When the cable is fixed, the upper fixing seat 1 and the lower fixing seat 13 are fixed together, meanwhile, the piston rod I7 is extruded into the upper fixing seat 1, the piston rod I7 can extrude gas into the air cavity I10 through the air hole I9, the protective film I11 expands under the action of the gas, the piston rod II 18 moves towards the middle of the piston cavity II 14 under the action of the repulsion of the like poles of the magnetic block I8 and the magnetic block II 19, the gas in the piston cavity II 14 is extruded into the air cavity II 16 through the air hole II 15, the protective film II 17 expands, and the protective film I11 and the protective film II 17 can clamp the cable tightly and play a role in protection, so that the effect of preventing the cable from being damaged is achieved.
