Abstract
本发明提供一种泥鳅的孵化培育方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)孵化水泥池选择;(2)亲鳅选择;(3)注射催产;(4)人工受精;(5)鱼苗孵化;(6)幼苗培育。本发明使用消毒和改善过水质的水泥池对泥鳅进行孵化,孵化率较高;而且采用蛋黄和豆浆投喂泥鳅幼苗,还可促进水体中浮游动物的生长,浮游动物可作为泥鳅的天然饵料,豆浆中添加的奶粉和中药组合物水提液不仅可以促进泥鳅苗的生长,还可以提高泥鳅苗的抵抗力,提高了泥鳅的成活率。

本发明涉及水产养殖技术领域,尤其涉及一种泥鳅的孵化培育方法。
背景技术
泥鳅被誉为“水中人参”,其味道鲜美,肉质细嫩,营养丰富;据分析,每百克泥鳅肉中含有蛋白质18.4g,脂肪2.9g,且维生素B1、A、C的含量比其他鱼类都高;此外,泥鳅性平、味甘、入肝脾肾,在医药上也具有较高的价值;因此,近年来泥鳅出口贸易量逐年增加,国内泥鳅的消费量也呈上升趋势。但是,现有技术中,泥鳅的孵化率和成活率都较低,是泥鳅养殖的技术瓶颈,制约泥鳅养殖业的发展。
发明内容
本发明正是针对以上技术问题,提供一种泥鳅的孵化培育方法。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种泥鳅的孵化培育方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)孵化水泥池选择:搭建孵化塑料大棚,在大棚内建造若干5-30m2的方形水泥池,水深25-35cm,在鱼卵投入水泥池内的前6-7d,采用三氯异氰尿酸和漂白粉混合对水泥池进行消毒,用量为80-120kg/m2,消毒完毕后采用清水冲洗水泥池,然后向水泥池内加注新水,水泥池放满水后投入水质改良剂,每次投放20-30kg/m3;
(2)亲鳅选择:选择体质健壮、体色光亮、体形端正、无病无伤、鳍条完整的健康亲鳅,雄亲鳅要求体长10-18cm,体重10-25g,雌亲鳅体长12-25cm,体重30-45g;
(3)注射催产:对雌亲鳅和雄亲鳅进行注射催产,注射方法为背部肌肉依次注射,催产药物为绒毛膜促性腺激素和促黄体生成素释放激素类似物,雌亲鳅的绒毛膜促性腺激素的注射量为15-20IU/g,促黄体生成素释放激素类似物的注射量为0.1-0.3ug/g,雄亲鳅的剂量减半,水温保持在25-30℃;
(4)人工受精:注射催产药物9-12h后,轻压雌亲鳅腹部将卵粒挤入器皿中,再将雄亲鳅的精液挤出至同一器皿中,然后加入浓度为0.35-0.5%的生理盐水,采用羽毛或绿叶轻轻搅拌,使卵粒和精子充分混合、受精,得到受精卵;
(5)鱼苗孵化:将步骤(4)中得到的受精卵放入到步骤(1)中准备好的水泥池中,并使水泥池中受精卵的密度为20-30万粒卵/667m2,控制水泥池内池水的温度为24-28℃,pH值为6.5-7.2,氧含量为10-15mg/L;
(6)幼苗培育:受精卵孵化后3天,卵黄全部消失,口器形成,开始人工投喂,投喂煮熟的蛋黄,投喂量为每100万尾苗第一天10个,第二天15个,第三天20个,每天投喂四次,投喂三天后,苗体颜色由黑色转变为淡黄色时,转为夏天培育阶段,然后采用豆浆培育夏花,每天泼洒豆浆4次,用量为每10万尾夏花每天用0.75kg黄豆豆浆,在豆浆中加入奶粉和中药组合物水提液一并投喂,两周后改喂配合饲料,定点投喂,每天上午下午各一次。
所述水质改良剂按重量由以下组分组成:过碳酸钠10-15份、三氯化铁1-5份、氨基酸5-10份、磷酸二氢钾10-20份、光合细菌5-10份、枯草芽孢杆菌1-5份、维生素1-5份、生物酶1-5份。
所述步骤(4)中卵粒与精子组成的混合物与生理盐水的重量比1:50-60。

