The noise-reducing mowing device is arranged below a frame of the riding mower and comprises a height adjusting part and a mowing part; the height adjusting part is composed of a front fixed shaft and a rear fixed shaft which are arranged on a frame, a front movable shaft and a rear movable shaft which are arranged on a cutting disc (58) and a rod piece connected with the front fixed shaft and the rear movable shaft, as well as a steel wire rope, a sector gear, a pawl and a height adjusting handle which are used for pulling, wherein the front fixed shaft and the rear fixed shaft which are arranged on the frame, the front movable shaft and the rear movable shaft which are arranged on the cutting disc are four vertexes of a parallelogram, and the corresponding sides of the four vertexes are parallel and equal in pairs, so that no matter how the steel wire rope is pulled by the height adjusting handle, a plurality of height adjusting gears are provided by the sector gear and the pawl, and the connecting line of the front fixed shaft and the rear fixed shaft on the frame is always parallel to the front movable shaft and the rear movable shaft on the cutting disc, thereby basically ensuring the vertical translation of the cutting disc; the sector gear has a plurality of teeth, preferably 10 teeth, and has 10 steps, for example, it can be adjusted at a height of 10-100mm, or as usual 25-85 mm. 4 rollers (59) are arranged around the cutting disc (58), and the new addition is as follows: preferably, said 4 rollers (59) are inflated with a soft glue, making it soft, so as to cushion the ground and assist the cutting disc (58). The power of the mowing part is transmitted to the first cutter holder from an engine spindle (51) through a belt (61b) and then transmitted to the second cutter holder through a synchronous belt (63) so as to drive the mowing cutter (60) to work; the grass cutter (60) can be provided with two or more wind wings, a plurality of cutting edges are arranged on the wind wings for cutting off entangled grass, and the included angle of the two surfaces of the cutting edges is not a right angle, and is preferably an angle less than 60 degrees or an acute angle; the mowing knife (60) can be provided with a plurality of hexagonal holes, or the mowing knife (60) can be provided with a plurality of convex-concave parts such as honeycomb or wedges (29) so as to change the sound frequency of high-speed micro air flow passing through the knife, namely reduce noise.
A graphical design and preferred thinking approach of a mowing portion of a mowing device specifically provided with noise reduction is an important contribution to the present invention. As mentioned above, the original scheme of the riding mower with two cutters in tandem uses a double-sided V-shaped belt and three tensioning wheels, and the cutter is enlarged in the front and back direction, so that the whole mower is lengthened. The other two knives of the original riding type mower are not arranged in front of each other, but are reversely rotated, so that a relatively expensive double-sided synchronous belt is used, and two synchronous tension wheels are also used, so that the cost is increased. How can two knives be found, not in tandem, without enlarging the front and back of the cutting disc, without reversing the rotation, without using expensive double-sided synchronous belts, without grass leakage, and without knife collision? The answer is affirmative. The preferred method is illustrated graphically: taking the distance between two tool tips of the strip-shaped tool (20) as the diameter D, drawing 2 circles according to the central distance of rotating shafts of the two tools as A, wherein the intersected front part of the two circles is represented by filled hatching, and the width B is the heavy mowing width B of the grass without leakage; then, the diameter A is used as a circle, the circumferential angle is always a right angle, and because two cutters are arranged to mutually hang and synchronously rotate, the two cutters are two sides of the circumferential angle; there is the formula: b ═ D-a. Changing A, firstly, according to a preferred method of 0.618, drawing, and then gradually increasing A until the maximum is close to D, wherein the cutter center distance A is 0.618D; the maximum re-cutting width B and the minimum A when the knife is in quick collision are obtained. A influences the size of the cutting disc (58). And the formula is as follows:

The lower end of the lower bent pipe of the silencing pipe is connected with the outlet of the silencer. The water tank is characterized in that the side surface of the water tank is provided with a through hole so as to be matched with the lower bent pipe of the silencing pipe; the bottom of the water tank is provided with a water outlet. The muffling tube consists of a plurality of sections of inner tubes, connecting pieces and an outer tube containing a plurality of wedge (29) arrays of micropores. A gasket serving as both a heat insulating pad and a shock absorbing pad may be further assembled between the muffler and the engine. A gasket which is used as a heat insulation pad and a shock absorption pad can also be arranged between the outlet of the silencer and the silencing pipe. The silencing groove provided by the invention is provided with a plurality of wedge areas with large areas, contains a plurality of wedges with micropores, and has wedge resistance reduction effect and micropore effect. The silencing groove provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that: increase the silencing effect and improve the comprehensive performance of the silencer, such as insertion loss, sound transmission loss, noise reduction and attenuation, and cooling. And artificial foot protection plates with rotating hinges are arranged on two sides of the middle part of the mower. The artificial foot protection plate with the rotating hinges arranged on the two sides of the middle part of the mower consists of a protection plate and the rotating hinges; the protective plate is characterized in that the protective plate is made of sound-absorbing materials and is arranged on the left side and the right side respectively. The earmuffs are ear protection devices like earphones or music earmuffs, so that the pleasure of work is increased. The sound-proof helmet is a motorcycle helmet and has a security function.

