Background
Deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities usually causes swelling of the lower extremities, as described in the research progress of deep vein thrombosis care of the lower extremities, zhou Yating et al, in the journal of Release army Care, 2017, month 12 (24). One method of determining deep vein thrombosis of a patient's lower limb is to measure the leg circumferences of the patient's legs, respectively, and compare them. Currently, measurement of leg circumference is generally performed using a tape. The measurer surrounds and clings to the legs of the patient by using the flexible rule, thereby measuring the leg circumference of the patient. However, the degree of adhesion between the tape and the leg of the patient varies from person to person during measurement, and the degree of adhesion between the tape and the leg varies from measurement to measurement even for the same measurer. The muscles and tissues on the leg are elastic, and if the degree of tightness is different each time, the degree to which the tissues or muscles of the leg are tightened is also different, which greatly affects the measurement result.

Preferably, the slider is formed with arc-shaped recesses at upper and lower end edges thereof, respectively, and balls are installed between the arc-shaped recesses and an inner circumference of the rim.

Detailed Description
The leg circumference measuring ruler for judging deep vein thrombosis is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The drawings described herein are illustrative and not restrictive. For example, the maximum scale on the tape is 120mm, which is merely an illustrative scale standard, and may in practice be a larger scale, for example 400mm.
The application discloses a leg circumference dipperstick for dark venous thrombosis judges, it includes: tape 20, tape head 10.
The ruler head 10 comprises an upper cover plate 11, a frame 12 and a lower cover plate 13; the upper cover 11 is coupled to the upper side of the frame 12, and the lower cover 13 is coupled to the lower side of the frame 12, as shown in fig. 6. A notch 14 is formed in the middle of the left end of the rim 12 as shown in fig. 4. A slide block 30 is arranged in the ruler head 10; the left end of the slider 30 is connected to the right end of the tape 20, and the left end of the tape 20 extends from the notch 14 to the outside as shown in fig. 2. At least one spring 18 is mounted in the head 10, the left end of the spring 18 is connected to the right end of the slider 30, and the right end of the spring 18 is connected to the inside of the right end of the frame 12, as shown in fig. 2.
The upper cover plate 11 is formed to be transparent, and is formed with first graduation marks 17 thereon; the slider 30 has second graduation marks 34 formed thereon; each time the leg circumference is measured, the first graduation line 17 is aligned with the second graduation line 34, thereby indicating that the tape is equally tightened against the leg at each measurement.
The slider 30 is formed with a mounting hole in which the roller 32 is disposed; the diameter of the roller 32 is larger than the thickness of the sliding block 30 and smaller than the distance between the upper cover plate 11 and the lower cover plate 13, so that the roller is between the upper cover plate 11 and the lower cover plate 13, sliding friction between the sliding block 30 and the upper cover plate 11 and the lower cover plate is prevented, and the influence of friction force on the stretching of the spring 18 is reduced. The rollers 32 are mounted on the upper and lower portions 35 and 30, respectively.
The slider 30 is formed with arc-shaped notches 33 at its upper and lower end edges, respectively, and balls 36 are installed between the arc-shaped notches 33 and the inner circumference of the frame 12 to prevent sliding friction between the slider 30 and the frame 12 in Zhou Fasheng, thereby further reducing the influence of friction force on the tension of the spring 18.
The springs 18 are preferably two springs mounted at the upper and lower ends of the slider 30, respectively.
A first concave part 15 is formed in the middle of the upper cover plate 11 of the ruler head 10; a second concave part 16 is formed in the middle of the lower cover plate 13 of the ruler head 10; a third recess 31 is correspondingly formed in the middle of the slider 30, as shown in fig. 6 and 7. By the structure, the middle part of the whole ruler head can be thinner, the upper end and the lower end can be thicker, so that the rollers and the balls can be conveniently installed, and the flexible ruler and the attaching of the legs cannot be greatly influenced due to the thickness of the ruler head.
The tape 20 is overlapped in the first recess 15 in the middle of the upper cover plate 11 after being wound one turn.
The ruler head 10 is provided with a ruler 40 perpendicular to the extending direction of the flexible ruler 20, and the ruler 40 is used for determining the position of each leg circumference measurement relative to the position of the patella, so that the same position is ensured for each measurement.
Metal meshes can be arranged in the flexible rule 20, so that the durability of the flexible rule is improved. Because the flexible rule is usually made of plastic or artificial leather, after the flexible rule is used for a long time, the flexible rule can be stretched, so that inaccurate scales are caused. The built-in metal net can effectively prevent the elongation phenomenon.
The metal mesh may be an iron mesh. The left end of the frame 12 includes a permanent magnet at a position corresponding to the tape 20. On the one hand, the flexible rule can be attached as much as possible under the action of magnetic force during measurement; on the other hand, when not in use, the flexible rule is wound on the rule head and then is attracted by magnetic force, so that the flexible rule is prevented from being loosened and scattered into a group.
When the flexible rule is used, the flexible rule is wound around the leg position to be measured, the second end of the flexible rule is slowly pulled in the first concave part of the upper cover plate of the second end clamp of the flexible rule, the second scale line of the sliding block is aligned with the first scale line of the upper cover plate, at the moment, the scale number of the position where the second end of the flexible rule coincides with the zero scale of the flexible rule is read, and the scale number is the leg circumference of the position. For convenient use, the zero scale of the flexible rule can be the position of the second scale mark of the sliding block, so that the alignment of the first scale mark and the second scale mark and the reading of the leg circumference can be completed through one-time observation. By means of the ruler, the position of the leg circumference can be determined each time, for example, the position of the upper edge of the patella is 15cm, and the position of the lower edge of the patella is 10cm, so that the position of the leg circumference is guaranteed to be measured each time.
