Specifically, the connecting body 13 further includes a connecting plate 132 and two opposite limiting strips 133, where the two limiting strips 133 extend from two opposite sides of the connecting plate 132 in the same direction and enclose the connecting plate 132 to form the limiting open slot 131. The two limit strips 133 are located on the body 10 at two sides of the mounting groove 12, that is, located on the first portion 105 and the second portion 106, respectively, the connecting plate 132 is a strip-shaped plate body, which extends from one side of the mounting groove 12 to the other side, that is, the connecting plate 132 crosses the mounting groove 12 to be connected with the two limit strips 133, and is connected with the inner surface of the side wall 104 provided with the opening end 123.
Further, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, one end of the two limiting strips 133 away from the connecting plate 132 is a supporting end 1330, two opposite supporting pieces 216 extend from one end of the main body 21, the two supporting pieces 216 are located at two sides of the extending section 221 and have the same extending direction, and the two supporting pieces 216 respectively support against the supporting end 1330. Referring to fig. 11, in the process of installing the decorative strip 22 in the installation groove 12, the positioning body 222 is installed in the limit open slot 131 until the abutting piece 216 abuts against the abutting end 1330, so that the decorative strip 22 can be pressed down, the positioning body 222 is accurately assembled in the limit open slot 131, the decorative strip 22 is accurately positioned in the length direction, and the positioning body 222 is prevented from excessively abutting against the connecting body 13; when the positioning body 222 is heat-melted, the abutting portion 216 abuts against the abutting end 1330 to assist positioning.
As shown in fig. 9, the positioning body 222 is protruded on a surface of the extending section 221 facing the same direction as the second surface 212, when the extending section 221 is inserted into the mounting groove 12 and slides towards the connecting body 13 until the positioning body 222 is received and held in the limiting open groove 131, the decoration 20 can be pressed downwards towards the inner surface 101, so that the decoration strip 22 is installed in the mounting groove 12, and the extending section 221 seals the open end and covers the connecting body 13 as a part of the sidewall. The positioning body 222 and the open limit slot 131 can align and position the decorative strip 22 of the decorative part 20 and the mounting groove 12, and the positioning body 222 is thermally fused to fixedly connect the decorative strip 22 and the body 10, that is, the positioning body 222 can position the decorative strip 22 and also can fix the decorative part 20 and the body 10, as shown in fig. 10.
Furthermore, a positioning hole 217 is formed on a side of the main body 21 away from the extending section 221, a positioning post 218 is disposed on the inner surface 101 of the main body 10 corresponding to the positioning hole 217, and the positioning post 218 is positioned in the positioning hole 217 after being melted, so as to fix the main body 21 and the main body 10. In other embodiments, a positioning column is disposed on an end of the main body 21 away from the extending section 221, and a positioning hole is disposed on the inner surface 101 of the main body 10 corresponding to the positioning column. Specifically, after the decorative strip 22 is completely installed in the installation groove 12, the positioning body 221 and the positioning post 218 are thermally fused, so that the decorative piece 20 and the body 10 are completely fixed, and the reliability of the appearance and the structure of the housing 100 of the mobile electronic device is satisfied.
Further, as shown in fig. 7 and 9, the inner surface 101 is provided with guide bars 109 at two opposite sides of the connecting body 13, the surface of the end 213 of the main body 21 at the outer sides of the two abutting pieces 216 is a guide surface, and the guide surface and the guide bars 109 are limited with each other. Specifically, when the extension section 221 is inserted into the mounting groove 12, the two guide strips 109 can align and guide the two abutting pieces 216, so that the two abutting pieces 216 are located between the two guide strips 109, which is helpful for the extension section 221 to align with the opening of the limit opening slot 131 and be inserted into the limit opening slot, and when the decoration 20 is pressed down, the positioning hole 217 is aligned with the positioning post 218, when the main body 21 is deviated, the two guide strips 109 abut against the guide surfaces, which can correct in time, prevent the deviation from continuing to occur, and prevent the extension section 221 from generating torsion force relative to the connecting body 13 due to the deviation and being damaged mutually.
