The invention mainly provides a range hood to increase self-cleaning capability of the range hood.
the specific structure of the range hood will be mainly described below.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, in an embodiment of the present invention, the range hood includes:
The fan 200 comprises a volute 210 and an impeller 220 arranged in the volute 210, and a plurality of air inlet holes 213 are formed in the side wall of the volute 210;
and a liquid heater 300, the liquid heater 300 having a plurality of injection holes provided corresponding to the intake holes 213 such that the injection holes communicate with the inside of the scroll 210.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the impeller 220 may be an axial flow impeller 220, or may be a through flow or centrifugal impeller 220, taking the centrifugal impeller 220 as an example. Under the operation of the impeller 220, the flue gas enters the volute 210 from the axial direction of the impeller 220 and exits the volute 210 from the tangential direction of the volute 210. The liquid heater 300 changes the cleaning liquid into steam and/or hot water, and under the action of a water pump and phase change (the liquid state is changed into the gas state, and the volume is increased, the pressure is increased), the steam and/or hot water is sprayed out from the spraying hole of the liquid heater 300 and enters the interior of the volute 210 through the air inlet hole 213.
Wherein the liquid heater 300 includes: the heating body 310 is provided with a cavity, and the cavity is provided with a water inlet and a steam and/or hot water outlet; a heating member connected to the heating body 310 to heat the heating body 310; an injection hole provided corresponding to the steam and/or hot water injection port. The heating member may have many forms, and for example, the heating tube 350 is disposed outside the heating body 310, and when the heating tube 350 is energized, the temperature of the heating body 310 is increased. When the temperature rises to a certain temperature, the cleaning liquid is fed into the container of the heating element 310, and the cleaning liquid is rapidly changed into steam and/or hot water under the action of high temperature and is sprayed out from the water spray holes 318 under the action of pressure. The liquid heater 300 has a complete steam and/or hot water generating structure and is very compact, making the self-cleaning piping very compact.
In order to more clearly show the compactness of the liquid heater 300, the specific structure of the liquid heater 300 will be described below.
The heating element 310 is a flat box, and a water inlet pipe 320 is disposed on a side of the heating element with a larger area (the side of the heating element opposite to the volute 210) for the cleaning liquid to enter the cavity of the heating element 310. The heating member is exemplified by a heating tube 350, the heating tube 350 is disposed in the cavity of the heating body 310, and both electrodes of the heating member and the water inlet tube 320 are disposed on the same side of the heating body 310 so as to be connected to a power source. In order to conveniently acquire the current temperature of the heating element 310, an even temperature sensor and a temperature controller 360 are further provided on the heating element 310. In order to protect the electrode of the heating tube 350, the temperature controller 360, and the like, a protective cover 330 is further disposed on the heating element 310, and the protective cover 330 and the heating element 310 enclose to form a containing cavity to contain and protect the electrode of the heating tube 350 and the temperature controller 360.
A plurality of injection holes are opened at one side of the heating body facing the scroll 210, and a nozzle is disposed at the injection holes to ensure that the mist sufficiently enters the inside of the scroll 210. Among them, the water spray holes 318 are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the heating element 310. Meanwhile, the second sealing gasket 370 is sleeved on the nozzle to ensure that the steam and/or hot water cannot leak from the nozzle and the spray hole, and simultaneously prevent the steam and/or hot water from leaking between the spray hole and the air inlet hole of the volute. When the liquid heater 300 is assembled, the second sealing gasket 370 is pressed against the surface of the scroll 210, and its elastic deformation ensures that steam and/or hot water does not leak from the inlet hole 213 of the scroll 210. It should be noted that the second sealing gasket 370 also has a heat insulation function, so as to isolate the high temperature of the heating element 310 from the volute 210, and prevent the high temperature of the heating element 310 from being transmitted to the volute 210, thereby protecting the volute 210 and improving the utilization of energy by the heating element 310.
in order to ensure the installation stability of the liquid heater 300, it further includes a mounting bracket 340, and the mounting bracket 340 is engaged with a side of the heat-generating body 310 facing the scroll 210. The mounting bracket 340 includes a mounting portion engaged with the heating body 310 and a fastening portion engaged with the scroll 210, the fastening portion includes a lug 341 extending outward from the mounting portion, and the lug 341 is provided with a fastening hole. The mounting bracket 340 is fixedly coupled to the scroll 210 through fastening holes and fasteners.