The single-sided synchronous belt which drives the two cutters in the same direction is too tight in a workshop and is not easy to install on a production line, and if the single-sided synchronous belt is loose, the single-sided synchronous belt is easy to jump and is asynchronous occasionally. As an improvement, in order to make the single-sided synchronous belt (63) which drives the two knives in the same direction be installed well, a tension wheel is additionally arranged; the tension wheel is in toothless surface contact with the single-sided synchronous belt (63), so that the tension wheel is a toothless circular wheel; the tensioning wheel is arranged on the tensioning bracket, and the tensioning bracket is movably adjusted by taking the fixed bolt as a lever fulcrum; the device is presumed by an adjusting bolt and an adjusting nut on a fixed small adjusting frame, so that the device is convenient to mount and eliminates the asynchronous phenomenon.

Because the push riding dual-purpose mower and the grass pressing mower are seen in fig. 14, a tool apron (60a2) and a power pulley are integrally cast aluminum and are arranged on an engine spindle with a pin groove, a pin hole is formed between the pulley and the tool apron, a tool clutch pin (60c) is arranged, the elastic ring is arranged, and the elastic ring can be directly arranged by a rubber ring; the annular close-coil spring is either complete or hooked by a straight long close-coil spring; the diameter of the wire and the diameter of the ring are combined, and the fact that the force is large when the diameter of the wire is large and the diameter of the ring is small is noticed, the influence on the material and the heat treatment is caused, after primary selection, the test is carried out again, and the production is determined. The elastic ring is a rubber ring, and is solid, and the section of the elastic ring is circular; or hollow, with a cross-section in the shape of a circular tube; if the tail part of the clutch pin is provided with a pressure spring or a torsion spring, the tail part of the clutch pin is preferably drilled with an axial hole with the depth being half of the total length of the pin so as to be convenient for inserting a steel wire of the pressure spring or the torsion spring. The wire diameter of the elastic ring is preferably round; of course, a flat band spring may be used.

Firstly, a plurality of cutters are changed, and then a plurality of parts related to cutter self-clutching are changed; the purpose is to overcome the defects that the conventional mowing device in the prior art of the lawn mower has more parts, larger rotational inertia and more consumed power, and the cutter is rigidly connected and has no safety protection; the improved cutting mechanism for lawn mower has several deformed friction end plates and several friction plates. The key point is that the improved function wave friction plates with end surface friction can be used for clutching the cutters of various cutter holders and the power pulley of the riding mower, so that the problem that the riding double cutters are not well synchronized and clutched is solved.

