Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method and a system for establishing a multi-carrier group.
Background
In order to provide higher service rate, the 3GPP introduces carrier aggregation at the Release 10(TR 36.913) stage, aggregates member carriers with different frequency bands and the same frequency band into a larger bandwidth, increases the peak rate of the user, can aggregate a bandwidth of 40MHz to 100MHz, and provides a peak rate of 300Mbps to 750Mbps or even more than 1Gbps (4x4MIMO), so as to meet the requirements of the 3 GPP.
The carrier aggregation defined by 3GPP has the following constraints:
CA UEs support asymmetric carrier aggregation, i.e. the number of component carriers aggregated for downlink and uplink may be different, but the number of uplink component carriers cannot be larger than for downlink.
The frame structure of each cc (component carrier), i.e., component carrier, is the same as 3GPP Release 8, achieving downward compatibility.
The aggregated carriers are R8/9 compatible, i.e., R8/9 terminals can send/receive data on one of the carriers.
The 3GPP carrier aggregation introduces a PCell \ SCell: the PCell (Primary Cell) is a Cell where the UE performs initial connection establishment, or performs RRC connection reestablishment, or is a Primary Cell designated in the handover process. The PCell is responsible for RRC communication with the UE. SCell (Secondary Cell) is added at RRC reconfiguration to provide additional radio resources, without any RRC communication between SCell and user terminal (UE). The PCell is determined at connection establishment (connection establishment), and the SCell is added/modified/released through an RRC connection reconfiguration message (RRCConnectionReconfiguration) after an initial security activation procedure (initial security activation procedure).
B _ Trunc supports LTE-based broadband trunking, and users of the same group of users in a cell only establish one downlink group resource, and when a group is established, a paging process is initiated by sending a trunking group paging (trunking paging) message to notify the group resource of the group of users in the cell, and the users of the group in the cell receive group voice information or group video information carried on the group resource.
In practical networking applications, due to different spectrum resources of carrier aggregation, aggregation of a plurality of downlink carriers and one or more uplink carriers may occur.
In a scenario with aggregation of multiple downlink carriers, when a UE performs initial cell connection, or performs an RRC connection reestablishment procedure, or during a handover procedure, designated primary cells or primary carriers may be different, that is, multiple UEs in a group may reside on different primary carriers. When a group is established, if each UE in the group is required to receive group information, group resources may need to be established on multiple carriers, which reduces the utilization rate of air interface resources.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present application provides a method and a system for establishing a multi-carrier group, which can implement group establishment in an application scenario of multiple carriers, and improve the utilization rate of air interface resources.
In order to solve the technical problem, the technical scheme of the application is realized as follows:
a method of multi-carrier group establishment, the method comprising:
when a base station establishes a group, selecting a carrier for establishing the group; and using the carrier as a designated group carrier;
the base station sends cluster paging information for establishing a group on each downlink carrier in a carrier aggregation cell, wherein the cluster paging information carries an appointed group carrier and a group ID;
when any UE in the carrier aggregation cell receives the trunking paging message, if the group ID in the trunking paging message is determined to be configured, whether the PCC carrier of the UE is the same as the designated group carrier in the trunking paging message is determined, and if so, the UE continues to reside on the currently residing carrier; otherwise, switching the designated group carrier to be the PCC carrier of the UE.
A multi-carrier group establishment system, the system comprising: a base station and a UE;
the base station is used for selecting a carrier wave for establishing a group when the group is established; and using the carrier as a designated group carrier; sending cluster paging messages for group establishment on each downlink carrier in a carrier aggregation cell, wherein the cluster paging messages carry designated cluster carriers and cluster IDs;
the UE is used as any UE in the carrier aggregation cell, when a trunking paging message is received, if the group ID in the trunking paging message is determined to be configured, whether the PCC carrier of the UE is the same as the designated group carrier in the trunking paging message is determined, and if so, the UE continues to reside on the currently residing carrier; otherwise, switching the designated group carrier to be the PCC carrier of the UE.
As can be seen from the above technical solutions, in the present application, when a base station performs group establishment, a certain designated group carrier is carried in a trunking paging message, so that all terminals in the group use the designated group carrier as their PCC carrier, and all terminals in the group reside on the same carrier. The technical scheme can realize group establishment in a multi-carrier application scene, and improves the utilization rate of air interface resources.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clearly apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
In the embodiment of the present application, when a base station performs group establishment, a certain designated group carrier is carried in a trunking paging message, so that all terminals in the group use the designated group carrier as their own Primary Carrier Cell (PCC) carrier, and all terminals in the group reside on the same carrier. The technical scheme can realize group establishment in a multi-carrier application scene, and improves the utilization rate of air interface resources.
The following describes a procedure for implementing multi-carrier group establishment in this embodiment in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The method and the device are applied to a carrier aggregation scene, wherein a plurality of downlink carriers exist, but the number of uplink carriers is not limited.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a multi-carrier group establishment procedure in an embodiment of the present application. The method comprises the following specific steps:
101, when a base station establishes a group, selecting a carrier for establishing the group; and treating the carrier as a designated group carrier.
The method specifically realizes that one downlink carrier is selected from a plurality of downlink carriers, and when the group is established, the process of selecting the carrier can be not limited, such as selection according to the load and frequency band information of the carrier; the carriers for establishing the group can be realized only according to the load balancing principle or the principle of default carriers according to the importance of the carriers and the like.
