes:
a heating cavity for inserting cigarettes is formed in the shell;
the heating body is arranged in the shell and used for heating the cigarettes inserted in the heating cavity so as to generate smoke for users to suck;
characterized by further comprising:
the smoke removing assembly comprises a smoke removing piece, a push rod and a linear driving mechanism, wherein the smoke removing piece is arranged in the heating cavity in a matched sliding manner, and the push rod is fixedly connected with the smoke removing piece;
the energy source is electrically connected with the heating element and the linear driving mechanism;
the linear driving mechanism drives the push rod to enable the smoke removing piece to move in the heating cavity so as to enable cigarettes in the heating cavity to move;
the heating body is a heating tube, the heating tube is arranged in the shell and is communicated with the cigarette jack on the shell, and the cigarette removing piece is arranged in one end of the heating tube far away from the cigarette jack;
the cigarette insertion opening is in interference fit with the cigarette filter tip section, and the sliding distance of the cigarette removing piece is larger than the length of the cigarette filter tip section inserted into the shell;
when the cigarettes are removed, the cigarette removing piece drives the cigarette sliding distance to be larger than the length of the cigarette filter tip section inserted into the shell, and the cigarette is in a free state in the shell;
the linear driving mechanism is a reciprocating electromagnet, and one end of the push rod, which is far away from the smoke removing piece, is fixedly connected with a moving central shaft of the reciprocating electromagnet;
the reciprocating electromagnet is powered on, and then the central shaft is moved to drive the push rod to move for a set distance to withdraw the cigarettes from the shell; after the smoke is removed, the reciprocating electromagnet is powered off, and the movable central shaft is reset under the action of the reset piece;
the shell comprises an inner shell, the inner shell is of a hollow structure with openings at two ends, an inner cavity of the inner shell is divided into an upper heating element installation chamber and a lower electric element installation chamber through a heating element support, the heating element is fixedly installed on the heating element support, an inner shell air inlet hole is formed in the side wall, close to the upper opening, of the inner shell, and air enters from the inner shell air inlet hole, passes through an air flow channel between a heating tube and the inner shell, and enters into the heating tube from a gap between the heating tube and a smoke removing piece.

The electrically powered low temperature smoking article of claim 1, wherein: the upper opening of the inner shell is plugged by a plug-in top cover, a cigarette jack communicated with the heating tube is arranged on the top cover, and after the cigarette is inserted into the heating tube from the cigarette jack, air flow enters the cigarette through a gap between the cigarette withdrawing piece and the heating tube.

The electrically powered smoke-abating low temperature smoking device of claim 2, wherein: the heat-insulating layer is arranged between the heating tube and the inner shell, the heat-insulating pad is arranged between the top cover and the heat-insulating layer, and the heating tube is matched and inserted into the central through hole of the heat-insulating pad.

The electrically powered low temperature smoking article of claim 1, wherein: the reciprocating electromagnet is arranged in the electric element installation chamber through an electromagnet fixing sleeve, one end of a moving central shaft of the reciprocating electromagnet is fixedly connected with the push rod, and the other end of the moving central shaft of the reciprocating electromagnet is provided with a reset spring;
after the reciprocating electromagnet is powered on, the central shaft is moved to drive the push rod to move for a set distance to withdraw the cigarette from the shell, and the reset spring is compressed; after the smoke is removed, the reciprocating electromagnet is powered off, and the movable central shaft is reset under the action of the reset spring.

The electrically powered low temperature smoking article of claim 1, wherein: the reciprocating electromagnet, the energy source and the control board are all installed in the electric element installation chamber, and the inner shell is provided with a control key and a charging socket which are electrically connected with the control board.
6. The electrically powered low temperature smoking article of claim 1, wherein: the shell also comprises an outer shell sleeved outside the inner shell, and an outer shell air inlet hole which corresponds to and is communicated with the inner shell air inlet hole is formed in the outer shell.