Then, a proper clutch plate (60m) on the cutter holder and a proper clutch plate (60k) under the cutter holder are arranged at the gap, when the self-clutch type self. For example, as an improvement, refer to fig. 23, which is a schematic view of a blade holder clutch plate (60m2) with multiple convexo-concave of an end clutch blade holder for a mower with blade clutch, which has a large end and a small end, or has multiple convexo-concave with different depths, and the convexo-concave is either round or square, and also has different depths; further, as a modification, referring to fig. 24, it is a blade holder clutch plate (60m3) having a plurality of waves for an end clutch blade holder for a lawnmower having a blade clutch. As for the knife, like knife (60h), see fig. 18, it is a knife that is special for the customer; for the self-clutching of the knife, a plurality of sections of flail knives can be used, each side is at least 3 sections, each section is movably riveted or screwed, a first section of the flail knife connecting seat can be provided with a concave arc, and a gap is reserved; flail knife or with a chain with edges; or using nylon rope and steel wire rope as knife, and preferably using profiled nylon thread with edge. As an improvement, the clutch plate on the cutter holder is also designed with a plurality of types of function wave clutch plates for various lawns and grass pressing mowers.

How should this problem be solved for a blade self-clutching riding mower? As an improvement, a clutch plate (60m7) with a plurality of round pits is additionally arranged, as shown in figure 25, and the clutch plate is characterized in that a plurality of round pits are arranged, and the inner part of each pit is preferably of a concave spherical shape; as shown in FIG. 27, the clutch plate (60m8) with multiple triangular pits is characterized in that multiple triangular pits are provided, and the inside of each pit is preferably concave; as also shown in FIG. 28, a clutch plate (60m9) having a plurality of arrow-head pits is characterized by a plurality of arrow-head pits, and preferably also has a hollow shape; as shown in FIG. 29, the clutch plate (60m10) has a plurality of polygonal pits, and is characterized in that the pits are polygonal and preferably concave; to facilitate accumulation of the suspended hot air cushion effect.

the improved mowing apparatus for main shaft of engine is characterized by that firstly, a mowing blade for lawn mower without blade holder is made. The material of the steel plate suitable for manufacturing the cutter is preferably selected, and edge folds and a plurality of bulges are required to be punched so as to improve the modulus of the material mechanics and reduce the thickness of the steel plate; and appropriate pre-heat treatment such as semi-annealing and quenching and tempering, stretching forming or hot forming, and stamping forming to form the concave pits 2, the keys 1 and the key grooves 3, so that the inner diameters of the concave pits 2 are equal to or slightly larger than the outer diameter of the main shaft of the engine in tolerance. Then normalizing and performing effective treatment; and polishing, correcting and oiling or blackening. The middle of the bottom of the pit 2 is provided with a hole so as to facilitate the passing of a fastening bolt 17; if the keys of the existing machine type are long and are formed by directly punching and bending steel plates, the holes in the middle of the bottoms of the pits 2 are allowed to be combined holes of round holes and rectangular holes. If the outer diameter of the engine spindle for the lawn mower is 22.2mm and the fastening bolt 17 is 3/8-24UNF2B, the hole in the middle is a round hole with the diameter of 8-9mm or a combined hole of the round hole and a rectangular hole; and because the width of the rectangular hole is about equal to 4.775mm, the combination hole of the round hole and the rectangular hole is feasible. The keys 1 arranged in the key placing position area at the edge of the concave pit 2 can also be manufactured by welding or gluing. Two side surfaces of the square section, at least one side surface, are arranged and stuck in a key groove of the engine spindle; note that at least one side is referred to herein as being conventionally, i.e., the mowing blade is rotated clockwise, with the only direction, as viewed by the observer's eye toward the surface, so that only one side of the key is pushing. Particularly, the root of the key 1, namely the connection part of the key 1 and the steel plate of the knife and the edge of the pit 2 at the position area for placing the key, is preferably provided with a punched and