When the electric butterfly valve needs to be closed, opposite current can be introduced into the conducting wire 4, and the conducting wire 4 is subjected to opposite force to urge the valve plate 2 to move towards the closing direction.
According to the electric butterfly valve provided by the invention, the structure of the butterfly valve is changed, an external electromagnetic device (electric actuator) is omitted, a circuit and a magnetic circuit are integrated in the butterfly valve, and the valve plate 2 can be opened only by the fact that the ampere force borne by the lead 4 is larger than the opening torque value; aiming at the condition that the opening torques of the butterfly valves of different models are different, the opening and closing torque of the butterfly valve can be changed by only changing one of two parameters of current and magnetic field intensity, so that each butterfly valve can be designed according to the designed opening and closing torque value; the cost can be reduced to a certain extent, and a new idea is provided for opening and closing the valve plate 2.
In addition, it should be noted that the present application mainly provides a new idea for opening the valve plate 2 of the electric butterfly valve, that is, the valve plate 2 in the closed state is opened by applying an ampere force to the magnetic field through the conducting wire 4, and in order to increase the control on the valve plate 2, it is not excluded to add some other auxiliary mechanisms to assist the opening and closing of the valve plate 2.
