Abstract
A ceiling fan motor outer cover comprises a shell base part, a shell cover part and at least one locking part. The shell cover piece comprises a circumferential wall, a top wall connected to the circumferential wall and at least one positioning piece connected to the circumferential wall, wherein the positioning piece is bent into an L shape and provided with a connecting end part connected to the bottom end part of the circumferential wall, a positioning end part intersected with the connecting end part and opposite to the bottom surface, and a through hole arranged at the positioning end part and corresponding to the screw hole, and the locking piece penetrates through the through hole and is screwed in the screw hole. Therefore, the outer cover of the ceiling fan motor can achieve the purposes of easy processing and assembly and cost reduction.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a ceiling fan motor, in particular to an outer cover of the ceiling fan motor.
Background
The existing side fixing structure for the motor shell and the shell cover of a ceiling fan (taiwan certificate number I555312) comprises a motor shell and a shell cover body, wherein the motor shell has a top side portion and a side wall portion, the side wall portion has a plurality of side penetrating guide holes, the shell cover body has a cover body portion and a top side annular flange portion, the side of the top side annular flange portion is provided with a plurality of screw hole-shaped fixing holes, and the top side annular flange portion is further provided with a plurality of fan blade fixing holes for fixing a fan blade bracket. The motor shell and the shell cover body can be locked and fixed by utilizing a plurality of bolts which penetrate through the side penetrating guide holes and are screwed and locked in the fixed holes.
Although the ceiling fan motor housing and the housing cover can be laterally fixed by the above structure, the following disadvantages are present:
firstly, because the side perforating guide holes of the motor shell are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction around the side wall part, that is, the side perforating guide holes are not arranged on the same plane, not only are the processing procedures more and the processing time long, but also the processing error is easily caused.
And secondly, because the fixing holes of the shell cover body are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction around the top side ring flange part, after the fixing holes are formed through repeated drilling operation, the fixing holes are required to be tapped, so that the machining procedures are multiple, the machining time is long, and machining errors are easily caused.
Thirdly, the side through guide hole of the motor housing and the fixing hole of the top side annular flange part of the housing cover are easily not aligned completely due to machining errors, and the assembly is difficult.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the outer cover of the ceiling fan motor, which has a simple structure and saves processing procedures.
The invention relates to a ceiling fan motor outer cover, which comprises a shell base part, a shell cover part and at least one locking part, wherein the shell base part comprises a bottom surface, a top surface opposite to the bottom surface, a ring surface connected between the periphery of the bottom surface and the periphery of the top surface and generated around an axis, and at least one screw hole concavely arranged from the bottom surface to the top surface, the shell cover part is arranged at one side of the shell base part along the axis and comprises a peripheral wall surrounding the axis and opposite to the ring surface, a top wall connected to the peripheral wall and spaced from the shell base part along the axis, and at least one positioning part connected to the peripheral wall, the peripheral wall is provided with a bottom end part corresponding to the shell base part, the positioning part is L-shaped and provided with a connecting end part connected to the bottom end part and a positioning end part intersected with the connecting end part and opposite to the bottom surface, and the locking piece is arranged at the positioning end part and corresponds to the through hole of the screw hole, and the locking piece penetrates through the through hole and is locked in the screw hole in a threaded manner.
The outer cover of the ceiling fan motor comprises a shell base part, a positioning part and a connecting part, wherein the annular surface of the shell base part is in a step shape and is provided with an expanding section connected to the bottom surface, a narrow diameter section connected to the top surface and a shoulder part connected to the joint of the expanding section and the narrow diameter section, the shell base part further comprises at least one groove which is parallel to the axis and communicated to the bottom surface through the shoulder part, and the positioning part is nested in the groove.
The peripheral wall of the shell cover part is also provided with an inner side face opposite to the annular face and an outer side face opposite to the inner side face, the bottom end part is provided with a bottom end face connected between the inner side face and the outer side face, the peripheral wall is also provided with at least two cutting grooves which are concavely arranged from the bottom end face to the top wall and are communicated with the inner side face and the outer side face, and the cutting grooves are respectively arranged on two sides of the connecting end part of the positioning part.
According to the ceiling fan motor outer cover, the number of the screw holes of the shell base part is four, the number of the positioning parts of the shell cover part is four, the number of the locking parts is four, and the screw holes and the positioning parts are arranged at equal intervals around the axis.
According to the ceiling fan motor outer cover, the positioning piece of the shell cover piece is bent into an L shape from a straight plate shape, when the positioning piece is in the straight plate shape, the connecting end part is positioned on one side of the positioning end part along the straight axial direction, and the drilling processing of the through hole can be carried out on the positioning end part.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, an embodiment of the ceiling fan motor cover 100 of the present invention is adapted to cover an exterior of a ceiling fan motor unit 1, the ceiling fan motor unit 1 includes a stator 101 and a rotor 102 surrounding the stator 101, the stator 101 has a stator body 103, a shaft 104 extending along an axis L and connected to the stator body 103, and two bearings 105 covering the shaft 103. The ceiling fan motor cover 100 includes a base member 10, a housing member 20 and a plurality of fasteners 30. In this embodiment, the number of the locking pieces 30 is four.
The housing 10 is disc-shaped and includes a bottom surface 11, a top surface 12 opposite to the bottom surface 11 along the axis L, a ring surface 13 connected between the periphery of the bottom surface 11 and the periphery of the top surface 12 and generated around the axis L, a plurality of screw holes 14 recessed from the bottom surface 11 toward the top surface 12, a plurality of grooves 15 parallel to the axis L and arranged at equal intervals around the axis L, a lower shaft hole 16 arranged along the axis L and penetrating through the bottom surface 11 and the top surface 12, and a plurality of lock hole sets extending from the bottom surface 11 toward the top surface 12. In the present embodiment, the number of the screw holes 14 is four.