A plurality of air inlet holes 213 are formed on the sidewall of the scroll 210, and a plurality of spray holes of the liquid heater 300 are respectively communicated with the air inlet holes 213, so that mist sprayed from the water spray holes 318 enters the interior of the scroll 210 through the air inlet holes 213 to clean the impeller 220 and the scroll 210.
in this embodiment, the plurality of air inlet holes 213 are formed on the sidewall of the scroll 210, the plurality of injection holes are formed on the liquid heater 300, and the injection holes are arranged corresponding to the air inlet holes 213, so that the steam and/or hot water generated by the liquid heater 300 can be injected into the scroll 210 from a plurality of positions, thereby increasing the area covered by the steam and/or hot water injection and the injection angle, and improving the cleaning effect of cleaning the impeller 220 and the scroll 210.
In some embodiments, in order to improve stability of steam and/or hot water injection, the opening of the injection hole is parallel to a horizontal direction so that steam and/or hot water is injected in the horizontal direction. The air inlet hole 213 of the volute 210 is arranged corresponding to the impeller 220, and the opening of the spray hole is parallel to the horizontal direction, so that steam and/or hot water sprayed from the liquid heater 300 can be sprayed out horizontally, the surface covered by the steam and/or hot water sprayed out from the plurality of spray holes 318 is large enough, the area of the impeller 220 along the axial direction is in the range covered by the steam and/or hot water spraying, the impeller 220 can be cleaned by the steam and/or hot water, and the cleaning range is increased, so that the cleaning effect is improved. In addition, the horizontal spraying is beneficial to ensuring the stability of the volute 210, and the sprayed steam and/or hot water and the blades of the impeller 220 are cleaned at a certain angle, so that the vibration frequency of the action of the airflow and the blades is changed, and the noise in the cleaning process is reduced.
In some embodiments, in order to further increase the cleaning area and reduce the cleaning noise, the plurality of air inlet holes 213 are arranged along the thickness direction of the scroll 210 and are disposed at an angle to the axis of the impeller 220. That is, the extending direction of the air inlet holes 213 and the axial direction of the impeller 220 form a deviation included angle, which is greater than zero and smaller than 45 °, for example, 5 ° to 30 °. Therefore, the effective area of the cleaning area formed by the plurality of air inlet holes 213 on the impeller 220 is also prolonged while the included angle between the injected steam and/or hot water and the blade is ensured (the noise in the cleaning process is greatly reduced), so that the cleaning area of the impeller 220 is increased, and the cleaning effect is favorably improved.
During the washing of the impeller 220 by injecting steam and/or hot water, the impeller 220 is rotated at a predetermined rotation speed, and steam and/or hot water may be injected to any position of the impeller 220 as the impeller rotates. Due to the particular arrangement of the flow lines within the volute 210, there is a difference in pressure within the volute 210. On the side far away from the air outlet 212 of the blower 200, the pressure at the upper right corner of the impeller 220 is higher, which is the high-speed area of the airflow in the volute 210. That is, taking the rotation axis of the impeller 220 as the center, the included angle between the connection line between the scroll 210 and the rotation axis of the impeller 220 and the horizontal plane is greater than or equal to 30 °, and the region less than or equal to 60 ° is the high speed region, taking 40 ° to 50 ° as an example. In the high velocity region of the airflow, steam and/or hot water may be allowed to wash the blades at a faster rate, thereby increasing the cleaning effect of the impeller 220.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in some embodiments, in order to improve the cleaning effect, the volute 210 is disposed in the casing 100 of the range hood to be inclined with respect to a vertical plane, and the liquid heater 300 is disposed in a horizontal direction. The range hood has many forms, wherein, in the near-suction type range hood and the side-suction type range hood, the fan 200 can be obliquely arranged, so that the air inlet 211 of the fan 200 is inclined towards the smoke collection cavity (which can be the front side of the range hood), and the smoke can be more smoothly drawn away. At this time, since the spiral case 210 is inclined from the vertical surface, the liquid heater 300 can be set to be horizontal, so that the working stability of the liquid heater 300 can be ensured, and the inclination angle between the injected steam and/or hot water and the blade can be ensured, thereby changing the vibration frequency of the interaction between the air flow and the blade, and effectively reducing the noise in the cleaning process.