所述中药组合物水提液是由中药组合物用水煎煮后过滤获得的药液;且中药组合物按重量由以下组分组成:黄芪10-20份、白术8-12份、扁豆15-20份、生甘草10-20份、陈皮15-10份、生荷叶2-6份、大青叶6-10份、冬瓜5-10份、蒲公英3-7份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明使用消毒和改善过水质的水泥池对泥鳅进行孵化,孵化率较高;而且采用蛋黄和豆浆投喂泥鳅幼苗,还可促进水体中浮游动物的生长,浮游动物可作为泥鳅的天然饵料,豆浆中添加的奶粉和中药组合物水提液不仅可以促进泥鳅苗的生长,还可以提高泥鳅苗的抵抗力,提高了泥鳅的成活率。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
一种泥鳅的孵化培育方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)孵化水泥池选择:搭建孵化塑料大棚,在大棚内建造若干5-30m2的方形水泥池,水深25-35cm,在鱼卵投入水泥池内的前6-7d,采用三氯异氰尿酸和漂白粉混合对水泥池进行消毒,用量为80-120kg/m2,消毒完毕后采用清水冲洗水泥池,然后向水泥池内加注新水,水泥池放满水后投入水质改良剂,每次投放20-30kg/m3;
(2)亲鳅选择:选择体质健壮、体色光亮、体形端正、无病无伤、鳍条完整的健康亲鳅,雄亲鳅要求体长10-18cm,体重10-25g,雌亲鳅体长12-25cm,体重30-45g;
(3)注射催产:对雌亲鳅和雄亲鳅进行注射催产,注射方法为背部肌肉依次注射,催产药物为绒毛膜促性腺激素和促黄体生成素释放激素类似物,雌亲鳅的绒毛膜促性腺激素的注射量为15-20IU/g,促黄体生成素释放激素类似物的注射量为0.1-0.3ug/g,雄亲鳅的剂量减半,水温保持在25-30℃;
(4)人工受精:注射催产药物9-12h后,轻压雌亲鳅腹部将卵粒挤入器皿中,再将雄亲鳅的精液挤出至同一器皿中,然后加入浓度为0.35-0.5%的生理盐水,采用羽毛或绿叶轻轻搅拌,使卵粒和精子充分混合、受精,得到受精卵;
(5)鱼苗孵化:将步骤(4)中得到的受精卵放入到步骤(1)中准备好的水泥池中,并使水泥池中受精卵的密度为20-30万粒卵/667m2,控制水泥池内池水的温度为24-28℃,pH值为6.5-7.2,氧含量为10-15mg/L;
(6)幼苗培育:受精卵孵化后3天,卵黄全部消失,口器形成,开始人工投喂,投喂煮熟的蛋黄,投喂量为每100万尾苗第一天10个,第二天15个,第三天20个,每天投喂四次,投喂三天后,苗体颜色由黑色转变为淡黄色时,转为夏天培育阶段,然后采用豆浆培育夏花,每天泼洒豆浆4次,用量为每10万尾夏花每天用0.75kg黄豆豆浆,在豆浆中加入奶粉和中药组合物水提液一并投喂,两周后改喂配合饲料,定点投喂,每天上午下午各一次。
所述水质改良剂按重量由以下组分组成:过碳酸钠10-15份、三氯化铁1-5份、氨基酸5-10份、磷酸二氢钾10-20份、光合细菌5-10份、枯草芽孢杆菌1-5份、维生素1-5份、生物酶1-5份。
所述步骤(4)中卵粒与精子组成的混合物与生理盐水的重量比1:50-60。
所述步骤(6)中的蛋黄是将蛋煮熟,取出蛋黄装在120目筛绢袋中捏洗,取蛋黄悬浊液投喂。