bent crack-stopping groove so as to test out proper shearing strength, so that the grass can be cut through the key, and the root of the key can be overloaded and protected when the key is collided with a water pipe. It is recommended to sample the post-test corrections on a dedicated test stand. The method for correctly selecting the appropriate shear strength is briefly introduced and will not be described in detail. The second method of selecting proper shearing strength is a practice proving method, wherein the root of the key 1, namely the connecting part of the key 1, the steel plate of the knife and the edge of the pit 2, of the position area for arranging the key is provided with a punching and bending crack-stopping groove without wheels or is manufactured by welding or gluing, and practice proves that if the strength is still too high, a material-reducing digging method is adopted, namely the root of the key is dug to ensure that the section of the root part of the key is thinned so as to select proper shearing strength. The key groove 3 is a key groove with the same width as the key groove of the engine main shaft in the position area of the edge of the pit 2 for placing the common key 13, and is spare for some occasions, such as adding a semicircular key, for example adding a spare key. On the main shaft of the engine, for the model without self-walking, the mowing knife for the lawn mower without the knife holder is directly arranged in the key groove, the key 1 is aligned with the key groove of the main shaft, the pit 2 is arranged on the main shaft, and then the fastening bolt 17 is inserted, and the common bolts are all reverse threads instead of normal threads. On the main shaft of the engine, for the self-propelled type, a main belt wheel key with an arc-shaped end at the upper end matched with the arc-shaped end of the key groove of the main shaft and a main belt wheel key with a lower end connected with the key 1 is firstly arranged in the key groove, then the main belt wheel is arranged in the key groove, and then the grass cutter for the lawn mower without the tool apron is arranged in the invention, so that the key 1 is aligned with the key groove of the main shaft, the pit 2 is arranged on the main shaft, and then the fastening bolt 17 is penetrated, and the common bolts are all reverse threads instead of positive threads. Keys are critical, and it is preferable to weaken the body and test the torque, and to spot check in batches.
As different modes, as shown in fig. 8, it can be called as embodiment 1, and its characteristic is that at the connecting position of the key-placing position area of the edge of the pit 2, there is a key 1, and at the other side there is the key slot 3; a through hole 18 is arranged in the middle of the concave pit; the key 1 can be opposite to the key groove of the main shaft, and the key groove 3 is spare; for example, when some customers require the addition of a woodruff key; the key is modified, for example, by weakening its strength, cutting several places in the key, thinning, drilling, using weak materials, changing the steel key to an aluminum key or plastic piece, and making the key just enough to have the required shear torque, for example, 58 Nm, for self-clutching. For example, when the key 1 is damaged, a spare key can be added into the key groove 3, so that the knife can be recycled for multiple times. Or, the cutter itself is not used as a pit, the middle is still provided with a through hole 18, the cutter is flatly attached to the end of the spindle, the through hole 18 is aligned with the middle hole of the end of the spindle, a large pressure washer 16 is required to be arranged, and then a fastening bolt 17 is required to be arranged. Note that the bolts commonly used are all counter-threaded rather than positive. The balance of the two tool tips is also adjusted and the prosthetic foot test is performed.
In order to make up for the defect that the side surface of the common single knife only has edges and no teeth, particularly the end surface along the circumference has no teeth, the invention has made many improvements for many years. The purpose is in order to overcome lawn mower prior art's conventional grass cutting device used part is more, and inertia is great, consumes power more, and the sword is rigid connection, does not have the shortcoming of safety protection. The key point is that the improved function wave friction plates with end surface friction can be used for clutching the cutters of various cutter holders and the power pulley of the riding mower, so that the problem that the riding double cutters cannot be clutched well in synchronization is solved.

