The proximity switch 3 is clamped on the palm support 1 through two nuts, and the installation height of the proximity switch is adjustable so as to adapt to different palm heights of different trainers. When the palm distance approach switch exceeds a set value, the approach switch 3 sends a signal to the display part, and the display part judges that the hand shape is wrong and gives a prompt. If the collected pressure value does not exceed the threshold value (which can be set according to different personnel to ensure that the press exceeding a certain pressure is recorded), the value is not displayed on the human-computer interface; if the pressure value exceeds the threshold value, the effective count of the corresponding finger is increased, and the pressure value grade is displayed (classified into different grades according to the size of the pressure value and set in the factory). A damping hinge 8 is arranged between the lower arm 7 of the display screen and the upper arm 9 of the display screen, the angle of the display screen 10 can be adjusted and kept according to the sight heights of different trainers, the training condition can be observed conveniently in real time, and the error action can be corrected. After the exercise is completed, the display screen 10 can be folded down and the trainer is converted to palm size for easy storage and carrying, as shown in fig. 6.