referring to fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments, to improve the cleaning effect, the scroll 210 is vertically disposed, and the liquid heater 300 extends in an axial direction of the impeller 220. Taking a european style cigarette making machine as an example, in the working process of the european style cigarette making machine, the fan 200 is vertically arranged, the liquid heater 300 is tangent to the volute 210, and the length direction of the liquid heater extends along the thickness direction of the volute 210. At this time, the liquid heater 300 is disposed corresponding to the high speed region of the scroll 210 and is located between 40 ° and 50 ° at the upper right of the impeller 220. The air inlet hole 213 faces the middle of the volute 210 and deviates from the axis of the impeller 220, so that steam and/or hot water can be sprayed on the blades in a large area, and the air flow and the blades have inclination angles, thereby changing the vibration frequency of the interaction of the air flow and the blades, and effectively reducing the noise in the cleaning process.
In order to improve the cleaning effect of the range hood, a control method of the range hood is provided below, and the control method comprises the following steps:
S10, starting the heating pipe 350 of the liquid heater 300 to heat the heating element 310;
Specifically, in the self-cleaning process of the range hood, the heating pipe 350 is first turned on to heat the heating element 310. The heating pipe 350 is disposed on the heating body, and the temperature of the heating body rapidly and uniformly rises along with the operation of the heating pipe 350.
the trigger condition for turning on the heating pipe 350 of the evaporator may be receiving a cleaning command. The cleaning instruction can be an instruction sent by an external mobile terminal or an instruction obtained from the external terminal or a server; the processing result may be obtained by detection, calculation, or the like. If a dirt detection sensor (for example, an optical sensor) is arranged, when the dirt degree is detected to be greater than or equal to a preset degree, self-cleaning is directly and automatically started, or self-cleaning is carried out in a time period when the use frequency of a user is very low or even the user is not used according to the use habit of the user, such as 2-5 points in the morning. Of course, when the degree of contamination is greater than or equal to the preset degree, a prompt message (sound, light, vibration, short message) may be sent to the outside to remind the user to manually start cleaning, or a cleaning instruction may be sent. That is, before the step of turning on the heating tube 350 of the liquid heater 300 to heat the heating element 310, the step of obtaining a cleaning command is also included. Therefore, the self-cleaning is ensured to be in accordance with the use habit or use requirement of the user at the moment, and is consistent with the use of the user, so that the phenomenon that the user carries out self-cleaning in the cooking process (using the range hood) can not occur.
the mode of judging whether the range hood should be cleaned currently can be judged according to the working time of the range hood, namely the effective working time can also be used as a relevant factor of a cleaning instruction. The specific judgment method is as follows:
acquiring the accumulated working time of the range hood;
The accumulated working time of the range hood refers to the accumulated working time of the current period, and the calculator is reset after self-cleaning at each time, so that the preset working time compared at each time can be ensured to be equivalent, the calculation stability is improved, and the accuracy of the cleaning opportunity is improved. In some embodiments, in order to improve the accuracy of the time calculation, the operating time is the time for extracting the oil smoke, and the idling time (the time for rotating without the oil smoke) of the range hood is not counted in the operating time. Of course, in some embodiments, in order to further improve the accuracy of the cleaning time, it may be considered to set a proportionality coefficient for the corresponding operating time period according to the cooking manner. For example, when the cooking mode generates more oil smoke (frying, deep-frying and the like), the proportionality coefficient of the working time is more than 1, and the working time can be set to be 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and the like according to different cooking modes; when the cooking mode generates less oil smoke (steaming, boiling, etc.), the proportionality coefficient of the working time is less than 1, and can be set to 0.9, 0.8, 0.7, etc. according to different cooking modes. Therefore, the proper self-cleaning time can be calculated more accurately.
