Background

The curtain wall with the adjustable installation angle comprises an installation fixing piece, an elastic buffer component and a connecting rod component, wherein the upper part of the installation fixing piece is horizontally connected with the outer side of the lower part of the installation fixing piece, the inner side of the installation fixing piece is fixed on a building main body, the outer end of the elastic buffer component is hinged with the inner side of the curtain wall board, the curtain wall board can rotate around a hinged position, the connecting rod component comprises a connecting rod, an inserting connector and a screw rod, the inner side of the inserting connector is hinged with the outer end of the connecting rod, the outer side of the inserting connector is connected with the lower edge of the curtain wall board in an inserting mode, the lower side of the connecting rod is connected with a nut seat, and the inner end of the screw rod is connected in the nut seat, and the outer end of the screw rod is hinged with the inserting connector.

The installation fixing piece is fixed on the building main body, the upper part and the lower part of the outer side of the installation fixing piece are respectively and horizontally connected with the elastic buffer component and the connecting rod component, and the outer end of the elastic buffer component is hinged with the inner side of the curtain wall board, so that the curtain wall board can rotate around the elastic buffer component. The inner side of the plug connector at the outer end of the connecting rod assembly is hinged with the connecting rod, and meanwhile, the inner side of the plug connector is hinged with a screw rod parallel to the connecting rod, and the screw rod is in threaded connection with a nut seat at the lower side of the connecting rod. When the curtain wall plate is impacted by external force, the elasticity of the elastic buffer component can protect the curtain wall plate from impact damage.

Description of the embodiments
As shown in fig. 1, the curtain wall with the adjustable installation angle of the curtain wall board disclosed by the embodiment comprises an installation fixing piece 1, an elastic buffer component 2, a connecting rod 3, a nut seat 4, a screw 5, a plug connector 6 and a connecting block 7.
The installation mounting 1 is a Z-shaped body which rotates 90 degrees clockwise, the connecting arm between the two vertical arms is a horizontal arm, the vertical arm at the lower side of the installation mounting is provided with an installation hole 11 penetrating through the thickness of the installation mounting, and the installation mounting is screwed into an embedded inner threaded pipe in the building main body through a bolt penetrating through the installation hole to be fixed.
As can be seen in fig. 1 and 2, the elastic buffer assembly 2 comprises a sleeve 21, a spring 22, a connecting rod 23 and a ball head 24, wherein the spring 22 with a baffle ring 221 at the outer end is arranged in the sleeve 21, sealing plates are welded at the two ends of the sleeve, the ball head 24 is positioned at the outer end of the connecting rod 23, the inner end of the connecting rod is inserted into the sleeve from the central position of the sealing plate at the outer end of the sleeve, and is inserted into an inner hole of the spring through the baffle ring, and the depth of the inserted inner hole of the spring is smaller than the length of the spring.
The inner end of the sleeve 21 of the elastic buffer assembly 2 is perpendicular to the outer surface of the vertical arm welded to the upper side of the mounting fixture 1.
The connecting rod 3 is horizontally arranged, the lower side of the middle part of the connecting rod is welded with the nut seat 4, and the inner end of the connecting rod is welded with the bottom of the outer side of the lower vertical arm of the installation fixing piece 1.
The outer end of the screw rod 5 is a ball head, and the inner end of the screw rod 5 is connected in the nut seat 4.
The plug connector 6 is a U-shaped body with an upward opening, the upper part of the inner side arm of the plug connector is provided with a hinge hole, and the lower part of the inner side arm is connected with a hinge block with a spherical groove.
The upper part of the inner side arm of the plug connector 6 is hinged with the outer end of the connecting rod 3 through a pin shaft, and the plug connector 6 can rotate around the pin shaft.
The inner end of the screw 5 is screwed out of the nut seat from right to left, and then the screw is reversely rotated, so that the ball head at the outer end of the screw is inserted into the ball groove on the hinging block of the connector 6.
The connecting block 7 is a rectangular block, the inner side of the connecting block is provided with a spherical buckle 71, and the outer side of the connecting block is fixed at the position corresponding to the ball head 24 of the elastic buffer assembly 2 on the inner side of the curtain wall plate 8.
When the curtain wall plate 8 is installed, the outer side arm of the plug connector 6 is inserted into the plug groove of the lower side edge of the curtain wall plate 8, and the ball head 24 at the outer end of the elastic buffer component 2 is inserted into the spherical buckle 71 on the connecting block 7.
From the above structure, the curtain wall plate 8 can rotate around the ball head 24 of the elastic buffer assembly 2, and the plug connector 6 can rotate around the hinge pin at the outer end of the connecting rod 3.
Therefore, when the curtain wall plate 8 is installed, the rotating screw 5 can drive the curtain wall plate 8 to rotate inwards or outwards, so that the installation angle of the curtain wall plate is adjusted. After the installation angle of the curtain wall plate is adjusted, the curtain wall plate is positioned through the support of the elastic buffer component 2 and the screw rod 5.
Therefore, each curtain wall plate can have different installation angles, and the requirement of diversification of the installation angles of the whole curtain wall is met.
When the curtain board is impacted by external force, the spring of the elastic buffer component is compressed to play a role in buffering, so that the curtain board is protected from impact damage.
Claims (9)