The cutter holder assembly with the end clutch for the mower with the cutter self-clutch mainly comprises an end clutch cutter holder 60a3, a cutter holder lower pressing sheet 60b3, a cutter holder lower clutch sheet 60k, a cutter holder upper clutch sheet 60m, a cutter 60h, a cutter holder inner cushion block, a power shaft and a cutter fastening bolt, wherein the power shaft and the cutter fastening bolt are not shown; the end surface of the cutter holder 60a3 with the end clutch is provided with a groove which is matched with a lug arranged on the cutter holder lower pressing sheet 60b3, and when the lug is matched with the cutter holder lower pressing sheet, the root of the lug is larger, so that no matter how the cutter holder is clamped in the middle and is clamped tightly, a gap is always reserved between the large plane of the cutter holder with the end clutch and the large plane of the cutter holder lower pressing sheet; or the end face of the tool apron is provided with counter bores to replace grooves, and the pressing sheet under the tool apron is provided with limit nails to replace bumps, more than two pairs are needed, as long as the effective length of the limit nails is greater than the depth of the counter bores, a gap is formed, or nails are repaired or pads are added to ensure that the gap is proper. In order to compensate for possible manufacturing and assembly tolerances, the material of the upper clutch plate and the lower clutch plate of the tool holder is selected to be soft, not from steel, but from plastic, preferably from PP, polypropylene or PU, polyurethane, although other soft materials, such as fabric, can be used; or the mixture of plastic and fabric; or a pressure sensing sheet is arranged; or a function friction plate is arranged; the upper clutch plate and the lower clutch plate of the tool apron are subjected to various deformation improvements, so that the assembling friction resistance suitable for self-clutching is facilitated; for example, referring to fig. 20 and 21, the end clutch tool apron for the mower with the blade clutch has a multi-tooth tool apron lower clutch plate 60k, at least 2 teeth, at most 100 teeth, and multiple teeth are arranged uniformly in a circumference or in parallel to form a convex-concave shape; each tooth of the multiple teeth is preferably in a sawtooth shape, namely, each tooth is preferably a protruding block with a right angle at the left side and an obtuse angle at the right side so as to adapt to the characteristic of unidirectional rotation of the mowing knife; for another example, referring to fig. 22, a multi-tooth upper clutch plate 60M1 of an end clutch seat for a mower with a blade clutch is similar to the multi-tooth lower clutch plate 60k, i.e. at least 2 teeth and at most 100 teeth, and the multiple teeth are arranged uniformly in a circle or in parallel to form a convex-concave shape; each tooth of the multiple teeth is preferably in a sawtooth shape, namely, each tooth is preferably a protruding block with a right angle at the left side and an obtuse angle at the right side so as to adapt to the characteristic of unidirectional rotation of the mowing knife; but also complement, that is, the multi-tooth not only is a single surface, but also can be provided with double surfaces; the double-sided arrangement is also suitable for the following and all upper clutch plates. For example, referring to fig. 23, a schematic view of a multi-convex-concave blade holder clutch plate 60m2 of an end clutch blade holder for a mower with blade clutch is shown, which has a large end, or has multiple convex-concave with different depths, and the convex-concave is either round or square, and also has different depths, so as to select a proper clutch, or the deep concave can be used for placing multiple small balls, so as to better select a proper clutch; as a further improvement, referring to fig. 24, a cutter seat clutch piece 60m3 with multiple wave forms is provided on the end clutch cutter seat for the mower with cutter clutch, and multiple wave forms are favorable for matching proper clutch degrees. As for knives, like knife 60h, see fig. 18, are customer specific knives, but somewhat larger; for the self-clutching of the knife, a plurality of sections of flail knives can be used, each side is at least 3 sections, each section is movably riveted or screwed, a first section of the flail knife connecting seat can be provided with a concave arc, and a gap is reserved; flail knife or with a chain with edges; or nylon rope and steel wire rope are used as knife, and special-shaped nylon thread with edge is preferably used, so that the clutch function is realized. As an improvement, the clutch plate on the tool apron is also designed with a plurality of types of function wave clutch plates which can be selected by various lawn and grass pressing mowers, so that the clutch is diversified and the application models are more.
