Description

Anastomosis nail and anastomat
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to an anastomosis nail and an anastomat.
Background
With the development of medical technology, most of the surgeons gradually abandon the needle-thread freehand anastomosis operation mode to suture human tissues or organs, but use the medical anastomat instead, use the medical anastomat to suture, the operation is simple and easy, the suture is safe, and the wound is small. Therefore, the medical stapler is widely used in end, end and side anastomosis operations of organs and tissues such as digestive tract organs, respiratory tract organs, genitourinary organs and the like of a human body, an operation for forming a passage, an operation for closing an incision and an operation for clamping or cutting, and is particularly suitable for an anastomosis operation of organs and tissues which are difficult to expose and operate, so that the operation time can be shortened, and the operation quality can be improved.
The working principle of the medical stapler is mainly to use staples to break or staple tissues, similar to a stapler. When in operation, the medical anastomat clamps the tissue to be anastomosed between the nail anvil and the nail bin which are close to each other, the anastomotic nails are pushed out from the nail bin, after the nail tips of the anastomotic nails penetrate through the clamped tissue to be anastomosed, the anastomotic nails are bent and deformed on the nail anvil forming groove on the nail anvil, and the U-shaped or inverted trapezoidal anastomotic nails are bent into a B shape, thereby achieving the purpose of the operation of anastomosing the tissue.
In practice, it has been found that the tip of the staple has a significant effect on the working performance of the staple. Because the design of nail point portion is improper, current anastomosis nail has the problem that is difficult for piercing human tissue, and the working direction of anastomosis nail during the operation is also unstable, is difficult for piercing the tissue, causes extra wound for the human body easily, and by the leakproofness of anastomosis tissue and hemostatic effect also relatively poor, sews up inhomogeneous, influences healing effect, has caused the obstacle for clinical verification and use.
Therefore, it is needed to design an anastomosis nail for a medical anastomat, which has strong puncture force, stable working direction and good suturing effect, so as to reduce the operation pain of patients and improve the operation quality.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a staple for a medical stapler, which has a greater number of knife edges due to a specially designed staple tip structure, increases the sharpness of the staple into human tissue, has a better stapling effect, can reduce the pain of a patient in surgery, and can improve the quality of the surgery.
The invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a staple, comprising: the nail head of the first nail leg and the nail head of the second nail leg have the same outer contour line and are axisymmetric about a longitudinal central axis of the anastomotic nail; the nail point is provided with a first outer inclined surface and a second outer inclined surface, an included angle is formed between the first outer inclined surface and the second outer inclined surface, and the included angle is not 180 degrees.
Specifically, the included angle between the first outer inclined surface and the second outer inclined surface enables the nail tip to be formed into a concave embedded type folding line tip structure or a protruding type folding line tip structure.
Further, a top blade is formed between the second outer slope and the inner side surface of the corresponding first or second nail leg, and the top blade is shaped into a triangular pyramid structure.
Specifically, the triangular pyramid structure is one of a convex pyramid structure, a concave triangular pyramid structure and a flat triangular pyramid structure.
Furthermore, a closed outer contour line surrounds the first outer inclined surface and the bottom surface of the triangular pyramid structure, and a groove is formed by taking the outer contour line as an edge line, so that a concave embedded type peripheral blade is formed at the outer contour line.
Preferably, a closed outer contour line surrounds the first outer bevel and the bottom surface of the triangular pyramid structure, the width of the first and second legs is gradually increased to the outer contour line, and a groove is formed by taking the outer contour line as an edge line, so that a protruding peripheral blade is formed at the outer contour line.
Preferably, the first nail leg and the second nail leg are provided with bent parts which divide the first nail leg and the second nail leg into a lower nail leg part and an upper nail leg part.
Preferably, the material of the staple is a metal material.
Preferably, the surface of the staple is plated with a silver ion coating.
In addition, the invention further provides a medical anastomat which can be assembled with the anastomosis nail provided by the invention.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
the anastomosis nail provided by the invention has a nail tip structure designed specifically, so that the anastomosis nail has more knife edges, the sharpness degree of the anastomosis nail nailed into human tissues is increased, the resistance force applied when the anastomosis nail penetrates into the human tissues can be reduced, the stable forming of the anastomosis nail is ensured, the anastomosis effect is better, and the phenomena of wound bleeding and the like are avoided.