The threaded holes 14 are arranged at equal intervals around the axis L. The ring surface 13 is stepped and has an expanding section 131 vertically connected to the bottom surface 11, a narrow section 132 vertically connected to the top surface 12, and a shoulder 133 connected to the joint of the expanding section 131 and the narrow section 132, and the groove 15 is communicated from the shoulder 133 to the bottom surface 11. The lower shaft hole 16 is provided for the shaft rod 104 to pass through, and one of the bearings 105 is provided between the lower shaft hole 16 and the shaft rod 104. Each lock hole set has two lock holes 17, and each lock hole set can be used for locking a fan blade bracket (not shown).
The housing member 20 is mounted on one side of the housing member 10 along the axis L, and includes a peripheral wall 21 surrounding the axis L and sleeved outside the annular surface 13, a top wall 22 vertically connected to a top edge of the peripheral wall 21 and spaced apart from the housing member 10 along the axis L, and a plurality of positioning members 23 integrally connected to the peripheral wall 21. In the present embodiment, the number of the positioning members 23 is four. The peripheral wall 21 has an inner side 211 opposite to the annular surface 13 and for fixing the rotor 102, an outer side 212 opposite to the inner side 211, a bottom end 213 opposite to the top wall 22 and corresponding to the casing base 10, and a plurality of pairs of slots 214. The bottom end 213 has a bottom surface 215 connected between the inner side 211 and the outer side 212, and the slot 214 is recessed from the bottom surface 215 toward the top wall 22 and communicates the inner side 211 and the outer side 212. The top wall 22 has an upper shaft hole 221 for the shaft 104 to pass through and for the other bearing 105 to be sleeved on. The positioning members 23 are disposed at equal intervals around the axis L, and each have a connecting end 231 connected to the bottom end 213, a positioning end 232 opposite to the connecting end 231 and opposite to the bottom surface 11, and a through hole 233 disposed at the positioning end 232 and respectively corresponding to the screw holes 14. Each pair of the cutting grooves 214 is formed on both sides of the connecting end 231 of the positioning member 23. The connecting end portions 231 of the positioning members 23 are respectively nested in the grooves 15, the positioning members 23 can be bent into an L shape (as shown in the phantom lines of fig. 1 and 2 and 3) from a straight plate shape (as shown in the solid lines of fig. 1 and 3), when the positioning members 23 are in the straight plate shape, the connecting end portion 231 of each positioning member 23 is located on one side of the positioning end portion 232 along a straight axial direction X, and the positioning end portion 232 can be drilled with the through hole 233.
The locking member 30 is a screw, and after the positioning member 23 is bent into an L-shape, the positioning member is respectively inserted into the through holes 233 and is screwed into the screw hole 14.
For a further understanding of the invention, its role, the technical means employed, and the efficacy attained by its cooperation, it is believed that the invention will be more fully and specifically understood from the following description.
As shown in fig. 1, when the components of the ceiling fan motor cover 100 are completely manufactured and are not assembled yet, the positioning member 23 extends along the vertical axis X to form a straight plate (as shown by the solid lines in fig. 1 and the phantom lines in fig. 3), and the positioning end 232 can be drilled with the through hole 233.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, when the ceiling fan motor outer cover 100 is to be covered and assembled outside the ceiling fan motor unit 1, an operator firstly sleeves the bearings 105 on the upper shaft hole 221 and the lower shaft hole 16, and then passes the shaft rod 104 of the stator 101 through the bearings 105, so that the housing base member 10 and the housing cover member 20 are mutually matched, and the stator body 103 corresponds to the rotor 102 pre-fixed on the inner side surface 211 of the housing cover member 20, so that the housing cover member 20 can smoothly rotate relative to the stator 101.
Next, when the housing base 10 is to be assembled with the housing cover 20, the operator aligns the groove 15 with the positioning member 23 and fits the housing base 10 to the housing cover 20 along the axis L until the narrow section 132 fits inside the housing cover 20 and the narrow section 132 is opposite to the inner side 211. Then, the positioning member 23 is bent from a straight plate shape (as shown in fig. 1, 3, solid lines) into an L shape (as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, solid lines), and the positioning end 232 abuts against the bottom surface 11, so that the through holes 233 are aligned with the screw holes 14, respectively, and the operator can use the locking member 30 to pass through the through holes 233 and screw-lock in the screw holes 14, so that the housing base member 10 is locked to the housing cover member 20, and the ceiling fan motor outer cover 100 is positioned relative to the ceiling fan motor unit 1.
Next, the efficacy of the present invention is summarized as follows:
firstly, because the screw holes 14 are positioned on the bottom surfaces 11 of the same plane, the screw holes 14 can be simultaneously processed, the processing procedure of the screw holes 14 is simplified, the processing time is short, and the processing error can be avoided.
Secondly, the housing member 20 utilizes the arrangement of the cutting groove 214, so that the positioning member 23 can absorb the offset when being bent into an L shape from a straight plate, and the through hole 233 of each positioning member 23 can accurately correspond to the screw hole 14, the drilling position of the through hole 233 does not need to be controlled absolutely precisely, the through hole 233 is easy to process, the screwing operation of the locking member 30 is also easy, and the assembly of the housing member 10 and the housing member 20 is easy.
Thirdly, the groove 15 is formed by the housing base member 10, and when the housing base member 10 is assembled with the housing cover member 20, the positioning member 23 is embedded by the groove 15, so that the assembly of the housing base member 10 and the housing cover member 20 is relatively easy.
In conclusion, the outer cover of the ceiling fan motor has simple integral structure and easy manufacture and assembly, can reduce the production cost and can really achieve the aim of the invention.