the end clutch tool apron for the mower with the cutter clutch, which is provided with the upper clutch plate of the tool apron and the lower clutch plate of the tool apron, is originally also used for a riding type mower, namely a riding type mower, but because double cutters of the riding type mower need to be synchronized, the single cutter cannot be automatically clutched by the cutter blade, and if one cutter is separated and the other cutter is closed, the two cutter angles are not vertical and are close to each other, so that the risk of getting up exists. The first cutter seat assembly is shown in the position of the whole vehicle in figure 4. The first cutter base assembly of the riding mower is mainly composed of a cutter 60, a cutter base 14, a cutter support 68, a synchronous belt pulley 63d, a first cutter shaft 69, a power belt pulley 61c, a clutch sheet 60m without wave or with function wave, a pressure plate 61d, a large pressure gasket 16 and a fastening bolt 17, as shown in an exploded view of the first cutter base assembly with the function wave clutch sheet in fig. 9, and is characterized in that: the cutter support 68 is fixed on the cutting disc, the first cutter shaft 69 is installed in the cutter support through a bearing, the cutter 60 and the cutter holder 14 are installed at the cutter end of the first cutter shaft 69, the synchronous pulley 63d, the power pulley 61c, a clutch sheet 60m without waves or with function waves, a pressure plate 61d, a large pressure gasket 16 and a fastening bolt 17 are sequentially installed at the power end of the first cutter shaft 69, the synchronous pulley is fixedly installed on the shaft through a key, the rest of the synchronous pulley is sleeved and pressed on the shaft through friction, the function wave clutch sheets can be installed on both sides of the power pulley 61c, and the clutch sheets with function waves are generally suggested to be used, so that the clutch effect is more reliable. When the power belt wheel 61c is overloaded, the clutch is engaged and disengaged through the slipping of the function wave clutch plate; the power pulley 61c can also be made into a clutch pin type for clutch as shown in fig. 12, that is, a side pin hole is opened on a pressure plate 61d, the knife clutch pin 60c is put in, and the elastic ring is externally covered; as an improvement, or as a combination, namely a combination of a clutch pin type and an end face clutch with a function wave clutch plate. The selection of which clutch is selected may be a function of the model. The clutch plate 60m without wave or with function wave is universal, and the type of clutch plate is determined according to various types of machines. As an improvement, a clutch plate 60m7 with a plurality of round pits is additionally arranged, as shown in figure 25, and the clutch plate is characterized by a plurality of round pits, preferably the pits are of concave spherical shapes; as shown in fig. 27, the clutch plate 60m8 having a plurality of triangular pits is characterized in that a plurality of triangular pits are provided, preferably, the inside of each pit is concave; as further shown in FIG. 28, clutch plate 60m9 having multiple arrow-head pits is characterized by multiple arrow-head pits, and preferably also has a hollow shape; as shown in fig. 29, the clutch plate 60m10 with a plurality of polygonal pits is characterized in that the pits are polygonal and preferably concave; to facilitate accumulation of the suspended hot air cushion effect.

The clutch plate with function wave has similar characteristics and is pressed to deform and bounce although the shape is multiple, and the clutch plate has the beneficial effect of being capable of realizing multipoint clutch.
The PROEWIDFRRE or other software is used for inputting the parameter equations, so that the modeling can be conveniently realized; and inputting the parameter equations into a CNC machining center, setting the middle part as a parting surface and setting a side slide block to manufacture the injection mold, and suggesting a plurality of molds.
Not only does the clutch plate have much room for improvement, but the knife also has much room for improvement. For example, a plurality of sections of flail knives are arranged, each side of each flail knife is at least 3 sections, each section of flail knife is movably riveted or screwed, a concave arc is arranged at the position, close to the knife seat, of the first section of the knife connecting seat, a gap is reserved, and therefore micro motion is facilitated; the flail knife has the beneficial effect of self-clutch protection. Throwing the bricks to make jade, namely throwing the cutters, not only making the bricks into a plurality of sections, but also further making the bricks into semi-flexible chains or fully flexible nylon ropes or steel wire ropes; or the combination of the two, or nylon wraps the steel wire rope, or nylon twists the steel wire rope. As an improvement, the chain is provided with a blade. For another example, a tool apron which is in clearance fit and enables a tool to be automatically separated and reunited can be changed into a plurality of clearances with limiting positions, and two counter bores can be drilled on the end face of the tool apron to replace grooves; two limit nails, or pins or screws are arranged on the end surface of the pressing sheet under the cutter seat, and the effective length of each limit nail is slightly larger than the depth of the counter bore to replace a bump; if the limit nail adopts a screw, the limit clearance can be finely adjusted, the tightness is easy to control, but the limit nail is slow in batch. It is therefore readily understood that the specific refinement of the structure of the end clutch friction to enable self-clutching of the knife, and the improvement of the clutch plate, as well as the function wave clutch plate, is numerous.