And determining that the accumulated working time is greater than or equal to the preset working time, and sending a cleaning prompt outwards.
and comparing the accumulated working time length with the preset working time length, when the accumulated working time length is greater than or equal to the preset working time length, considering that the range hood is dirty and needs to be cleaned, and sending a cleaning prompt outwards to prompt a user that the current range hood needs to be cleaned. When the accumulated working time is shorter than the preset working time, the range hood is considered to be cleaner and does not need cleaning, and a cleaning prompt is not sent outwards at the moment.
s20, determining that the current temperature of the heating element 310 is higher than or equal to a preset temperature;
The current temperature of the heating element 310 is obtained, and the current temperature is compared with the preset temperature, so as to determine the magnitude relation between the current temperature and the preset temperature. When the current temperature is determined to be lower than the preset temperature, no cleaning liquid is supplied to the heating body 310, and when the current temperature is determined to be higher than or equal to the preset temperature, the cleaning liquid is supplied to the heating body.
As to how much cleaning liquid is supplied, a more current value of the temperature is required to determine. When the current temperature of the heating element 310 is greater than or equal to the preset temperature and less than the safe temperature, the cleaning liquid is supplied to the heating element 310 according to the preset amount so as to generate a large amount of steam and/or hot water. When the current temperature is higher than or equal to the safety temperature, a large amount of cleaning solution needs to be supplied to the heating element 310 to rapidly cool the heating element 310, thereby ensuring the safety of the liquid heater 300.
Specifically, in some embodiments, in order to ensure the safety of the operation of the range hood, after the step of determining that the current temperature of the heating body 310 is higher than the preset temperature, the method further includes:
Comparing the temperature of the heating element 310 with the safe temperature;
Determining that the temperature of the heating body 310 is greater than or equal to a safe temperature;
The cleaning liquid is supplied into the heating element 310.
When the current temperature is higher than the preset temperature, the current temperature of the heating element 310 is compared with the safe temperature, and when the temperature of the heating element 310 is determined to be higher than or equal to the safe temperature, the cleaning liquid is continuously supplied into the heating element 310 until the current temperature of the heating element 310 is lower than the safe temperature. Thus, even in the case of a sudden situation, the safety can be ensured, and the output of steam and/or hot water can be increased, thereby improving the cleaning effect.
In some embodiments, in order to timely remind the user of the attention, after the step of determining that the current temperature of the heating element is higher than or equal to the preset temperature, the method further includes:
Comparing the current temperature and the safe temperature of the heating body;
Determining that the current temperature of the heating element is greater than or equal to the safe temperature and lasting for a first preset time;
and controlling the heating element to stop working and sending out an alarm signal.
in this embodiment, the current temperature of the heating element is higher than the safety temperature and is maintained for a period of time, for example, 8 to 15 seconds, for example, 10 seconds. At the moment, the heating element is judged to be dry-burned, and an alarm signal needs to be sent outwards while the heating element stops working. The alarm signal may be a light, vibration, sound, short message, or a combination thereof.
In some embodiments, a working condition related to the above-mentioned fact may occur, and at this time, the method also prompts the user to pay attention to the step of turning on the heating element of the liquid heater to heat the heating element, and then further includes:
Determining that the current temperature of the heating element is lower than the preset temperature and lasting for a second preset time;
the difference value between the current temperatures acquired for multiple times within a second preset time length is smaller than the preset temperature difference;
and sending out a fault signal.
and determining that the current temperature of the heating element is lower than the preset temperature and lasting for a second preset time, for example, 1-3 minutes, such as 2 minutes. And collecting the temperature of the heating body for multiple times within a second preset time. The temperature difference between the collected temperatures is less than a predetermined temperature difference, for example, 2 to 5 deg.C, e.g., 3 deg.C. This indicates that the heating element circuit is malfunctioning, and there is a high probability that the heating element circuit is broken. At this time, a fault signal is sent out, and the fault signal can be light, vibration, voice, short message or the combination of the light, the vibration, the voice and the short message.