Further, referring to fig. 10, sliding surfaces 108 are disposed on the inner surface 101 on two opposite sides of the mounting groove 12, the two guide strips 109 are respectively protruded at one end of the two sliding surfaces 108, the holding piece 216 slides along the sliding surfaces 108 to insert the extending section 221 through the limiting opening groove 131 to encapsulate the opening 121, and the main body 21 of the decoration 20 is pressed toward the inner surface 101 to mount the decoration 22 in the mounting groove 12. The sliding surface 108 is provided to facilitate sliding of the decorative piece 20 during assembly. As shown in fig. 5, further, the mounting groove 12 includes a groove peripheral wall 120, the decorative strip 22 includes an outer side surface 2201 connected to the decorative wall 220, and the outer side surface 2201 is peripherally connected to the outer side surface 2201. The outer side surface 2201 here refers to the surface of the decorative strip 22 from which the decorative wall 220 is removed. The outer side surface 2201 comprises an end surface portion 2202 at the end of the extension 221, the outer side surface 2201 abuts against the groove peripheral wall 120, and the end surface portion 2202 is connected with the surface of the end surface 103 of the body. A groove (not shown) is formed in the outer side surface 2201, the groove is arranged along the extending direction of the outer side surface 2201, an elastic sealing ring (not shown) is arranged in the groove, a receiving groove (not shown) is formed in the groove peripheral wall 120 of the mounting groove 12, and the groove and the receiving groove are buckled to receive the elastic sealing ring. Specifically, the trim strip 22 firstly slides into the mounting groove 12 through the extending section 221, when the trim strip 22 is in place along with the extending section 221, part of the trim strip 22 enters the mounting groove 12, and then the complete trim strip 22 is installed into the mounting groove 12 in a pressing manner, so that the outward expansion extrusion caused by directly pressing the mounting groove 12 can be avoided, and the outer side surface abuts against the groove peripheral wall 120, so that the tight contact is realized, the gap between the trim 20 and the body 10 is reduced, and the integrity of the housing 100 of the mobile electronic device is higher. And when decorating part 20 pushed down, the recess with the holding tank lock is in order to accept the elasticity sealing washer, realizes the waterproof dirt-proof effect of casing.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, an assembly method of the housing 100 of the mobile electronic device according to the embodiment of the invention includes:
as shown in fig. 9 and 11, the extending section 221 of the decoration 20 is aligned with the mounting groove 12 and then inserted into the mounting groove 12 of the body 10, the abutting piece 216 of the decoration 20 slides along the sliding surface 108 toward the connecting body 13, that is, the extending section 221 slides in the direction of the diffraction arrow, until the positioning body 222 is inserted into the limiting open groove 131 and is clamped with the limiting open groove 131, and the abutting piece 216 abuts against the abutting end 1330, so that the decoration strip 22 is accurately positioned in the sliding direction, and the positioning body 222 is prevented from excessively abutting against the connecting body 13;
as shown in fig. 10 and 12, one end of the decoration 20 away from the extension section is pressed downward in the direction of the arrow, the extension section 221 is tightly attached to the connecting body 13, the positioning hole 217 of the main body 21 is aligned with the positioning post 218 on the main body 10 and is sleeved on the positioning post 218, so that the decoration 22 and the main body 10 are completely positioned, at this time, the decoration 22 is accommodated in the installation groove 12 to encapsulate the installation groove 12, the decoration wall 220 is exposed out of the outer surface 102, and the surface of the decoration wall 220 can be located on the same plane as the outer surface 102. In this process, if the main body 21 is shifted, the two guide strips 109 abut against the guide surfaces, so that the positioning posts 218 can be aligned with the positioning holes 217 when the main body is corrected in time.
Finally, the positioning body 222 is fixed to the connecting body 13 after being hot-melted by a hot melting method, and the positioning column 218 is fixed to the main body 21 after being hot-melted, so that the decoration 20 is completely fixed to the body 10, and the requirements of structural reliability and complete appearance of the shell are met. In order to fix the decoration 20 to the main body 10 more firmly, a plurality of positioning holes may be disposed on two sides of the main body 21, and a heat-melting column may be disposed on the inner surface 101 of the main body 10 corresponding to the positioning holes, and fixed to the main body 21 after heat-melting.
The foregoing is a preferred embodiment of the embodiments of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the embodiments of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations are also regarded as the protection scope of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. A shell of a mobile electronic device is characterized by comprising a body and a decoration piece,
the body is provided with a mounting groove and a connecting body;
the mounting groove penetrates through the inner surface and the outer surface of the body, and one end of the mounting groove penetrates through the end face of the body to form an opening;
the connecting body is arranged on the inner surface of the body, is adjacent to the opening and is used for connecting the body on two opposite sides of the mounting groove, and the decorating part is fixed on the inner surface of the body, is exposed on the outer surface of the body through the mounting groove and encapsulates the mounting groove;
the decorative piece comprises a main body and a decorative strip protruding on the surface of the main body, an extending section extends from one end of the decorative strip and extends out of one end of the main body, the main body of the decorative piece is fixed on the inner surface and is exposed out of the outer surface through a mounting groove, and the extending section covers the connecting body from the direction of the outer surface and encapsulates the opening.
2. The casing of the mobile electronic device according to claim 1, wherein the connecting body includes a limit open slot, a positioning body is protruded from the extension section of the decorative strip, and the connecting body is fixed to the positioning body through the limit open slot.
3. A casing of a mobile electronic device according to claim 2, wherein two opposite sides of the open limiting slot extend in the same direction to form limiting strips, two of the limiting strips include abutting ends, one end of the main body of the decoration extends to form two opposite abutting pieces, and the two abutting pieces abut against the abutting ends respectively.
4. A casing of a mobile electronic device according to claim 3, wherein guide strips are respectively protruded from the inner surface of the main body at two opposite sides of the connecting body, guide surfaces are provided on the main body of the decoration at the outer sides of the two abutting pieces, and the guide surfaces and the guide strips are limited with each other.
5. A housing of a mobile electronic device according to any of claims 1 to 4, wherein said decorative strip comprises a decorative wall facing away from a body of said decorative element, said decorative wall exposing said outer surface through a mounting slot, and said decorative wall being transparent.
6. A casing of a mobile electronic device according to claim 5, wherein the main body of the decoration piece comprises a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, the decoration strip is convexly arranged on the first surface, a strip-shaped groove is concavely arranged on the second surface, and the decoration wall is a bottom wall of the strip-shaped groove; and a light source accommodating groove is formed in the second surface and communicated with the strip-shaped groove.
7. A casing for a mobile electronic device according to claim 5, wherein said mounting groove comprises a groove peripheral wall, said decorative strip comprises an outer side surface, said outer side surface is connected to said decorative wall peripheral edge, and said outer side surface abuts against said groove peripheral wall.
8. A casing of a mobile electronic device according to claim 7, wherein a groove is provided on an outer side surface of the decorative strip, the groove is provided along an extending direction of the outer side surface, an elastic sealing ring is provided in the groove, a receiving groove is provided on a groove peripheral wall of the mounting groove opposite to the sealing ring, and the groove is engaged with the receiving groove to receive the elastic sealing ring.
9. An electronic device, comprising an electronic device body, and a housing of the mobile electronic device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, which is disposed on the electronic device body.