The riding mower originally only has one rear large grass collecting box which is too heavy and inconvenient to take down, so that two left and right double grass boxes are changed, but the problem comes, the grass in the left and right double grass boxes is always more on one side and less on the other side; after a plurality of schemes are tried, the problem is solved that how to uniformly load grass in the left and right grass boxes to obtain a riding machine with self-adjusting left and right grass boxes for balancing; the method is finally conceived.

a riding machine with a double grass boxes for feeding grass by a flexible suspension auger is characterized in that a grass collecting box frame (50) is arranged at the rear part of a vehicle body (50c), and a grass collecting large pipe (10) is arranged on the vehicle body so as to feed grass from a grass cutting disc to the upper part of the grass collecting box frame (50); a box cover is also arranged above the grass collecting box frame (50); the grass collecting box frame is characterized in that a longitudinal pipe is arranged at the rear part of the vehicle body (50c) along the central axis of the vehicle body and serves as a balance rotating shaft, a balance rotating base (7) is arranged in the middle of the grass collecting box frame (50) and is matched with the balance rotating shaft, frames are arranged on the left side and the right side of the grass collecting box frame (50) so as to be placed in a left grass box (5) and a right grass box (6), a left grass scale plate (8) and a right grass scale plate (9) are arranged on the balance rotating base (7) arranged in the middle of the grass collecting box frame (50), the left grass scale plate (8) and the right grass scale plate (9) are acute angles, the left grass scale plate (8) and the right grass scale plate (9) are symmetrical relative to the balance rotating base (7), and the left grass scale plate (8) and the right grass scale plate (9) form a door plate of a valve of a flow distribution cone; when in balance, the acute angle between the left grass scale plate (8) and the right grass scale plate (9) is just under the grass outlet at the upper end of the grass collecting large pipe (10); when grass is discharged, the grass is sent to the upper part of the grass collecting box frame (50) from a grass cutting disc and is discharged through a grass outlet at the upper end of the grass collecting large pipe (10), and the grass enters the left grass box (5) and the right grass box (6) respectively under the influence of door plates of flow distribution cones of the left grass scale plate (8) and the right grass scale plate (9); when the grass is divided in an unbalanced manner, the right grass box (6) has more grass and inclines downwards, the grass is sent to the upper part of the grass collecting box frame (50) from the grass cutting disc and is discharged through a grass outlet at the upper end of the grass collecting large pipe (10) with reference to fig. 37, and the grass enters the left grass box (5) for adding more points under the influence that the acute angles of the door plates of the valves of the shunting cones of the left grass scale plate (8) and the right grass scale plate (9) are inclined to the right through the guide of the left grass scale plate (8); when the grass is divided and unbalanced, the left grass box (5) has more grass and is inclined downwards, the grass is sent to the upper part of the grass collecting box frame (50) from the grass cutting disc and is discharged through a grass outlet at the upper end of the grass collecting large pipe (10) referring to fig. 38, and the grass enters the right grass box (6) for adding more points under the influence that the acute angles of the door plates of the valves of the shunting cones of the left grass scale plate (8) and the right grass scale plate (9) are deviated to the left and are guided by the right grass scale plate (9); the balance of the left grass box and the right grass box is automatically adjusted in cycles; in order to prevent the grass from being fed from the chassis to the high double grass boxes by the grass collecting large pipe (10) and sometimes the phenomenon of grass leakage under the chassis is not smooth, a flexible suspension screw feeder (10a) is arranged in the grass collecting large pipe (10), and is a soft and elastic spring steel wire with spiral and corrugation and driven by a motor (10c) with a planetary reducer, which is arranged above a mouth of the grass collecting large pipe and is arranged on the box cover, so that grass can be fed from a grass cutting disc to the upper part of the grass collecting box frame (50), and the riding machine with the flexible suspension screw feeder and the grass feeding double grass boxes is formed.

In order to prevent the grass from being fed into the high double grass box and the grass from leaking under the chassis, a flexible suspension screw (10a) is provided, which is a soft and elastic spring steel wire with spiral and wave and is driven by a motor (10c) with a planetary reducer.