In some embodiments, in order to further improve the cleaning effect, after the step of determining that the current temperature of the heat-generating body 310 is higher than the preset temperature, the method further includes:
The blower 200 is turned on to rotate the impeller 220 at a predetermined rotational speed.
When the current temperature is higher than or equal to the preset temperature, cleaning liquid is provided for the heating body, steam and/or hot water is generated, and the fan 200 is cleaned. At this time, the impeller 220 is rotated at a preset rotation speed so that steam and/or hot water can be sprayed onto all the blades of the impeller 220. At this time, the rotation speed of the impeller 220 is adapted to the injection speed of the steam and/or hot water, so that all the blades can be effectively cleaned, and excessive steam and/or hot water can be prevented from overflowing. At this time, the preset rotation speed of the impeller 220 is positively correlated to the preset temperature and the power of the water pump, and the higher the preset temperature is, the more steam and/or hot water is generated in unit time, so that the higher the pressure in the heating body 310 is, and thus the faster the spraying speed is, the higher the power of the water pump is, the faster the speed of supplying the cleaning solution to the heating body 310 is, and the more steam and/or hot water is generated in unit time.
in order to make the rotation of the impeller 220 and the supply of the cleaning liquid more adaptive, so as to fully ensure the amount of steam and/or hot water supplied, which can ensure the cleaning effect and efficiency, and avoid the phenomena of leakage of steam and/or hot water, leakage of a large amount of condensed water, and the like, the fan 200 is turned on, so that the impeller 220 rotates according to a preset rotation speed, and the specific steps include:
The fan 200 is turned on in a inching manner;
and in each rotation period of the fan 200, the cleaning liquid is supplied to the heating body for 2-4 times at intervals or continuously.
in the self-cleaning process, the working state of the fan 200 is inching work and can be periodic clearance work, so that the cleaning effect can be ensured, and the next cleaning strategy can be realized in real time according to the cleaning effect. That is, in the electric cycle of the fan 200, steam and/or hot water is sprayed into the volute 210 for 2-4 times, so that the steam and/or hot water can be efficiently utilized and cannot leak out.
Of course, in some embodiments, it may be considered that the rotation speeds of the fan 200 in the period are set to be different, the setting may be according to whether steam and/or hot water is currently injected, when steam and/or hot water is injected, the preset rotation speed is higher, and when no steam and/or hot water is injected, the preset rotation speed may be lower, so that the cleaning efficiency is ensured, and the electric energy is saved.
S30, inputting cleaning liquid into the heating element 310; the cleaning liquid is atomized after encountering the high-temperature heating element 310, and is sprayed into the volute 210 from the spray hole.
The cleaning liquid may be an aqueous solution or water. The current temperature of the heating element 310 is different, the amount and speed of the cleaning liquid which can be atomized are also different, the higher the temperature of the heating element 310 is, the more the amount of the cleaning liquid which can be atomized is, the lower the temperature of the heating element 310 is, and the less the amount of the cleaning liquid which can be atomized is. After the heating element 310 atomizes the cleaning liquid, the temperature of the heating element 310 is greatly reduced, and at this time, the time length for supplying the cleaning liquid to the heating element 310 next time can be calculated.
As will be described in detail below, the step of inputting and washing into the heating element 310 includes:
Inputting a preset amount of cleaning liquid into the heating element 310; the preset amount is related to the current temperature of the heating element 310, and the higher the current temperature is, the larger the preset amount is, the lower the current temperature is, and the smaller the preset amount is.
According to the current temperature of the heating element 310, the cleaning liquid is continuously supplied into the heating element 310 after a preset time interval.
the current temperature of the heating element 310 is reduced under the action of the preset amount of the cleaning solution, and the temperature of the heating tube 350 raised to the heating element 310 within the preset time is estimated according to the current temperature of the heating element 310 and the power of the heating tube 350, so that the amount of the cleaning solution provided to the heating element 310 next time can be calculated in advance. Therefore, the cleaning at every time is very accurate no matter the time and the amount of the cleaning liquid, and the cleaning effect is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the leakage of steam and/or hot water and condensed water is avoided.