实施例1一种泥鳅的孵化培育方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)孵化水泥池选择:搭建孵化塑料大棚,在大棚内建造若干5m2的方形水泥池,水深25cm,在鱼卵投入水泥池内的前6d,采用三氯异氰尿酸和漂白粉混合对水泥池进行消毒,用量为80kg/m2,消毒完毕后采用清水冲洗水泥池,然后向水泥池内加注新水,水泥池放满水后投入水质改良剂,每次投放20kg/m3;

(2)亲鳅选择:选择体质健壮、体色光亮、体形端正、无病无伤、鳍条完整的健康亲鳅,雄亲鳅要求体长10-18cm,体重10-25g,雌亲鳅体长12-25cm,体重30-45g;
(3)注射催产:对雌亲鳅和雄亲鳅进行注射催产,注射方法为背部肌肉依次注射,催产药物为绒毛膜促性腺激素和促黄体生成素释放激素类似物,雌亲鳅的绒毛膜促性腺激素的注射量为20IU/g,促黄体生成素释放激素类似物的注射量为0.3ug/g,雄亲鳅的剂量减半,水温保持在30℃;
(4)人工受精:注射催产药物12h后,轻压雌亲鳅腹部将卵粒挤入器皿中,再将雄亲鳅的精液挤出至同一器皿中,然后加入浓度为0.5%的生理盐水,采用羽毛或绿叶轻轻搅拌,使卵粒和精子充分混合、受精,得到受精卵;
(5)鱼苗孵化:将步骤(4)中得到的受精卵放入到步骤(1)中准备好的水泥池中,并使水泥池中受精卵的密度为30万粒卵/667m2,控制水泥池内池水的温度为28℃,pH值为7.2,氧含量为15mg/L;
(6)幼苗培育:受精卵孵化后3天,卵黄全部消失,口器形成,开始人工投喂,投喂煮熟的蛋黄,投喂量为每100万尾苗第一天10个,第二天15个,第三天20个,每天投喂四次,投喂三天后,苗体颜色由黑色转变为淡黄色时,转为夏天培育阶段,然后采用豆浆培育夏花,每天泼洒豆浆4次,用量为每10万尾夏花每天用0.75kg黄豆豆浆,在豆浆中加入奶粉和中药组合物水提液一并投喂,两周后改喂配合饲料,定点投喂,每天上午下午各一次。

Claims (5)
1.一种泥鳅的孵化培育方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)孵化水泥池选择:搭建孵化塑料大棚,在大棚内建造若干5-30m2的方形水泥池,水深25-35cm,在鱼卵投入水泥池内的前6-7d,采用三氯异氰尿酸和漂白粉混合对水泥池进行消毒,用量为80-120kg/m2,消毒完毕后采用清水冲洗水泥池,然后向水泥池内加注新水,水泥池放满水后投入水质改良剂,每次投放20-30kg/m3;
(2)亲鳅选择:选择体质健壮、体色光亮、体形端正、无病无伤、鳍条完整的健康亲鳅,雄亲鳅要求体长10-18cm,体重10-25g,雌亲鳅体长12-25cm,体重30-45g;
(3)注射催产:对雌亲鳅和雄亲鳅进行注射催产,注射方法为背部肌肉依次注射,催产药物为绒毛膜促性腺激素和促黄体生成素释放激素类似物,雌亲鳅的绒毛膜促性腺激素的注射量为15-20IU/g,促黄体生成素释放激素类似物的注射量为0.1-0.3ug/g,雄亲鳅的剂量减半,水温保持在25-30℃;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种泥鳅的孵化培育方法,其特征在于,所述水质改良剂按重量由以下组分组成:过碳酸钠10-15份、三氯化铁1-5份、氨基酸5-10份、磷酸二氢钾10-20份、光合细菌5-10份、枯草芽孢杆菌1-5份、维生素1-5份、生物酶1-5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种泥鳅的孵化培育方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中卵粒与精子组成的混合物与生理盐水的重量比1:50-60。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种泥鳅的孵化培育方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)中的蛋黄是将蛋煮熟,取出蛋黄装在120目筛绢袋中捏洗,取蛋黄悬浊液投喂。