In the embodiment of the application, a plurality of terminals may access different carriers before the group is established; therefore, when the base station sends the trunking paging message, the base station sends the trunking paging message on each downlink carrier, so that all terminals can receive the trunking paging message, that is, the base station notifies the group call message of all UEs in the current cell on different carriers in the multi-carrier cell.
The trunking paging message carries a group ID for indicating which group is to be established, and carries a designated group carrier for indicating each terminal to be a carrier of the PCC carrier, and also needs to carry group resource configuration information for each terminal to perform group resource configuration.
The trunking paging message may also carry parameters such as group priority, and in the specific implementation, the processing may be implemented according to the existing implementation, for example, the priority accesses to a group with a high group priority.
103, when any UE in the carrier aggregation cell receives the trunking paging message, if it is determined to configure the group ID in the trunking paging message, it is determined whether the PCC carrier of the UE is the same as the designated group carrier in the trunking paging message, and if so, step 104 is executed; otherwise, step 105 is performed.
When any UE in the carrier aggregation cell receives the trunking paging message, if it is determined that the UE is not configured with the group ID in the trunking paging message, the trunking paging message is not processed, that is, the trunking paging message is ignored.
In this step, after continuing to reside on the current resident carrier, the group resource configuration information carried in the trunking paging message is acquired, and according to the acquired group resource configuration information, a group context is established and the group resource is configured.
In this step, when the UE switches the designated group carrier to the PCC carrier of the UE, a synchronization process on the switched PCC carrier is triggered;
and after synchronization is completed, acquiring the group resource configuration information carried in the cluster paging message, establishing a group context according to the acquired group resource configuration information, and configuring the group resources.
The UE triggers a synchronization process on the PCC carrier after switching, and the synchronization process comprises the following steps:
acquiring uplink synchronization on the switched PCC carrier in the process of initiating uplink random access aiming at the connected UE;
the uplink random access process can adopt a contention-based or non-contention-based random access mode to perform the random access process, and can be selected according to actual needs.
And triggering uplink synchronization when communication is needed for idle-state UE.
That is, the idle UE can trigger uplink synchronization according to the need, for example, when applying for the right of talk, rather than immediately implement uplink synchronization in the random access process.
In the specific implementation of the present application, the existing implementation may be compatible, that is, when the UE receives the existing trunking paging message, since the trunking paging message in the existing implementation does not carry the designated group carrier, the UE continues to reside on the currently residing carrier.
In the embodiment of the application, by configuring the designated group carrier, all the UEs in the group establish carrier information according to the designated group, and a terminal which does not reside on the carrier is switched to the designated carrier; the base station establishes the group resource on the appointed carrier, and the terminals in the group monitor the group channel resource on the appointed carrier and receive the group voice or video, thereby avoiding that a group channel resource needs to be established on a plurality of carriers in a multi-carrier scene.
Based on the same inventive concept, the application also provides a multi-carrier group establishing system. Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a system applied to the above technology in the embodiment of the present application. The system comprises: a base station and a UE;
the base station is used for selecting a carrier wave for establishing a group when the group is established; and using the carrier as a designated group carrier; sending cluster paging messages for group establishment on each downlink carrier in a carrier aggregation cell, wherein the cluster paging messages carry designated cluster carriers and cluster IDs;
the UE is used as any UE in the carrier aggregation cell, when a trunking paging message is received, if the group ID in the trunking paging message is determined to be configured, whether the PCC carrier of the UE is the same as the designated group carrier in the trunking paging message is determined, and if so, the UE continues to reside on the currently residing carrier; otherwise, switching the designated group carrier to be the PCC carrier of the UE.
Preferably, the first and second liquid crystal films are made of a polymer,
the base station is specifically configured to send a trunking paging message which also carries group resource configuration information;
the UE is further configured to acquire the group resource configuration information carried in the trunking paging message after continuing to camp on the currently camped carrier, and establish a group context and configure the group resource according to the acquired group resource configuration information.
Preferably, the first and second liquid crystal films are made of a polymer,
the base station is specifically configured to send a trunking paging message which also carries group resource configuration information;
the UE is further used for triggering a synchronization process on the switched PCC carrier when the designated group carrier is the PCC carrier of the UE; and after synchronization is completed, acquiring the group resource configuration information carried in the cluster paging message, establishing a group context according to the acquired group resource configuration information, and configuring the group resources.
Preferably, the first and second liquid crystal films are made of a polymer,
the UE is specifically configured to, when triggering a synchronization process on the PCC carrier after the handover, acquire uplink synchronization on the PCC carrier after the handover in a process of initiating uplink random access for a connected UE; and triggering uplink synchronization when communication is needed for idle-state UE.
Preferably, the first and second liquid crystal films are made of a polymer,
the UE is further configured to, when receiving the trunking paging message, continue to camp on the currently camped carrier if the trunking paging message does not carry the designated group carrier.
In summary, when the base station performs group establishment, the determined designated group carrier is carried in the trunking paging message, so that all terminals in the group use the designated group carrier as their PCC carrier, and all terminals in the group reside on the same carrier. The technical scheme can realize group establishment in a multi-carrier application scene, and improves the utilization rate of air interface resources.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
