The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the plastic injection molding machine is used, plastic particles are placed into the hot melting cylinder 3 from the feeding hole 301, the heating wire 302 is electrified to heat the hot melting cylinder 3, so that the plastic particles are melted, the motor II401 drives the long shaft 402 and the spiral pushing blade 403 to rotate when rotating, the spiral pushing blade 403 rotates to push the melted plastic to the left, and finally the melted plastic is extruded from the injection molding pipe 304; the injection tube 304 is inserted into the central hole 501 of one of the fixed molds 5, the plastic is injected into the fixed mold 5, the movable mold 7 moves to the right, and is pressed into the fixed mold 5 from the left, and the melted plastic is extruded to complete the plastic molding. Then the injection molding pipe 304 is pulled out from the fixed mould 5, the motor III6 drives the rotating strip 602 and the two fixed moulds 5 to rotate by taking the axis of the output shaft of the motor III6 as the axis, and then the other fixed mould 5 rotates to the upper part, and the fixed mould 5 which is already injected is rotated to the lower part, so that the injection molding can be carried out on the fixed mould 5 at the upper part, and the plastic which is cooled in the fixed mould 5 at the lower part can be subjected to demoulding, and the injection molding and the demoulding are carried out simultaneously, and the injection molding efficiency is high. The sliding convex strips 307 can be controlled to slide left and right on the trapezoidal sliding groove 201, so as to drive the hot melt cylinder 3 to move left and right, and the injection molding pipe 304 can be conveniently controlled to be inserted into or pulled out of the fixed mold 5. The output shaft of the motor I203 can drive the gear I204 to rotate when rotating, and the gear I204 can drive the rack 308 to move left and right when rotating, so as to control the hot melt cylinder 3 to move left and right. The baffle 303 serves as a limit, and after the injection tube 304 is inserted into the fixed mold 5, the injection tube 304 cannot move further to the left after the baffle 303 is in contact with the fixed mold 5. When the sliding convex strip 307 moves leftwards, the hot melting cylinder 3 and the demoulding rod 306 both move leftwards, the injection molding pipe 304 is inserted into the central hole 501 at the upper end for injection molding, the demoulding rod 306 is inserted into the central hole 501 at the lower end and lowers the plastic part in the fixed mould 5 at the lower end for ejection, and demoulding is completed. When the slide protrusion 307 moves rightward, the heat fusible cylinder 3 and the ejector pin 306 both move rightward, and the injection tube 304 and the ejector pin 306 are pulled out from the two fixed dies 5, respectively. When the motor III6 rotates to drive the rotating strip 602 and the two fixed moulds 5 to rotate around the axis of the output shaft of the motor III6, the cutter 206 cuts through the right side of one fixed mould 5 which is just injected, so as to cut off the plastic wires and prevent the plastic from sticking during injection. When the two protruding pieces 702 contact the fixed die 5 when the movable die 7 is inserted into the fixed die 5, the movable die 7 cannot move continuously, and the movable die 7 is prevented from being inserted too deeply. The output shaft of motor IV802 can drive gear II803 to rotate when rotating, gear II803 can drive gear III806 to rotate when rotating, gear III806 drives when rotating and rotates a section of thick bamboo 805 and a plurality of flabellum 804 and rotates, flabellum 804 is bloied to removing mould 7, a plurality of ventilation holes 701 have played the effect of ventilation, make and remove mould 7 and can cool down by oneself, thereby help the plastics cooling in the fixed mould 5 when removing mould 7 and inserting in the fixed mould 5, make plastics cool down fast. When the electric telescopic rod 103 is extended or shortened, the vertical column rod 104 can be driven to slide left and right, and then the fixed shaft 8 is driven to move left and right, and the movable die 7 is controlled to be inserted into the fixed die 5 at the upper end. After being ejected, the plastic part in the fixed mold 5 at the lower end falls down on the sloping plate 106 and slides down from the front end of the sloping plate 106, so that the plastic part after injection molding can be collected conveniently. The ribs at both ends prevent the plastic part from sliding off the left and right sides of the sloping plate 106.
